I went here for the first time in years for a burger. They definitely poured on the mustard and ketchup. I couldn't even eat it with the amount they put on. This was Sunday night 7/12/2020 @ about 8 45 pm. The kid that made this was ready to go home and just didn't care. I don't plan to go back and I only live a couple blocks away.

The food is always good here. It has always been clean when I go into eat. We like to go outside and eat when we're here. It's right next to a great view overlooking the river with a nice fountain and statue. Including pics of the view.

Had to tell kid at counter 3times there was no ice before I asked if we could get some from back. Floors were so sticky and counter by drink. Our food was cold and discussing we threw it in trash. The restroom was discussing . There were at least 10 kids working and only 1 other couple in there eating. It was horrible! I usually don't complain but this was unacceptable.!!

Absolutely horrendous service. They got our order wrong. There was no ice anywhere in the building so we had warm pop. I ordered large onion rings, and I got 6. The sandwich was so overrun with mayo. It was dripping all over my hands. Whenever there wasn’t a customer, the guys were just standing around talking to each other instead of trying to help their customers. I won’t be going back.

Jesus Christ please hire somebody. The small blonde girl in the window at the drive through, kudos to you for not quitting that place because your boss won’t hire anybody. As someone who runs a business, I need to leave a message for the owner: this is all your fault. Your lack of staffing leading to bad service and long wait times is 100% an issue caused by your lack of culture management. If you’re the one running the show, this is directly your fault. If one of your managers is the one running the show hire better managers. Your employees shouldn’t have to suffer because you can’t manage culture. We ordered a triple flamethrower burger and a three piece chicken strip ended up getting a double flamethrower, burger, and some chicken nuggets that were trying to pass themselves off as chicken strips. This place is horrible because of your lack of ability to keep good employees. Either pay people better or manage the environment that they work in better. At least choose one of them if not both.

Stopped at Dairy Queen for my son, Ordered a bacon, double cheeseburger plain and a large fry. The food was hot and fresh. When I inspected the cheeseburger, it was missing bacon. They gave me a new one and I got to keep the original one. I will do this again :-)

Everytime we go, we regret it! I just wanted a good hamburger! They must microwave them because they are dry and the lettuce is hot and slimy. Even the condiments on the burger are hot. The fries had no salt and were cold. Very disappointed!

Staff is always friendly, and food is typically hot! Sometimes between shift changes (3-4pm) things are iffy, but they will ALWAYS fix any issues that are had!Parking: Parking is on site and the lot is big enough for anyone to enjoy!Kid-friendliness: So kind!Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking and accessibility

The sign says 2 for $5.00 I ordered 2 chilli dogs with onion I only got one the first had cheese I didn't want cheese so they took it back then they said to pull up and wait so after about 10 minutes they brought 1 hot dog I opened the bag and there was no chilli on it at all so I went in and ask what is wrong with this chilli dog they looked and said no chilli finally I got a chilli dog but before I left I took a picture of the drive through menu that clearly says 2 for $5.00 which includes the chilli dog. Won't be eating at the Clinton dairy queen any more.How hard is a chilli dog order?

We waited almost 15 minutes to even pull up to the speaker. We had to repeat our order 3 different times, and the staff was very unfriendly. When we finally got our blizzards, everything was correct and very good, but I wish it hadn’t taken almost half an hour

The staff was very ok. The food was food. The parking lot was huge, which was nice since we had an RV and trailer. There was a man walking around with handfuls of toast. No context. Just like 4 pieces of toast in each hand. That was pretty funny. It's a place to stop if you need to stop. I'll give it that much.

I usually have no complaints, but since it's drive through only, if you get biscuits and gravy which is tasty, quick hint, ask them not to bag it, Otherwise its slopped all over and you better get plenty of napkins.

Food is always good & hot, can't say it's not good food... very good.... gave 3 stars bcuz they hiked all the prices up...& It's the same stuff they been cooking for years plus I had to wait for over 20 minutes in the car to even place my order let alone make it around to get my food....

Awesome workers ...good food always 55 stars have to do 4 this time the chicken tenders were tiny and hard ..could tell they had been sitting awhile ...first time this has happened

It's hard to go wrong with DQ. However, I've noticed, lately, that the service has been slower than usual. The drive through line always seems to take a very long time. A lot of teenagers work there, now. I love to see them working in the community, but some of them either have bad manners or social anxiety. Not really complaining, just feel like service could improve.

Worst service I’ve ever seen. We stoppped by a week ago and went inside to order ice cream, the workers were screaming at each other. Our order was wrong but we left just to get out of there. Stopped by today, we were the only car in the drive up. We waited 17 minutes for two med hot fudge sundaes with extra hot fudge.. we counted five workers just milling around, one sundae was bigger than the other and neither had extra fudge.. ridiculous we will never go back.. we will be going to the Tasty Freeze in Montezuma from now on!

Don't go to DQ very often. Was in town so figured we'd go through the drive thru. Got our food and the kid wasn't going to give us our drinks. Said last time we drove off without paying for ice cream. Last time we were there, I went in and ordered in ice cream cake (which was not very good) and PAID for it at that time. Needless to say, we will NOT be back.

Staff is rediculous. I realize it's mainly kids and they're learning but at that age you should still have some common sense on how to present some level of professionalism while at work. I stood in there for 10 minutes while there were many working and not being served while all of them were just looking at me.

After waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes behind only 2 vehicles for a sundae and a Blizzard, we left without what we had already paid for. The people working were doing a lot of standing around and not much of anything else. We will not be back.

The workers there are very patient and polite. They also make sure you get good food, (some dairy queens put as little toppings as possible in your treats to save money.)

Love going here. Not super easy to get to because location is not where you would think it was. Most employees are nice. Tables need to be washed down more often but they are trying to keep up.

We visited when we were camping nearby. It was a hot night and the place was busy. I think it may have been graduation night at the local high school as several people came in with their caps. Service was pretty slow and the dining room wasn't very clean, but the locals seemed happy.
