Visited this Walgreens for the first time. Shout out to the day time manager!! Did not get her name but she is so sweet as kind. Loved the store, it was very clean and well organized. Cashiers were also very nice. We’ll definitely be back!

I stopped by this location a few times and never really had any issues. Today, I went in for my pregnant wife, some snacks to help her cravings. The snacks I grabbed were 3 for $3. They rang up double that price. The cashier and manager I dealt with were nothing short of amazing!! 👏 Seema someone stocked the shelves incorrectly. They are under the cost and dealt with the situation with professionalism! We are from chicago originally, and walgreens was a place I avoided at all costs. I like this store!!

The lady working the pharmacy drive thru is absolutely so rude. I don’t understand how people can work in customer service and hate people so much. So mean, unfriendly and unprofessional.

People keep blaming this particular Walgreen’s for slow service, but the employees aren’t necessarily to blame. The population in this area has sky-rocketed, and it’s still growing. The constant flow of traffic through town is like a parade. The existing businesses simply can’t support the massive number of shoppers. It’s not the ‘small rural town’ that it used to be. Also, the drive-thru has a second lane but more often than not people won’t use it for some strange reason.

This is the worst Walgreens in the whole franchise. They lose prescriptions, don’t give you prescriptions. It’s the only pharmacy in the town I live. If give it negative stars if I could!!!!!!’How does your pharmacy not take Medicaid? My 11yr old daughter was subscribed amoxicillin today. I went to get it. I was told no, I would have to call CVS & get it transferred to Cedar Lake. You wouldn’t even let me pay cash. I chose your store because I live in town (Lowell,IN). If I would’ve known, I wouldn’t have sent the prescription there. So now I have to waste more time running around to get someone to fill it. I’m severely disappointed! ZERO stars, DO NOT recommend!

WALGREEN’S on Commercial Dr. in the town of Lowell, IN. is a cornerstone store to the community. It is conveniently located by traffic lights making access not difficult. The store has pretty much of what (all) Walgreen stores carry. I primarily use it to refill prescriptions at the drive thru and have always found the employees helpful & friendly. The store itself is clean and organized. It is home to first aid supplies, eye care, cosmetics, cards & stationary, school supplies, cleaning products among grocery items & appliances. The store does offer photo taking services for passports & ID which is a big BONUS! WALGREENS has always been a good store to have nearby & I am overall pleased with the quality of products. Price point is somewhat higher than similar venues such as (greeting & birthday cards) but convenience does play an important factor. I also love that WALGREENS sells postage stamps & many gift cards in various denominations. All in all I recommend WALGREENS for convenience & healthcare products.

Don't want auto refill and they say it's not on. But it keeps auto refilling for the last three months. I told them at the pharmacy that if we can't get it fixed,I would have to go somewhere else they told me ok ,she is fine with that, It's very simple just make it so I can order my own scripts

Absolutely awful service. When my script is on short supply and controlled substance I call to see if the pharmacy has it first so my doctor knows where to send it. But the stupid pharmacy said "wE cAnT TeLl YoU iF We hAvE iT" it isn't the job of the doctors staff or doctor to determine if your pharmacy has my script in stock. 0/10

This Walgreens is huge and everyone is so kind! I arrived 15 minutes early for my 1st Covid-19 vaccination appointment like asked. I had my paperwork all filled out and right on the dot with my appointment time I was called back and given my shot. The woman who administered it was so nice and very gentle. I was then told to stay in the store for 15 minutes post vaccination to insure I was ok. This is a great way for Walgreens to make money off of me haha. It was almost Easter so of course I bought gifts and random things I wouldn't have otherwise. This store is extremely well kept and very clean and organized. After 15 minutes I checked out and left. I'm grateful to have such a wonderful Walgreens right in town and will be back to shop!!

Apparently at this walgreens people are allowed to tie up drive thru 45 min. After waiting 25 min behind one car I gave up and went inside. I waited in drive thru due to injury. Never had encountered this before. I dropped off my perscription s and left and the person was still there holding up drive thru lane at the 45 min mark. I am going off the assumption the drive thru is for pick up and drop off. Not to wait for ur perscription to be filled or an entire medical consultation.

Super slow pharmacy, prescriptions are never filled properly, always have to wait for them to be corrected and they are terrible with scheduled appointments.. I’ve never been to such a slow and unorganized location.. I strongly recommend crown point or cedar lake

Friendly and helpful staff... a lot of the OTC cold medication was out of stock, but the clerk really did her best to help us out (she wasn't terribly knowledgeable, but I appreciate the attempt)

Stalled on refilling my children's prescriptions until the new year, now instead of being paid for by my coverage I now have to pay into the NEW year's deductible! Terrible service!
