Employees are kind friendly people. Store is always clean isles are wide enough You can get around others easily. Easy in an out access from RT 2 with a light so your not waiting on non stop traffic

The store itself is fine, the staff however is a completely different story. Cashier's do not interact with customers. They worry more about what their son posted on Facebook so they can show their co-worker. Based on the customer service provided I will drive a bit further down the road and go to Dollar General.

Stopped shopping her about a year ago. Management is awful the two older blonde women are horrific. They are rude, judgemental, depressing people. And they alone make the store miserable. Plus has anyone notice how quickly they go through employees? Obviously something is wrong here.

This dollar store is in lowell. I stop in from time to time to git my household items for the low. Its a big store with a big selection of items for a reasonable price. Their customer service is great. They practice social distancing. You'll be in and out . I highly recommend you come here to shop if your in the area. Thaaaanks family dollar your the best...

If I could give this "establishment" 0 stars I most certainly would!!!I had an interaction with 2.5 people there and when I say 2.5 I mean 1 girl who did not know policies procedures(who was wearing a ripped collared hoodie, btw) or even the company's corporate phone number or where it was located(which should be present for ALL employees to see ) and another woman with a horrific and un-professional demeanor in dress(red shirt and faded jeans) and as well as client relations.Keep in mind you I have been there many times since my family literally lived right down the street for items from grocery to personal hygiene.I went in and purchased 8 Sunday papers around 9am and I then proceeded with my day. I was running errands and happened to see the Dollar store has them for $1!! So naturally I bought them with no premise as to returning the previously purchased ones earlier in my day. I then return back to the store around 1/2 pm and was met by a distasteful look on the store employees face when I told her what I wanted to do and why, I proceeded to tell her to please go through and make sure nothing has been removed(there was still another Sunday paper on the shelf, for reference, "not touched"), she fumbled with her words and had no sense od customer service to even try to hear me and what I had explained. She said she had to ask and "was not sure if she could return the papers", I then rebutted by saying "where does it stipulate that you may not return papers", (the "manager" does not even come from behind a wall of sorts by the register to address me face to face, since she is a "manager" and that was when I started to get irritated, she then was addressing me from behind the wall and I proceeded to ask her to address me face to face, (which she seemed to reluctantly wanted to do).I asked her to show me where it says that I CANNOT GET A REFUND FOR SUNDAY PAPERS, she said "oh, I think that's from the distributor, we cannot return those papers". I asked for to show me policies and she could not, she could not furnish to me in writing. Then they both (the associate and the manager) tossed around the times of which I bought the papers and what time it currently was. I then told them both, what does the timing have to do with it, your store policy says within 30 days with a receipt, which I have right here. I told them that I want a store manager to get involved and the manager proceeded to put her finger in my face after I told her that she was being unprofessional, she said to me " no ma'am you're being unprofessional", I told her to remove her finger from my face, I am a customer and this is how you treat a customer, she said the store manager told her that they will not return it and I can go call corporate"The lady was so brash and rude I was literally flabbergasted, I could not believe the complete disregard to take care of the customer, she then told "ma'am you can leave my store, I have nothing more to say to you"!family dollar since this complete and horrific disregard for me as a consumer, customer and a fellow human being, I will not frequent that location and I have made it very well known on al of my social media outlets the complete and utter disregard to a consumer in a rural area such as mine will not be accepted nor condoned.Please re-train your employees on the value of consumers in this day and age and in this economy to be kind, respectful and knowledgeable.

Manager is horrible and they don’t honor prices they have listed. I called to complain that they wouldn’t honor a price manager was very rude to me and began to insult me I hung up and will never go back
