They had great deals and a decent selection for how small the store was as well. There weren't any bags or boxes to use like somewhere like save-a-lot has so you had to purchase their bags for 10 cents a bag if you wanted to bag your items. The woman's restroom toilet was also questionable there was a bunch of water standing around the toilet on the floor and I don't know why because the toilet flushed just fine. The attendant was friendly.

Great prices and deals. Although they were almost out of stock on everything and their grocery selection is very limited to begin with. Also had no cashiers running any of the lanes and the self checkouts are very difficult to use whenever you have a lot of groceries. The self checkout then froze up on me in the middle of ringing my groceries out.

Did not give me my 4x fuel points. I told them that ok then I want a refund as I do not want the food. Scott the manager refused to issue me a refund. This is the worst customer service that I have had in a long time. If it is wrong they WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!!! There is nothing that I can do Scott said. You can keep your food and give me the refund that I asked for. That is how you make it right. That is good customer service as you Scott have no concept of what that IS!!!

The store is well-organized and clean. Much touted for its low prices, I was surprised that we managed only to save about ten dollars. Their item selection is short, so we had to travel to another store to pick up several items (thereby bringing up our total, as well as added fuel costs). Their pork looked well passed it's prime, and they had no ground beef in stock. Most items are generic brand, but they do carry select name brand items. First aid, hygiene, and medicinal items are almost non-existent. You must rent your shopping cart, bring or purchase your own bags, and bag your own items (for the elderly and disabled you may want to bring a friend). All-in-all, the lack of items I commonly use combined with a lack of freshness in meats, and less convenience, I will not shop here again.

I dislike the self checkout lanes. my wife and I will never use them, increased our shopping time by 10 minutes. do most of our grocery shopping at Walmart now.

Updated review: still going to this store. Plenty of room in here to pass carts through.Everything in here is Krogers brand. Which is nice. You can get stuff fairly cheaper here than Krogers. Anywhere from .10 to .20 cheaper. Store is nice and clean. You will have to bag your own groceries, but no big deal. Good place to shop if your near by.

Sandy was rude and obnoxious. She complained about several of the customers before me. She spent a lot of unnecessary time talking to another associate. She told our whole line that she was off in 30 minutes and couldn’t wait. When I told her I hoped I was checked out by then she got nasty with me. Not a good reflection on herself or the store!

Very nice store coin carts good idea. Some items very very good prices. Other items competitive with other big name stores. Some meat prices very good. We got the $1.99 lb packaged chicken breast . They are so nice a thick, I love the size of them.

The customer service here is okay. The place seemed clean overall. Some prices are really great, others are okay. Maybe a tiny bit cheaper than Krogers every everyday price but could be more than Krogers sale prices. I also was never told that I could use my Kroger card here.

Great prices, they stocked basic necessities, it's smaller than your typical grocery store but they have absolutely everything that I need in my grocery list. Clean and the people there are friendly all the time. I however would like to see the produce section be stocked more often as the amount of fruits and vegetables is very small for the demand.

They sell great Kroger food for a great cheap price. But unfortunately anywhere from 20% to 40% of their products are out of or low in stock. Then they are a small store and only have 1 or 2 registers open so if your in a hurry for only one or two things this is not the place to stop.

Always a clean, well stocked store. The prices are very reasonable andy's you can get almost any kroger brand product at reduced prices. They also have a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables.

I am so glad that we finally have a ruler store in northern indiana. I had experienced the very low prices when I went to visit in southern Indiana around shoals, and the hindoston area. Never thought they would make up this far. Rock bottom prices on every day necessities and staple foods. A gallon of milk for right around 1.50. Plus you can use your Kroger plus card to earn more points for fuel since they are affiliated with them.

Some brand name but mostly Kroger's brand of food. Stock can be sporadic at times. Many times the same items are available at Kroger's stores but higher in price.

I was at the store in Logansport indiana yesterday with my daughter who has a service dog. a customer had began yelling and cussing about how disgusting it was that a dog was in the store the manager then got in my daughter's face and asked her why she had a service dog, they did not make the customer who was cussing out everyone in line and the cashier to leave, in stead the manager who's name is Mike told us we had to leave. The police were called the manager would not come back out of the office to talk with the police. I was so appalled by the situation I will never go into another ruler foods any where. I called the corporate 800 number and filled a report, any still waiting to hear back. If you have a service animal please do not go to this store. I would give them a negative rating but that is not a option on the star rating system.

Love this store for its consistently low prices and quality choices. Not as new as Aldi, but cheery staff and consistently well stocked store make it a winner above Aldis, even though Aldis is newer.
