The management doesn’t do very good at communication with employees. This place was deserted, only 2 people were working and not one of them offered me help to find where the hygiene products were at. Saddest news this review will be made private by management

Andrea is best manager in all stores she cares bout her job and she treats all customers the same she is awesome u can tell she's not at ligonier store anymore its terrible

This place has really gone down the drain. I waited to check out for 12 minutes. There’s a sign in front of the register that says “push button of you need helped I don’t want you to wait long”. I pressed the button and a phone began to ring for 2 minutes and then it stopped with no response from a worker. So I waited a few more minutes and then a lady got in line behind me so I pressed the button again and the phone rang for another 2 minutes still no employee response. The lady in like behind me then asked for help from an employee who was at the back of the store and she yelled up “she will be there in a minute”. 3 more minutes go by and then the lady behind me again asks the employee for help and then finally someone began to come to check us out. When she walked up to the register she was on her phone talking to someone about what she was going to do later after work. Didnt apologize for my wait time or ask if I needed anything else or help with anything. Didn’t tell me my total just continued her phone conversation and reached her hand out for my payment after she scanned my items. I am appalled at the service I just received.

There was a review made about the manager making “comments” towards a biracial customer... I highly doubt this of the manager as she has biracial children herself. Andrea is beyond friendly, helpful, and always has a smile on! Always delighted to go into this store. Clean and welcoming

The store is trashed. Employee carts in every aisle some 2 carts side by side so you can't even go down the aisle. You have to move carts to get the item you want. No Employees around. It really went down hill less then a year. I use to like going there but now family dollar is going to get my business unless dollar general gets their act together

I have been to many different Dollar General locations and Ligonier Dollar General is by far the BEST. Their store is clean, organized and bigger than most I have seen. The Manager and staff are all very kind and helpful as well. I wish I had the same experience at all of them, but no one else can compete. If I could give 10 stars to this location, I would.

Store is dirty! Can't get down half of the aisles. Couldn't find Q-tips. Didn't even try to go down the laundry soap aisle. I just left empty handed! I'll go to a store that I can actually get down the aisle.

I come in here with my fiancée to buy orange kickstarts when the gas stations are out of stock. The prices are really nice, we bought drinks and two huge bags of spicy Cheetos for seven dollars, at a gas station it would’ve been at least ten. Most of the workers are friendly. I like browsing all of the different isles especially during Halloween. They always seem to have new items rotated throughout the weeks.(I even came in there with a full joker cosplay with my friends mom and the lady working the register was so sweet to me and complimented my outfit :)) )

I like this Dollar General because the shelves are well stocked, items are clearly marked, staff is friendly and ready to help if you need assistance. I only have one complaint, and that it is hard to see from the road. It sets behind Burger King and isn't well advertised by signs.

The store is clean and the workers are very helpful. The shelves are stocked most of the time. I don't really know what else to say because it's the Dollar General. It has Dollar General stuff and Dollar General prices.

This was the most amazing Dollar General store I've been in!!! Produce, four grocery isles, and a super friendly staff. Wish it were closer than 20 minutes away.

They led my fiance on for MONTHS that they were hiring her for a job position that was open, and even claimed to be waiting for their "training videos to arrive". Several months later, after their renovation, she continued the calls only to find out during her last call that they weren't hiring her, with the employee that answered the call claiming to have never even heard of her. This is the same lady that answered the phone ever single time, and suddenly she says she doesn't remember her. I hope their establishment burns to the ground for this.

Dollar General is perfect for last minute or quick stop items. Some prices appear to be a little bit high for a dollar store, but, I guess you get what you pay for!
