Unfortunately the breast cancer awareness pin covered most of his name but a mature gentleman (I believe was named Kev or Ken) did an excellent job at the register and even made sure that our tops on the Liquid Drano was secure while he rang it up. They have an excellent selection of product and it's nice to get larger city options with small town service.

Why is Michelle the “store manager” never at the store and all here employees talking about how she falsifies there hours and pays some of them under the table and she still works there pretty sure that’s against multiple laws!!! Y’all have to get Michelle out of this store she is BREAKING laws at this point!!

The store has become very disappointing!! It used to be clean & stocked shelves. Not anymore! The only thing that you can count on being stocked and that is the Hallmark Cards. This store needs better management!!! ASAP!

My store, located in Madison IN, didn't have a lot of stuff. A lot of empty shelves. There was one person, a manager stocking shelves that was very rude. Someone asking her something and responding, you had to bother me for that? This was by far the worst I've seen. I have been there before several times. I didn't recognize the rude manager. The cashier called for a manager due to someone needing something, and someone helped her by the time manager got there. The cashier said " someone helped her already" and she said " why didn't someone tell me" right in front of all the ppl in line at the register. There was quite a few ppl in the store that day. I don't want to see stuff like that or rudeness or unhappy ppl in their job. Leave your problems at home. Dollar Tree is suppose be a happy place in my opinion!! A fun place.

The store itself is good, I love the dollar tree, but the Madison location is a place I will never go to again the manager gave us hateful looks and followed us through the store, she was very rude I have never had someone ever follow me through a store and I have spent tons of money there, they lost a customer. I recently sent a detailed review and complaint to their corporate office,the manager of the Madison, Indiana store is absolutely rude and disgraceful, I had two very bad encounters with this hateful woman,she should lose her job no "manager" should ever treat customers the way she does, I will NOT go back to this store until she no longer works there. Come on Dollar Tree she's making this store look very bad.

Dollar Tree is one of my fave stores and the one here in Madison is usually clean, the staff is friendly and its the perfect place for birthday party items, holiday decor and greeting cards!

This has to be the worst store in the State! I stood at the register at least 10 minutes , rang the bell twice before anyone came to check me out. Someone's purse was sitting at the end of the register, to the side. Anyone could have walked out with this person's purse. I asked for cash back and had to wait another 10 minutes for manager to come out of her room as she walked towards us like she was walking down the aisle like she was getting married... she got an attitude about me wanting my money!! And sloooowly walked back to get a key. This store also looks like a tornado went through it. . The employees never greet you, never even speak to you, and act like this is the last place on earth they want to be at. I won't go back to this store. I'll drive elsewhere

They just seem like they don’t have enough help I was there to buy dishes and there was a whole shipment on a pushcart sitting in the isles way for every bit of an hour and no one come to ask if I needed anything or so. Sorry about the clutter or anything, like it never existed.

They are turning this store into a Dollar Tree Plus and it is looking real good! There is a $5 aisle and they have some real nice items. Store is looking good!!

Always loved this store in the past but here it is 8:13 and they have the doors locked and are not even open! Sign says 8:00am to 10pm and they are closed. Would love to shop but can't even get in. Very disappointed!

The staff was very friendly. The shelves were empty, but staff were stocking as fast as they could. It's the weekend before Christmas so all things considered I can't complain.

Hardly ever have anything. Stock is either sitting around on the floor in boxes or non existent. Very very messy.
