Very friendly staff. Had some great Black Friday deals. I get my rabbit feed and hay/straw for the animals here. There are some good prices on some items and other items are little higher price. The friendly staff wins out.

They are over priced compared to rural king. You get more for your money at rural king, more variety, they have everything in stock, they have all the common supplies, and they know what you're talking about. We go out of our way to go to rural king. No one knew what a rubber feed tub was and they didn't carry them when I went. Rural king had so many sizes and I bought a 15-gallon one.

I went into shop for some clothing apparel and I had an employee named Jacob who helped me find exactly what I need, he even recommended what flannel I should look at because the better material they were made with. While the young man was helping me, the manager, yes THE RED HEADED MANAGER walked up to this young man(Jacob) and told him to quit helping me, the customer and to go and sweep a floor when there is 2 other employees doing nothing. Then after the young man finished helping me, I left the store satisfied to walk out and see the manager on her phone. Instead of yelling at your employee to quit helping a customer, maybe you should grab the broom and go sweep.If I could leave less than 1 star I would for the red headed manager and 5 for Jacob.

Cheaper than Walmart an well help you load it . It's a GREAT place, we carry everything the hardware stores carry also. Soon to be Tractor Supply but we'll have the most of the same great things...

I had to come to get some dog food the other day and the young man dalton helped me out i was looking for help and couldn't find anyone else but he offered me help of finding all the things i needed i hope to see him again and hope that the other workers definitely follow in his footsteps of this incredible guy

Orschelns is a well stocked farm supply store. They have a lot of really good home decor. I wish I could buy most of the home decor. They have a lot of good work and every day clothes to choose from. Love to shop there

Customer Service has really gone down hill! I used to love going to this store. I'd always thought the employees were friendly and helpful, but the last four visits have been a different story, with insolent and rude cashiers. I've consistently had trouble getting special advertised prices or discounts and the cashiers try to talk you out of fixing the problem, because "well, it isn't really that much, so do we have to?"Today when I arrived at the store, I was already uncomfortable because none of the employees were wearing a mask. That wouldn't have been so bad, if they had not felt the need to make fun of the mask I was wearing. I had to wait in line while the cashier flirted with another employee. Then when she finally waited on me, she didn't give me the senior citizen discount. When I questioned her, she said she would refund the purchase and ring it up again, but only after she had checked out the other two (Young, cute) men in line behind me. Then it turned out that she didn't have the skills to refund the purchase. After 3 attempts, she called for help. I'd already wasted enough time, so I bent my membership card, laid it down on the desk and told her I won't be back.Orscheln's isn't the lowest price, nor do they have the best selection. If they can't be courteous or ring up items correctly, there's no reason to shop there. I won't be back.

They're changing to a tractor supply, but I kinda wish they weren't. I like Tractor Supply, but I liked Orshlens too. There already is a Tractor Supply like 35 to 45 min away from it, but there isn't another Orshlens anywhere close, so idk we will see.

This place has ALWAYS had what I have needed in stock with items that are hard to find in other places. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful and they know how to find everything in the store.

Store was clean and not real busy. When here you will hardly ever find a worker who will ask if you need help or if you have found everything okay until you check out which is to late I'm not going back in. The store has a little bit of everything from, clothing, candy, toys, weedeater and mowers, pond supplies, and feed for a variety of animals.

We only had about 15 minutes to shop. My Romeo needed Coveralls to work in. The Manager let us take as long as we needed. Unfortunately the Coveralls are too small we will be going back tomorrow. They were very professional and very patient with us. We will be going back as I said My Romeo said prices were lower than another store He frequents. Store was clean and masks and Social distancing in place. Great sale going on!

Nice place to visit. Helpful staff. But, they have never had any electrical items in stock that I need. So I stopped going to them, and I went to another hardware store in town to get my supplies.

Max and I are greeted with friendly employee's who always have a smile and a dog treat. My boy Max is a 9 month old Italian Mastiff (Cane Corso) . He weighs close to 80 lbs and everyone compliments on how handsome he is. I weigh about 40 more lbs then he does and sometimes he is a handful until he picks out a new toy to take home. If we lived closer Max and I would go more often.

I give this store a 3 star because the side walks are broken and they have NO handicap ramps to go in or out of the store. I'm in a wheelchair and I had to go half way down the side walk to broken concrete to get in and out of the store. I'm sure I'm not the only one that comes in there in a wheelchair. I love your store but the outside needs improving

The people that go to this store generally know what they are looking for. It is canine friendly and often has rescue dogs for sale as provided by local animal shelters. It has a wide range of products from farm equipment to lawn care. The clerks are always helpful but not pushy

Completely unprepared, filthy drink fridge, was not happy with customer service, or the unprofessional hickey on the clerk. Would love to go back and check out their products, some looked really nice. Let's hope they get cleaned up.

Needed tapeworm meds for 4 cats. Took card to front. Sign in case shows clearly bottom rack in back. The cashier barely moved anything but said didn't have any. Gentleman beside her FINALLY stepped in. They found one box. I'm sorry to explain this but stores have items in the back if these two were not sharing a brain the customer service would be much better. If your management can't fix this need to close it down.
