We were driving through southern Indiana and needed a stopping point for the night. We decided to check out the Lynnville Park and so glad we did! It's a small park, and the sites are a bit unlevel but easily fixed with a block. We had electricity, water, and sewer at our site. It was quiet, peaceful, and the bathrooms were clean! Clean bathrooms are such an amazing thing while camping!!! Thank you, Lynnville Park!! There was no one in the office when we arrived, but there's a slot in the door where we left the payment. Thank you, again!Restrooms: Clean on our visit!!

This is our second stay at this park & we absolutely LOVE it! Whilst the internet is definitely a little "sluggish" there is SO much to do outside. There are GREAT trails to walk. Plenty of play equipment for little ones. If you like riding your dirt bike, check out the dirt bike trails. We rented kayaks and had a blast kayaking on the lake - so many inlets to go in and out of and the wildlife was quite impressive. Our rig is self-contained so we didn't use the shower block. This park has easy access off of I-64 and is VERY quiet - NO trains or loud road noise. Lynnville is small so don't expect any department stores! There are 2 gas stations and a DG for your basic necessities. The Tecumseh Trail runs along the road parallel to the park.Whilst this is an older park, it is well maintained. ALL the sites are gravel and not always level. We have had to put blocks under our fifth wheel wheels on one side BOTH times we have stayed here. (Suitable for long & short rigs.)The price is VERY reasonable and we would stay here again. Their website is basic but it is very easy to book online. You even get to pick your site. Fire pits are provided on each site and you can purchase firewood at the little store as you come in the entrance.

Really nice place to camp, fish and canoe and/or kayak. The people are friendly and it is clean and well kept. If you go there? Please leave it cleaner than you found it. It's a beautiful place. I've been going there for 40 plus years. It has only gotten better.

Wonderful park! Quiet in the off season. Honor system for payment. $18 / night for water + electric. Nice lake. Heated bathrooms, hot water with good water pressure in the showers. There is also an observatory on site that has public nights on Fridays. Great playground! I really enjoyed my stay!

I enjoy fishing at the park but there is only one ("Public") picnic table and NO Handicap Accessible area where one could bank fish. They've recently put signs up saying cars & trucks with boat trailers only.

Many of the pull thru sites are inadequate. Changes in elevation at the end may cause damage to a truck pulling a fifth wheel. Drains on full service hard to reach. There should be a map at the door for people with reservations arriving when the office is closed.

From a bass fishing standpoint it’s not terrible but the majority seem to be in the 10-16 inch range and can definitely be tough at times but certain spots seem to be more productive than others but there’s tons of cover and you can find bass just about anywhere but really more then anything it’s just a beautiful place to fish especially if you can get towards the back of the lake where there aren’t houses, I plan to come back in the fall when the leaves are changing just to enjoy the scenery and hopefully I might catching something a little more notable. I did talk to a local guy and he fished there pretty frequently and the biggest bass he caught all year wasn’t even 3 pounds and that’s kinda keeping me away. Theres a lot of catfish though if your in to that sort of thing.

Spacious sites, pull thru and back in. Mostly gravel with grass areas. Easy access, pet friendly, kayaks will enjoy the adjoining water. Some shades, some seasonal or permanent residents. Good prices.

Nice little private campground with reasonable prices. Stayed here truck camping on a quiet weekday around Labor Day. Nobody else staying in the primitive sites. The RV spots were pretty busy. Clean enough bathroom/shower house. Scenic. Only "sort of" complaint is the firewood bundle I bought there was very hard wood with a twisty sort of grain. Me and my hatchet could not cope (yes I keep it sharp), and I didn't bring my axe on this trip. Not their fault, but be aware.

Fishing and campground open year round. Small entry fees and beautiful grounds. Restrooms and showers open and clean. Playground for the kids, drink machine and a boat ramp also. Yearly membership available.

Three years ago we started staying at this park and it was ran by three women that had that place nice and neat and they inforced the rules. Not so much now. Lots of people don’t clean up after their dogs and there’s cigarette butts everywhere.Their trailer parking is all screwed up to the point that all the trailers don’t face the same way. When those women ran the park is was a lot better. They need to put some money into it so it’s a neater cleaner rv park

We had a great time at Lynnville’s Halloween weekend. The best in the last five years. Love the decorated campsites, activities at the shelter house and awards for best decorations and costumes. We hope to be back again next year.

I went to go fishing and the park smells like sewage and the places that I like to fish you couldn't get to I was very disappointed it used to be a great place to go fishing and enjoy your day but not anymore.

Would be five Stars if they still had row boat rentals, still good value for the money. I will keep going back

July 3 I was there to do some kayak fishing and the kayak launch area was awful. There was a small sandy area the last time I was there but now it's black, stinking mud that I sunk to my knees in. Since I had to pay to launch a kayak, it seems like Lynnville should be able to make a beach into the water with a couple of dump loads of sand. Launching a fishing kayak is a whole lot easier at Blue Grass and it's free. Pay attention Town Board.

Been camping at Lynnville Park twice . My family and I were there last month and two weeks later we did a girls trip. Absolutely fell in love in love with this place. Shower house has clean facility with hot water. The manager drives around and checks on you. He even will bring your wood to camp sight if need be. They are in process of I stalling new Fire pit with the move able grills love them

Really nice small park. A little before their season and they are in the process of doing some upgrades so things were a little muddy. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They worked with us to put us in a site that we wouldn't get stuck in. Definitely would return to this one.

Very nice Campground, easy access in 39' 5th wheel. Megan in the office was SO helpful directing us in because our GPS had us turn off in wrong direction: Megan was very patient and continued to direct us into the parking area. We did not unhook our camper as we were only here overnight.

We decided to go kayaking here. We are beginners and the office worker was very nice and helpful. We were renting kayaks. They have the sit on and the sit in type to choose from. Great lake for beginners.
