Stopped to pick up a couple food items on the way home. Got home to open a package of swiss cheese (good until 4-17-24 according to the packaging) only to find the packaging hid cheese covered in mold. Tried calling the phone number for the store on the receipt. Only one option available for anytbing, press 1 to speak with someone in the store, and it says it is not able to transfer and ends the call. Totally unacceptable. The store is 20 miles away from home. I guess next time I will go out of my way and go in town to a Walmart instead.

Love this store it got low prices and good quality and verity of things to choose from food to house hold items come try them out friendly staff as well ..oh don't forget to download the app for digital coupons ...cj

I would give it zero stars if possible. Horrible shopping experience. Really rude staff. Tyler was completely lacking customer service skills. Definitely will not be going back.

Not a fan of the dual stores as it's all family dollar with a handful of dollar tree aisles not a setup I like so I'll still just hit dollar tree in Richmond or New Castle when I can.
