While I typically don’t mind a long wait at the register, they had one cashier with a line of about 6 to 7 people… the cashier had to leave and blow up several balloons while 2 others, who were presumably management, stood around trying to look busy stocking versus helping at the register. Also leaving this review because it makes me sad to see how little work others in the store were doing compared to one person.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service, Letting people stand in line for probably a good 10 minutes waiting for another customer to go and pick out their exchange. If you guys can’t hire competent people and train properly, please switch to self checkouts.

Was disappointed that after they did inventory that they hardly have any craft things and supplies, maybe 1/2 of what they used to. I hope they don't keep cutting down on yet more things. Also noticed that the only cards they had in the display were ALL just birthday cards! That really sucks!

Good stuff cheap. Never know what you might find. It's the only place I can get a sack full of stuff for $10. Fun!

I had a cart full of stocking stuffers (about 50 items) and there was 1 cashier and the line was halfway back through the store. Cashier called for assistance and nobody came. After a 30 minute wait, I left without purchasing my selections. This store was also very poorly stocked. I've never had a bad experience like this at this location before and its pretty disappointing.

I Love My Dollar Tree!!!!😉 The Ladies are All AWESOME that work there, and Dead Pool Also!!! They finally have a New Manager working with the girls that were trained by Jill that Hung in there to Save THEIR Store!!! 100% AWESOME!!😉🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩😋UPDATE 2022. The price has changed most all items have went to $1.25. There are still some $1.00 items. They always have the last holiday stuff marked down 1/2 price!! Valentine's is clearanced now!! As with any other store at present the cannot get shipments either.. So Please Bare with them as it is not their fault.. As always you can order off of DOLLAR TREE online n have things shipped. This was a clean carpeted store. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. All products were well organized and straightened out. I purchased over $60 of Halloween decorations because they are a great value and they look great to my kid's likings. Great location, too, which is easy to find.

Every time that I have went into this store it is absolutely disgusting. Boxes all over floors. Shelves not stocked properly. Trash all over the place, so bad that you can barely get a cart through them. You have no idea where anything is at because it's all over. I have went in yesterday and last Friday. Nothing has changed, still looked the same. It is the most unorganized, disgusting store that I've ever been in. Please do not ask to use the bathroom. I have no words to describe the filth it has. They need to take a lesson from Peru's Dollar Tree. It is so, so nice.

The manager at this store berated a veteran for wanting to use the Veterans Day discount (10% off their whole purchase). She told him he was only allowed to use the 10% on one item and treated the man like trash. She then proceeded to ask if anyone else was going to die the discount because she “didn’t have time for it”. This place will forever loose my business.

Sad that chains in this town do not stock superior selections the entire rest of the country enjoys. Staff is excellent, but the area manager is at fault for not offering Logansport the same choices. Also seems to be a lot cleaner than some Dollar Trees for an older building. The lower rating is due to low variety in comparison to the rest of the country.

This location needs a larger store, isn't the tidiest/cleanest, needs a parking lot that is not riddled with potholes (where do I send auto repair bills for this?), and more employees out stocking the shelves instead of hanging around fhe office or chatting with the cashiers. This location usually has what I'm trying to find, I just had to have someone find it for me! (Typically I ask the wrong person but a few times I have been pleasantly surprised! )There's lots of wasted space towards the front where more shelves and more seasonal/holiday items could go. If they moved the small displays closer together, they could utilize the floor space in the middle behind the registers and just inside the entrance for more shelving. If they had top shelves for extra inventory, in the seasonal area, they wouldn't have the need for carts completely filled with boxes of new inventory jamming up the aisles. This snack section/drink coolers in the middle should be better contained such as at the end of each register by adding shelving to create space for lines. This space is wasted.There have been 2 men working at this location that have been extremely helpful in finding specific items for me for crafting at Christmastime and prior to Valentine's Day. I was searching for the tabletop trees and heart wreath forms but none were on the shelves. During the Christmas season, I asked a silver-haired gentleman that appeared to be the manager not only promised to continued to look for the trees but also found some and used their intercom to let me know! Much better customer service than most places these days (in contrast to Walmart's seemingly new motto, for example, which seems to be "if you can't find it on the shelves then we don't have it in stock" - totally rude!) The other gentleman that assisted me was a younger, dark-haired, and very slim that not only went to the back to search for wire heart wreath forms but he brought the entire stock of them out and immediately stocked the shelf with them but gave my mom and I first dibs on them! I wish this store was closest to me and would love to see this store expand their craft and seasonal/holiday selection. I also wish they'd put the store back like it was before they moved everything around. Now there's a weird gap in a few aisles, a lack of organization, and I'm not even sure where the greeting cards are anymore. It used to be in the front right corner next to seasonal/holiday.

The consumer service is generally good. The place is overall clean but there are a lot of boxes and other items stacked around. The prices are all a dollar of course, some items are good deals others are normal prices compared to other stores.

The employees are disrespectful to customers. The store is always a mess. Nothing is ever organized. Boxes all of the store dust 3 inches thick on the shelves. The employees were complaining of how much they hate they hate their job.

The good....The store looked extra cleaned and well stocked. The bad..... When checking out, the cashier wasn't talking to us, instead she and her manager were talking to each other and complaining about the other people that worked there. Kinda unprofessional.

I like goin here for holiday decorations. Today I got flags 3 for a buck to put on the graves of family veterans. Always have to walk thru the whole store and always find more than what I went n for lol. Enjoy

Our Dollar tree in Logansport is a disgrace to the company name. They have a dirty store, dirty curbing outside and they have constant empty shelves. You need to find somebody who really cares about this store and who takes care of it better than the current manager. The people in Logansport deserve a better Dollar tree. I love going to Dollar tree but I cringe every time I have to go into the Logansport store. Please please please - give us someone who will take care of this store.
