Where should I begin. Desi and Trish and the rest of the staff are amazing. Took my 12 yo rescue Pitt, 1 yo shelter adopted Chihuahua, and 8 yo foster Shephard all at the same time, on a 45 min drive to this highly recommended grooming shop to see Desi for a spa day and pictures for the holidays. They did not disappoint. My heart is full. My babies deserved every second of love and pampering that was given on this day to close out their year of struggle. It is a day we will not soon forget, especially since we will definately be back. The price is in the medium range in comparison to to the many other groomers we have encountered but the love is in the top echelon of the love scale. Thank you from all of us in the Taylor household. Can't wait for our next journey!

They did a wonderful job with our girl, Ginger. We’re new to Indiana and needed to find a groomer that would take time with her and keep her cage-free. They accomplished this with an early morning/first appointment and we couldn’t be happier! She was actually smiling when we picked her up! Thank you so much!! She looks beautiful.

Is driving 40 minutes each way crazy to get my dogs nails trimmed? Maybe, but totally worth it. I absolutely love Off Leash. They make my pups nails neat and trim - short, even with no rough edges. She gets so excited when we get there because she's treated like a princess. Holley and I highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful care Tricia at Off Leash gave my reactive pup, Gracie. . Not only were her claws clipped, but they were shaved as well. She also helped with ease in trimming my feisty kitten’s nails. And all at a reasonable price. So glad to have found this great place and qualified staff!!

Off Leash is amazing. We have a Newfoundland and they are not the easiest dogs to groom. They groomed Bear twice and do an excellent job.

What a unique spot right in Lowell, IN to get your dog/puppy pampered! ! During or after grooming you should take some time to browse in the retail area to buy them a special toy or treat for being so good! Really unique products…. I bought several gifts here! They even offer greeting cards ! You can buy your food- bowls- collar necklaces- vet approved treats- clothing and adorable Halloween costumes and much more! They even carry sizes XS to Big and Tall!A big shout out to Desi the skillful groomer for never rushing! She does a terrific job of making the whole process calm, relaxing and comfortable . Highly recommend this cute little “ boutique” conveniently located next to Lowell Animal Hospital!

We had the best experience at Off Leash Grooming yesterday. Both my doodles were overdue for full cuts and they both came out looking so handsome and smelling so good. The ladies there are so accomidating, kind, and sweet. We booked our next appointments before we even left!

$8 for dog nail trim, no wait, can't beat it. Aubrey and Jordan were great. There are plenty of dog leash, toy, and food options for sale. We couldn't get over how cute some of the home decor and Halloween costumes were.

The haircut was not even, had to take the dog back to have the ears and nails done again. Was told the price quoted on the phone was wrong , the next cut would be more. Will not return to this groomer again.Scott Wielgos
