I have had Waste Management (WM)pickup my waste weekly for approx. 2 yrs. They are very reliable and timely every week with no issues. We have had the same driver the entire time. The driver is friendly, yet very professional and helpful. I recommended WM to my son and he has/uses their service and he's very happy as well.

They were a very reliable company. The CSRs were always helpful. The company cancelled service in our area. They gave us a month’s notice of cancellation. It worked out as the new company is less expensive.

WM ended our service. They didn't pick up our trash on December 1 like they said they would, for the final pick up. They told us to leave the trash can on our yard and they would pick it up. Today is the 19th and they still have not picked it up. We were good paying customers. I have not received my refund for my over payment. I had to call them again to find out when they were coming to get the trash can off our lawn. I had to ask for my refund. We have our Christmas decorations up and a trash can sitting on our lawn. It is upsetting.

The service itself is great. I was a little surprised when I got my most recent bill, and it had gone up by almost $10.00 since my last bill, and I have not been informed that this would be happening.

They do a great job picking up my trash. They never skip my house like Republic Service always did, and they always put the can back nicely and they never leave debris or trash in the yard. The only big drawback for me is I don't like getting charged an extra $9 for not using autopay. I hate autopay I don't use it on any of my bills. That is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. Take away the $9 charge and it's 5 stars

So far the bills have not increased dramatically with each quarterly payment. That is why I switched from Republic. My neighborhood is using other waste removal providers and we all seem to have different colored trash cans. Time will tell if I choose another provider, but for now I am sticking with Waste Management.

If I could put 0 stars, I absolutely would. I’ve been fighting with them for 5 months to get my bill right, they don’t pick my trash up or only empty 1 of my 2 dumpsters. I’m tired of paying 38 dollars a month for literally nothing. DO NOT USE WM!!

Waste Management is fair in their charges, consistent with pickup, and leaves the area clean from trash. Being a professional business it is important that are clinic front is clean. This team does a great job!

cant pay bill for the hole year. try to and they say its paid then we get a another bill. guys its to hard for them to figure the total for the year! truck leak oil all over our road very bad for the environment!

I'm neutral about landfills. That being said, waste management does seem to have the higher standards in the industry. They also add habitat land, plant trees and sustain wildlife.

For anyone wondering, because it apparently isn’t public knowledge personal drop-offs (as of June 18th, 2021) are:$114 for a pickup truck.$137 for a trailer.
