Only use this store if I absolutely have to. It’s only good for a few necessities. Produce selection is never great though. Stick to dairy, frozen, or prepackaged foods. Employees turn over is large. It also never seems very clean. Overall just not a fan.

Teresa should be fired because she’s mean to Adan. Every time I go in, I always ask her for help but she always waddles away. She kicked me out for no reason and now I can’t come back. She needs a new car. Her car is awfully ugly. Every time you look at it, it winks back at you. She needs to retired. And I saw her take money from the cash machine without no one looking.

Worst Kroger ever. Guy in the meat department is extremely rude. I am trying to buy 50 turkeys for the homeless shelter, he said he had them and told me that i couldnt buy that many???? Only go there if you have no other option.

The manager Angela was such a sweetheart and was very helpful to us getting the balloons we needed filled. However, there is a guy with lomg hair and a pony tail that always treats us like trash whenever we go in.

Steve in the self check out line is always helpful whenever I ask. Fo too always so cheerful. They Make my shopping experience at Kroger that much more enjoyable.

I just came in and purchased a bunch of the cut flowers $134 worth to be exact and everyone was so rude to me. One of the women watching the self check registers asked if I wanted to put the flowers in plastic bags and I said no I have buckets and boxes in the car unless you're worried about the floor and she just turned and walked away from me. When I was checking out she started being really rude about the water on the floor and how she needed a mop now and it was a waste of her time to clean the water up I will never shop at the store again

Wonderful local market that has mostly everything you need to fill your fridge, cabinets and belly :) always nice friendly staff and clean well taken care of store. You can tell there is pride in this stores management and upkeep :) good work guys

Produce is NEVER fresh always moldy and rotting quality sucks...I hate that this is the closest store to my location I wish there was something better like Walmart closer than Columbia City or Kendallville

A great little Kroger owned grocery store. Small, But Mighty! Customer service is very good, lots of smiling faces! Have good sales, prices are a bit higher than I'd like, but it is a small town and the only store in it. Glad it is here!

Major changes in the past 3 months. Every employee is new. All I can say is, "I hate this store." I have nothing good to say about it. But I usually don't have the time to drive 20 miles to another store.

Heather McBride made an absolute horrible scene while I was there.. she was yelling and insulting an older man who was simply shopping and even though he did not try to fuss with her she continued to rant and rave. I was embarrassed for him and don't imagine he will be back. I will definitely be watching for when she is not there!

Decent selections. U can catch good deals if u wait for a sale but usually it's much higher than other markets. Clean and friendly staff.

2 weekends in a row our family has ordered chicken and have went to pick up and Oh we don't have an order or it's not ready. Same thing last year. Maybe next year we will learn and just go to KFC.

This store is too small to carry a lot of things and quite often items are sold out. Nice people but you probably won't be able to get everything you need.

These two stars were earned by the customer service only. The other three missing ones are due to lack of selection. Several items I usually purchase are no longer being carried. Not cool. We will be shopping elsewhere from now on. We will no longer give money to Kroger. Bad business!!!

Go somewhere else .... Visiting from out of state ... The checkout person was throwing our goods down the conveyor belt so fast things were falling off the counter ... Barely helped bag ... Didn't provide a store card to get the discounts

The Ligonier Kroger is the worst Kroger I ever shopped at. You can go on the website and look at things and then go to the store and the store carries nothing that is on their website. That is false advertising. When a new product comes out it takes them months and sometimes years to get the product. I would recommend that nobody shop at this store.

I love Owens. I moved here from a suburb of Chicago where I had every store at my disposal. The employees at Owens are helpful and kind.
