Was good time to go, as not crowded. Employees were very nice. Bathroom could have been cleaner, but was not gross. Could not find leather cleaner but everything else. Store is a lot of walking for older folks. It's frustrating to require walking from the shampoo isle, then all the way across store to the baby isle, to get baby shampoo for me, and head and shoulders for husband. Those things could certainly be kept together.

The mobile order/ pickup here is amazing! This Walmart barley has a selection of baby boy clothes I see more girl clothes then anything you also can’t find holiday stuff the day before the holiday because you have already taken it down why don’t yall wait until the day after to take everything off the shelf’s this is why yall have bad low stars and views because you change everything to the point everyone stops shopping there and goes to other Walmarts out of town get your stuff together

Very clean during this visit. Shelves were full which is a major improvement. I do miss seeing door greeters. This visit was a short visit since I needed to use photo lab. Staff very helpful but computer for photos are limited in what it can do. Make sure you make adjustment ay home before you come in for photo jobs.

01/17/2014- While in this store I was followed by their Asset Protection THEE whole time I was in the store. I was in a bit of a hurry to get in and get out, so I was quickly moving through out the store. I started moving in different locations of the store and then proceeded to go back to those locations just to make sure she was following us… and she was. Me and my friend were the only black guys in the store at the time. While the rest of the staff was friendly, she decided from the moment we walked in the store we were going to steal something. She also walked through the line we were in and told the cashier to make sure we pay for all our items. After all the items were paid for she then got in a huddle with other employees to talk about us. They all kept looking back at us as she was talking to them as we waited for management. It was embarrassing and uncalled for.

Want a poster child of everything wrong with America? Look no further than the company leading the charge at simultaneously killing main Street in America while also unemplying America. There's never a register open, there's never any staff. The few staff they do have are grossly overworked...Somehow while being the largest retail chain they're always out of stock of probably 5% of everything they allegedly carry

Clean, organized, busy. I found what I needed easily. Pharmacy is some of the best staff around. Even during a holiday rush, they are prompt.

There several really nice people working here especially after 7pm, but the warehouse Wal-Mart is a minimum store with most items of a generic quality. There are some nice departments and I am glad there is a store here but wish they would upgrade a little. Limited customer service at Customer Service desk, one person on a Sunday afternoon with or 7 customers waiting. Looks like no backup in sight.

I went to the automotive department to get my oil changed they poured oil on the ground and said it was from our car so they didn't have to change my oil because it was close to closing time I do not recommend this to get your car fixed

Five stars to these ladies! The doctor is so knowledgeable and great in the exam room. Very fun eye exam. The team out in the vision center went over and beyond for me. Helped me pick out glasses, tried several on. Helped me pick out glasses based on my size and shape that I wanted. Brittney was outstanding with her knowledge on lenses and contacts. Even pointed out some stuff I never knew about glasses and contacts. I ordered the Total 30s and ABSOLUTELY in love with these! Emily helped me pick out my frames and had a good eye for circle frames. Julie is the manager and she was super helpful with my insurance. I seen these ladies in the 4th of July parade in Lebanon and I will definitely be back! Thank you so much!!

Your prices are too high in there they are No wonder people are taking things they can't afford the prices in the stores I paid for a 24 count of crayons yes they was Crayola $3.71 I can go to the Dollar tree ans grt them cheaper than that try $1.25 plus tax $1.34 that makes all these other stores look good and yours look bad inflation is one things but the prices have been raising more than 3 years now. Since COVID I think it's about time for a change and Congress and Senate and the HOR needs to fix it that the President is not willing to fix it the BBB staff need to say something also about the prices on store items and it's not just necessities it's food too if I was even in office this problem would have done been fixed which I am not but if I was those prices would be lowered down. Understand you all are taking and taking from the customers and we all have and it it's really sad toward the poor people only get so much to budget and buy here just wanted to share my opinion on this for your store it's all of the stores it needs a change.

The pharmacy is great, seriously.Staff is very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.The rest of the store staff is probably overworked, almost all stores are having same issues.Still upset how they drop popular name brand items and only carry their brand. Pretty cheesy move to sell products. If they were better products maybe they wouldn't have to force them on their customers

What to even say that you probably haven't already heard in town, on the news, or in the newspaper. Walmart seems to attract the worst people, and they don't care. When you feel afraid to walk to your car in the parking lot, you known this is a place you want to avoid. Their prices are so cheap because the quality of the product are cheaply made. Don't expect to buy something that lasts here, it'll probably break in a couple months; if not on the way home.

They need more cashiers period the self check out is always 20 people deep every time I show up regardless time of day and one cashier. They are usually stocked on basic items and it's cleaner than most even with pallets in middle of the isles

Nice clean Walmart. They have nice photo center that I've used for years to print posters for book signings and the cost is much cheaper than most online poster printing places or copy centers. The workers are also very helpful and seem knowledgeable on the photo lab technology.

I was at the Lebanon Walmart on Monday evening. It was 10 o’clock at night. There were no parking lot lights on. Very dark. Tripping hazard. Or someone could be hiding behind your vehicle. Very dangerous for the women sharpeners. Tried to call the store to tell them to turn on the lights. No one answered your phone. You need to get more help, turn on your lights, and answer your phone!

They are way overpriced on most everything. Each time I go there something has gone up $.80 to a dollar. It's freezing cold in the winter inside the store. The people shopping for others keep their carts in the middle of the aisles and you have to wait forever to get around them. A lot of people are rude. They have way overcharged me for items on 4 occasions, causing me to have to spend another hour in the store while they ran the receipt and found the error. Especially when you buy cat food...it seems to happen. Purchased 10 cans and the clerk charged me $90.00 for the cat food. Not happy! I went to Aldi's and the Tide and Gain that I pay $16.00 for at Walmart was $4.99 at Aldi's.

I don't mind a cashier being friendly, but if there are five in line waiting, please go faster. I would also advise the cashier to NOT make comments about employees. I heard only bits and pieces, but enough to know.

I don't usually care for going to any Walmart anywhere if possible. I was running an errand for someone else though.Long story short, it was clean, well stocked, and I received a great costume service experience. If I'm in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to shop here.

They don't answer the phone at this location. Can I rate less than one star? If you call and ask a question, the operator will hang up on you and then never answer the calls afterwards. I called 10 times. No answer. Terrible customer service.
