Big store everything from food to furniture, needed more help at register felt sorry for elderly lad working solo with big line, people please be patient with places that are short handed, people don't want to work anymore!!

I loved this store. There were all kinds of clearance racks. Prices were great. They had a foot 🏈 which was why we stopped in the beginning anyways!

Alot less talking m texting o. Cell phones would be great. Then when tou ask for help the staff gets mad bc tou interfered with there texting on there phones

Went for advised items in their 4th if July flyer...went right after it came out for the good prices...hardly anything on the shelves. Wanted outside furniture pads and there were none!!!

This location seems older. It was dirty, and products were everywhere. There was a lot of clutter. The location needs an upgrade.

The store was disorganized and cluttered, and an overwhelming sense that too much was put on too few.Prices on the shelves do not ring correct at register. Soap that was marked 3 on the shelf rung up for 5.Overall, unless I'm looking for a specific item, I will avoid. Prices were significantly higher than most dollar general stores.

Its about basic but some decent deals if you look, rated very low because as we was checking out something happened with their registers going off line and they tried to charge us 2 times for the same things. We showed them the bank statement on the phone showing it has came out of the account and was told but thats still pending since we don't have a receipt youll have to call a higher up, well after pushing us into being the rude ones instead of saying they'll call costumer service and telling us just call when we get home they took the 4 mins out of their busy schedule to get someone one the phone who immediately seen which register and seen it came out very quickly, if that would have been done in the first place I wouldn't have felt like I was making a scene for their bad connections

They had exactly what I was looking for. Even though it WAS QUITTING TIME , the employee's still helped me find exactly what I needed WITHOUT BEING NASTY or trying to push me out the door. Great bunch of employee's at Madison, IN Big Lots.

I understand seasonal changes, but half of the store was empty. Called for furniture, waited on hold for over 20 minutes to be told they would call be back. Waited 30 minutes and then drove the 30 minutes to the store. Still haven't gotten that callback...

Alicia Urline is a great manager. She is always helpful when I go in there. She has been there for years and is always kind and professional each and every time. Hope to never see her go. All the other managers seen to have a stick up their butts all the time.

Big Lots to me is so much cheaper than Walmart for simple things like disposable bowls, plates and spoons. Not only those items but hygiene items too

I went there for hair conditioner. I found a cart full of summer clearance items. They're getting ready for Christmas so summer has to go. The outdoor canopies ARE NOT ON SALE. I would recommend checking them out.

Big Lots has a good selection of various items from furniture, candles cleaning products including food and even milk. You can find most anything there. Nice employees

Great store with decent prices.. however it can be confusing finding anything in there. Things are spread all over and u could end up searching the whole store for one simple thing. Need better isle descriptions

AMAZING deals, clean, and well organized! I was delightfully surprised at the name brands they carry at discount prices. We plan to go back, and buy several more items. We just didn't have the trunk space.

They usually don't have the same thing in stock twice. It's not bad, but it's not always the place to go to get something specific, as you nebver know when it will run out. Half the time the employees don't even know what they have in stock, that's how often the store's inventory is rotated.

Big lots has great prices on most things but I noticed on a few things were as much or more than Walmart prices. Love going in abd looking at all the great deals. I could shop in there for hours!
