Almost every time I come to pick up my 1year old daughter medicine they never have it in stock or don’t have enough of it. So for anyone that gets there medication through the pharmacy call and make sure they have it or have the right amount so you don’t waste a trip.

Absolutely horrible attitude from the staff! Coupons were not coming up "an issue that has happened many times." They ripped my register rewards up and put them in the trash and did not put my bonus of $7 if I spent $25. I will never again go in that store when they are working! I have never had a problem in that store !

I'll start with credibility, I have shopped at this location for about 2 years straight , literally every employee knows me even the Manager. that said the pharmacy or whomever is working there or hiring talent is going to get someone sent to the hospital, not even joking 30 minutes ago was there, 3 people had the exact same issue with the pharmacy at the same time and have been for months ranging from a 90 day script being given as a 30 day, to rude Karen's with a blue card or not apparently, my personal favorite was they threw out a script I specifically asked on be kept on file on mychart, after getting out of the E.R. switching pharmacies and never going to this headache again

Pharmacy is terrible! Jamaican lady behind the counter was extremely rude and treated me like I was bothering her. The wait times are HORRIBLE. The hours are terrible and they are never open on the weekends anymore. Go somewhere else for your prescriptions and stay away from here.

I will not be returning to your store or any other locations because of your "pride products" when I walk in. I do NOT support that and won't give money to an organization that does. Companies like yours are what is leading to the detriment of our society.

Incompetent workers in photo department. Paid for passport photos, application got rejected because of my glasses. When I check the State Department website it does indeed say that glasses aren't allowed in the photo, so I'm not blameless, but when a business offers and charges for passport photos I don't think its unreasonable for customers to believe that the business knows the requirements for passport photos. A simple "take off your glasses" could have prevented this problem.

Went at 4pm to pickup much needed pain meds for my mother. Right when I got here they locked the doors even though store hours are till 10pm. Wouldn’t use this store as they don’t seem to care about customers needs

Horrible experience with Renna and Ellie, bought some items and both told me that the register does not print the receipts. Renna went out to to the back to print the so called receipt, came back with a standard A4 page, apparently to be my receipt. I then asked her to void the transaction, she was unable to do so due to not having a barcode of the receipt. She then asked for assistance, the gentleman who was assisting another customer at the time after finishing, he came to Renna’s register and voided the transaction with ease and printed out the return slip. If I could give this visit 0 stars I would. Side note: 10 min before checking out at the register, I picked up some prescriptions from the pharmacy and was provided a printed receipt as usual without hassle.

I don't think I've been in a nicer Walgreens. The lights all work, the floors are clean, shelves are stocked. I haven't really interacted with the pharmacy, but the regular sales associates are great. They're always happy to help and seem eager to assist, and the assistant manager I spoke with a couple times was absolutely wonderful.

Wow. While waiting at the pharmacy, for what was at least 20 minutes to pick up my mother's asthma medication, i must have put the empty box down while doing some shopping on the clearance rack. I have been a bit distracted doing hospis care. Long story short, once i returned the pharmacy, a store employee slamed the box on the counter yelling at me, that the pharmacy customers are littering!! Very uncalled for. Very hostile and i hope corporate reads this , as i will never shop here again. New in town, just came to helpmom. And if any man feels its except able to yell at me for any reason. like your employee did, especially when, excuse me mama you may have dropped this. Unreal.I would very much like someone fro. This store to contact me

This is by far one of the kindness Walgreens. I have always been treated as if I'm coming in to spend a thousands of dollars. They always speak so respectful to their customers. I understand that it's part of their job, but I've been to other Walgreens and they don't act like this.The only other one that can compare is Lafayette Indiana on 18th St.I will always use Walgreens for my pharmacy. Thank you for your kindness!!!

I love to shop here. Very clean and organized store. The employee's are very friendly and helpful especially Onna. She works in cosmetics and knows everything about her department. While shopping for gifts she answered all my questions and is very professional with a great personality.
