The service here was great. The food, however, was a little lacking.I ordered biscuits and gravy with a side of scrambled eggs. Let's start with the eggs. They were dry and overcooked, to the point where the bottoms of them had browned and became rough. The biscuits and gravy were better, but on the bland side. It tasted like the gravy is made separately, maybe from a mix, then the sausage is added in later. I could be wrong, but that's the impression I got. A little added salt and pepper went a long way and made it much better, though.If I'm ever in the area again I'll be stopping by here to try other menu items. Maybe they'll be better. Maybe they just do better at lunch than breakfast.

Very fast , efficient washout late at night. Parking lot has holes but was able to find a spot for a good night's sleep. C-store was well stocked and clean.

This is one of those places if you don't know where it is , it's easy to miss . But what a find . Small Cafe in a truck stop where the place might be small but not the plates , Huge . Had the country flavors I was looking for . Very friendly staff

They have some of the biggest ham sandwiches I've ever seen. I couldn't even eat it all just so much meat. That's what she said. Sorry had to say it.

After driving all night for at least 11hrs, with only 2.5hrs left on our trip... our van broke down and we were able to make it to this truck stop. They were so kind!!! The lady watching the counter, with the fabulous purple nails, treated us with such hospitality and generosity, she truly blessed our morning and made our day better despite our breakdown. 😊 Thank you!! We plan to give them our business again when traveling through next time!!!

I went there to get a washout, and for $60 I expected a much better job. If you’re ever there make sure you look inside your trailer after they finish.

I would give less if I could. We paid for a washout late last night and were told a free shower came with it. We came in this morning to ask if it was still ok. We were told rudely that next time we have to do it during the shift. Okay, we would have paid for one if need be. Then we go in to shower, my hubby and I shower together for less mess and time and one bag, the older lady then says “Both of you?” Mind you we have never been here before.. other stops have never had a problem with us showering together. We were unaware of their one person rule. She was downright hateful. We had to wait for each other to shower separately and pay for an extra shower. Everyone else seemed friendly. I can say we will not be back and no one in our company will either. Apparently rudeness is acceptable here. Sad really. This is why I will stay in the south where I belong.

Each time we've been there we've been impressed by the serving size of the meals. They also go way over and above to take care of all customers no matter how busy they are. The food has been very good. Wait times have been minimal even when busy. Definitely recommend and we will go back whenever we can get out that way. The only drawback we have is the times and days they're open.

Diesel prices on par with highway stops. Washout for reefers uses the same super high pressure equipment they use for livestock trailers so your trailer is going to be squeaky clean. Parking for about 40 trucks. Never seen it full. If you're picking up at Tyson this is a perfect staging area: under 4mi away and a million times more comfortable than the bobtail parking at the plant. Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch. C-store is 24hrs. A great mom and pop truck stop.

Our well ran dry and we have to have a new one dug. We went over to the Heartland Truck Stop and Wash to take showers today. The people who work there are so nice and friendly and the showers are clean and well maintained. We had a very positive experience there.

Washout guys did a great job, showers are clean and hot but they will double charge for washing out your trailer. Pulled in with a cow trailer that needed cleaned for hogs and they charged me for 2 washouts namely a blowout plus an hour and 15 minutes of high pressure but I was only in the bay for an hour and 15 minutes. This won’t be my first choice in the future.

Livestock trailer washouts & power rinse offs only, but they did a great job on my truck. I had a power grid delivery where the access roads were nothing but mud & they got it all off. Very reasonable pricing.

Sure is a a shame the restaurant closes at 1400. Reason, only one cook. Cant even have a sit down dinner. Oh but theres fresh food in the warmer in the store. No thanks. If i wanted food from a warmer i would eat at mcdonalds. I saw 4 more people walk in and out after i went in. You’re losing businesses and money.

They definitely get you on the convenience part. They're prices are really expensive and my husband said he bought a $7 chicken sandwich and it was just a frozen piece of chicken warmed up. So for $7 in my opinion it should definitely be a real fresh cooked piece of chicken.
