So, I went there because of a recommendation. I was looking for a hose that goes from the tank to the grill. The rep was very helpful. He stated that normally they don't take back "Gas Grill Parts". I heard normally! I bought the hose in spite. Both the sales representative and I opened the packaging very carefully. Once home, come to find out, it was not the hose, it was the regulator. I went back to the store in hopes of an exchange. If not, I would still have bought the regulator. I was very nice when I asked about an exchange. The owner, I presume was rude as hell. Raised his voice as to lecture me. I told him that the way he was talking was not good for customer service as I worked in customer service and would never talk to a customer like that. He again resumed in lecturing a 60 year old man about the fact that he could not sell the part and would have to return it to the manufacturer because the packaging was destroyed. See pic below. Just moved here...........lost the next 20 years of my business. So much for that Indiana hospitality!?!

The Reed Family and their employees are top notch! You tell any of them what your project at hand is and they start asking what you already have and figure out what you need to get it complete. The only time I have to make more than one trip per project is when I don’t ask for help in gathering what is needed! By far the single best hardware store in our area! I will forever get as much from here as possible!

They've got an enormous amount of different home improvement hardware, gardening tools and decor items. It actually in a genuine place too since this part of indiana has only small hardware stores with very few choices in products and the only other options are to travel nearly am hour either direction to a menards or Lowes which is ridiculous. This store is awesome.

David and his crew are absolutely incredible. They’ are my first choice for all things hardwareIf they don’t have it, which is not very likely, they can and will get it ASAP . They are very friendly and helpful.

Never gone here and these guys not have what I needed. They always know right where it is and have someone waiting to show you if you want them to. They don't get all pushy with the up sells either so that's nice

I've been in this store a number of times during the past couple of years and they always have had what I have needed. They have a huge stock of hardware and generally have items that otherwise are very hard to find. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Best selection of Milwaukee tools good prices employees are helpful. I dropped a 50 dollar bill there and went back a week later and without me asking they handed me my money back.That alone keeps me goin back

Fantastic experience every time I visit. Other local hardware stores seem to be out of stock on electrical items, but they always have what I need in stock. The staff is fantastic and always helpful.
