Every staff member is super competent and helpful. We've boarded our dog multiple times and she is always well cared for.We also enjoy their Day Time Retreat when we have busy days and can't let her every time she "rings the bell."She gets playtime and exercise with other dogs, which is good for her.We highly recommend The Animal Den!

I rarely give reviews but had to leave one for The Animal Den. We boarded our pup here last weekend and were absolutely impressed by the care team. Our pup is anxious and maybe unfriendly at times and we ourselves are pretty anxious while boarding him. They were empathetic to our pups concerns and worked with us to make sure we are able to place him inside the kennel. While we were picking him up, they told us how he was doing and any issues they noticed with his pee and poop routine. Will highly recommend to anyone who has an anxious/unfriendly pup and they will take awesome care of you!

This was the first time boarding our two dogs with Animal Den. We will most definitely be back - the employees were thorough and friendly at both drop off and pick up. I appreciated that they did an intake to learn about our dogs and had a recap at pick up. My dogs came home happy and tired and looked wonderful from their bath. Glad to have a great option so close to us.

I took my dogs for doggy daycare and I thought everything went ok. I wasn’t that impressed but figured it would do till I could find a better one. Till I tried dropping them off and my dogs were literally shaking. My doodle has his tail between his legs and would not get out. I could not under good faith leave my dogs with this company.

Animal Den staff took amazing care of my puppy's large sore on his tail during his stay. His tail had healed so much after being there a week. This was in October 2023.

Update: I haven't been there in a long time but I heard they stopped doing free nail trims. It was great while it lasted. I'm sure it was an unnecessary hassle for them and then COVID happened.Quincey, Rusty, and Sierra want to say, "THANK YOU for the nail trims!" Doggie Daddy wants to say, "Thanks for making them FREE!" You are very much appreciated.

I have 3 Goldendoodles and we have been going to the Animal Den for several years now. Will and Mary Ellen are the most amazing people. Their staff is just as amazing. Very caring. We use the groomers also and they do a great job every time. Our puppy goes to the day time retreat and they all have spent the night several times while we are out of town. I can't say enough or how happy we are with them.

The owners and staff at the Animal Den have loved my dog just as much as I do - since his first day at daycare. Such a great place and so convenient - an option if I am working for the full day or just want an option for a puppy play date. He absolutely loves going there and gets so excited when he sees the sign! Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and the fabulous people that work there to take care of our fur babies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My dog has visited The Animal Den many times in the last two years. Every visit has met my expectation of what a first class kennel/daycare should be. The staff is attentive and professional. The facility is extremely clean and well designed with the care of animals in mind. Jack and Riley loved their stay at The Animal Den!!! The staff and facility are top notch. The staff met and exceeded our dogs needs. They were all professional, personable and definitely had our dogs best interest at heart. The facility was clean and very well kept. Our dogs were bathed and ready for us when we picked them up. We won’t take our pets anywhere else!!! They even love their Animal Den bandanas.

We absolutely love the Animal Den! My dog goes there to daycare multiple times a week and he LOVES it! They greet and love on my dog as if he was their own. They take such great care of the facility, pets, and their owners. My dog also gets his nails trimmed at the salon here too, and it’s has been great every time! I feel safe and have peace of mind every time I drop my dog off at the Animal Den. If you’re looking for a clean, well taken care of facility to take your pet to, look no further! I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Everyone here is absolutely amazing! One of our boys was denied service at a bigger chain dog boarding facility 6 hours before we had to board our flight for being a "muzzle dog" (we muzzle him for his safety if anything. he has never harmed anyone. he's just so frightened of everything) after having multiple conversations about how my dogs have some anxiety about new people and dogs. We were completely transparent with everything. The Animal Den came as a recommendation from one of our friends and who knew it would be such a blessing! Their motto of accepting ALL dogs really won me over. People who think like that truly love and appreciate all animals and that's exactly how I knew they would take such amazing care of our fur kids. Copper and Charlie had a great 6 day experience at The Animal Den. As mentioned before, they do have some fear and reactivity to strange people, animals, and surroundings sometimes but when I picked them up they didn't seem so anxious and on guard anymore. They looked healthy and have been doing awesome since being home. For them that's a big deal!! No concerns what so ever. We look forward to coming back! Hopefully our boys will become more comfortable with the staff over time to where they can get some awesome pets and pats. Everything was great! The communication, quality, price, everything. I highly recommend! Especially to those with dogs like ours. They accept ALL dogs. Thank you so much to everyone at The Animal Den!! You guys validated our good boys and that alone did wonders for our spirits! This was a major win to these crazy dog moms. :)

I have used The Animal Den as a boarding facility and for doggy daycare. We have 2 dogs and take them to be boarded 4-5 times a year. Our experiences have always been positive. The staff is caring and remembers my dogs and my dogs are always excited to go there. I also highly recommend the doggy daycare/daytime retreat. It was a lifesaver when my puppy was little. To make things even better, a few months ago I realized my neighbor a few doors down worked at The Animal Den. He recognized my dogs by name and was excited to see them. The staff is truly special and really cares about the pets at their facility. I'm grateful to have a place I can trust with my 2 best friends!

Our Icelandic sheepdog goes to the Animal Den once or twice each week for a four hour playtime. She has also gone there for occasional kennel stays (once for two weeks while we were in Europe) and she has been groomed there on several occasions. She is always excited to go, seems to love all the staff and the owner - and they seem to genuinely like her. The Animal Den treats us and our dog as if they value us, and all of us appreciate them. The facility reflects the caring attitude of the owners and staff, and I recommend it for anyone who wants a good place for their pet to stay, play, or receive services.

What can I say? Finn Finn’s 2nd visit. Got his toe nails clipped and a shampoo! I feel really comfortable taking my Rottweiler to the Animal Den. Very professional employees and super friendly. He always comes out with a big smile and he knows he is sohandsome. Different scarf this time. He was a happy camper. My thanks to the staff and keep up the great work. It’s much appreciated! The Animal Den has been taking care of my dog whenever I need to go out of town for over 7 years now. She is always happy to see us and appears to have a great time when staying. They have a grooming service as well which they do a great job. If your pet is used to a quieter home they have Deluxe suites which put them in a smaller quieter area away from the main group of pet guests.

The Animal Den is simply awesome. I treat my dog as my own family member and they understand that. They are loving towards the dog and their owners. The staff is always ready to help with any questions or concerns and they always have a smile on their face. When I leave my dog with them, I am not one bit worried about how he will do. Their evaluation process ensures the dogs are suited for daycare and overnight stays. I appreciate the careful evaluation they give to each potential customer. I have been taking my dogs to Animal Den when they need to be kenneled for about 15 years. I have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful and my dog loves everyone there which tells me they treat her well. My dog gets very excited when I pull out her kennel bag and knows she is going to the Animal Den, which I never expected. Over 15 years I have probably used their kennel service at least 60 times and never had a bad experience.

Everyone at The Animal Den took good care of my 2 month old kitten while it received the services I requested, I realized how amazing this place must feel for pets, with ten acres of land, a pet hotel, grooming too. This is everything needed all in one place the full experience for animals and to top it all they offer pickup and delivery services how much more convenient can it get! Our schnauzer Olivia has been going to the Animal Den for monthly grooming for almost two years, and every experience has been wonderful. Her groomer Katie has two schnauzers of her own, so she and Olivia bonded from the very beginning. Liv actually seems to look forward to her trips there, and she always comes home looking downright spiffy with her excellent cut and fancy scarf. The facility is excellent and very clean, and the staff personnel are efficient, friendly and courteous. I can't imagine taking our little girl anywhere else!

I brought my pup, Hank, to The Animal Den to be groomed, and Maranda did a great job! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Hank was nervous, but they worked to make him comfortable. They are pricey, but it's nice to know he was taken care of.
