Big Lots are ripping people off! Went there for a dog bed. Found a decent bed that had a plain white sticker over an original price that said $35. However at the register it scanned @ over $45 before tax, management blamed corporate of course and I would bet dollars to donuts corporate would say it happened in store. Don't see myself returning ever as they don't sell anything that can't be found elsewhere!!!

Was charged too much for two items . Saw it on my receipt after i got home . Instead of paying the 65¢ , I was charged 2.59$ for two of the discounted items . Brought in my receipt to store . And the manager refused to make it right . Said I was probably lying . And I should have brought the empty bottle's "two" back for proof . I told her my son had drank the two drinks . As this was why they were purchased . "" Soo I guess I'm supposed to go home and dig through the trash "" . From a manger stand point , why would you refuse to help a customer . Especially if the customer brings in a receipt . And why would someone lie about two dollars and change . All I wanted was to go and grab four more bottles of said drink off of the shelf . And pay the difference if it was over the two dollars and change . From the original mistake by your cashier the day before .But no , now you'll lose my future business . My wife comes in here every week and buys your dog bones chews on Saturdays . But she's won't be buying them anymore...

Firstly I'd like to say the bathrooms are completely nasty. I've been going to this big lots since I was a child and it's always been that way. The employees just don't care. I like the merchandise they have(except for furniture) but the store could be cleaner. The employees are somewhat nice; only occasionally do you get someone who is friendly and not rude. We've bought our couch and chair from here before we've had it for about 2 years now and it's been a big disappointment. The program they offer for customers to pay on furniture I don't advise anyone to commit to. If you don't pay it by a certain amount of time you end up paying double what the furniture is. Our furniture is falling apart and we take care of our stuff. It's definitely not a couch id recommend. Poor quality.

I Love 😍 Big Lots!! Great deals! I find odd off the wall stuff there every time.. They could improve on 2 things though. 1) The Women's Bathroom Door is VERY HARD to Open for a Handicaped Person!! 😕 2) Make sure all items are clearly marked with prices! 😕Please and Thank you.. 😊

It looked like they are in the process of reminding the store but it was still very clean, well stocked, and cheery store. The staff was courteous and attentive. They had some really cute things in stock at very reasonable prices. Nice place to shop.

If you're looking for any kind of kids toys this is not the place to go as they have barely nothing like that. If you want furniture you have to pay a separate company $100+ for delivery which is crazy and they're furniture really isn't the best quality. I bought a recliner from there and the arm came apart so my husband got under it and tried to fix it and come to realize they had two left arms on the recliner. So make sure to check your furniture before you buy it!

Just as FRIENDLY, and helpful, and not hard to find in store, but I have been told . if you want to B treated with respect, you got to be responsible. To others . they have fair amount of food , and cheaper ($) the ALDI, or dollar stores. I will recommend the store in Logansport IN.

They barely have any full stock shelves. Clean store and nice employees but Big Lots is nothing like a lot of stores.. they aren't like they used to be..

They reorganized the store. Everything is cluttered and pushed towards the front of the store. Whoever designed the layout of this store needs fired. It's difficult to navigate and difficult to find products. Not a fan ..

Big Lots Logansport Indiana went out of their way to help me today. I had ordered sofa and loveseat online , one store had the sofa , another one about 35 miles away had my loveseat. The wonderful people at Logansport made it possible for me to pick up both items at their store, saving me quite a drive. I cannot give a 10 or I would.Super staff there!
