I recently had a fantastic experience at Menards Hardware store that I couldn't wait to share. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the store's impeccable cleanliness. It's refreshing to shop in an environment where everything is neatly organized and well-maintained.The staff at Menards truly went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. Their helpfulness and willingness to assist were outstanding. Whenever I had a question or needed guidance, they were readily available and eager to help. Their friendly and knowledgeable demeanor made my shopping experience all the more pleasant.One aspect that stood out to me was the extensive range of products they offer. The variety is impressive, and it's clear they take pride in catering to various needs and preferences. Whether it was tools, gardening supplies, or home improvement essentials, Menards had it all.While I had a fantastic overall experience, I do want to note that navigating the lumberyard was a bit challenging. Locating purchased lumber took more time than I expected, and the layout could benefit from some improvement. However, this minor inconvenience was overshadowed by the store's overall excellence.In conclusion, Menards Hardware store exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, staff helpfulness, and product selection. I highly recommend this store to anyone seeking quality home improvement products and a delightful shopping experience.

I checked online for plywood said they had 76 sheets. I drove 15 miles and they didn’t have one sheet that was good. I asked for a discount because I can’t use the whole thing and they said sorry if they’re not in the discount bin, we can’t discount them. I told them I’m not happy with that. I drove 15 miles and with the price of gas they said sorry and let me leave. I could’ve gone to Lafayette Indiana Menards.They say sorry a lot at Lebanon,but they let you leave unsatisfied. Next time I guess it will be Lafayette Indiana ,seems to be a better store than Lebanon Indiana. Unfortunate that it is. I really don’t like giving an unfavorable review, but it is what it is.

This is one of the cleanest Menards I have ever been in. Very convenient to my home so I am here quite a bit. Always able to get help/assistance when I need it. Great store.

Store says they have all these things in stock that’s needed for a big job of mine. Get to the store they have NOTHING! Online says 59 items in stock. Sheesh. Thanks for wasting our time and money.

We frequent this store (to the point we are considering a credit card 😂) but we recently had a great experience worth highlighting. We purchased a lemon of a stove-top range (no fault of Menards). After trying to correct the problem with the manufacturer, we had to go through Menards instead as the manufacturer was non-responsive. AL and STEVE of the Appliance Department were ON POINT. They were helpful over the phone and in person and made our return/exchange process flawless. ANDREW in customer service was also a great help with handling the paperwork side of things. It was a refreshing change to have high quality customer service - a rare thing these days !

We recently bought a large qty of lumber and needed our trailer to haul it all home. We had just done a lot of work to our truck, long story short a few of the bolts on the hitch had not been put back. Didn't discover this until we had thousands of lbs of lumber loaded. The outside staff went out of their way to help us. We'd like to thank them. We were able to fix the hitch and make it home.

My favorite Menards. The employees are helpful and the store is kept clean and is well organized. They have just about anything you need for home improvement. I do think they could use more options in the electrical department and maybe start carrying more Alexa compatible switches and lighting. It's still a great Menards!

The Cashier, a Tall Blonde Female. Madison ? I think. Was beyond Rude. She complained about the size of our purchase. Repeatedly. She threatened to turn her light off and force us to a different line. I really wish she would have. I assume a superior of hers tried to talk with her while she was ringing us up. She complained about us, in front of us. Highly unprofessional behavior. We come in about 2x a month and spend roughly the same amount each time. Completely unacceptable behavior on the Cashiets part.

Amazing menards here in lebanon omg i like it so clean and easy to get to.Different than other menards people here are waiting to helpI was in and out in like 12 minutes and i did not know where the stuff where located i just asked for help and oh boy i GOT ITI cant wait to come back hereReally good experience ❤️❤️🤩

I grew up going to this place with my dad and haven’t been back for 20 years since moving out of state. This store is different than the one I went to but the store and culture there is just as I remember. Better priced paint sprayer than the big box store and even Amazon. I’ll be sure to consider them first when researching big purchases.

It's hard to complain about Menards because it's like a certain Arkansas-based department store. Nothing is particularly good and the employees are usually weird, but everything is really cheap so you still go there.

Bought my fertilizer there. $137.00 worth. Wanted to get my yard off to a great start. When Walmart had nothing out in mid March. Menard's did. Great place to buy car detailing item's. Always have great prices on coats , Jackets and bird seed.

Used mastercraft concrete mix to attempt to fix a leak in my basement. This stuff clams to fix leaks and be water proof in 3-5 minutes. 8 hours later a light rain knocked all the concrete I had used to patch out of the crack and water was pouring down my wall. This is just yet another example that menards tools and product are complete junk. They make their own products that don’t work and break easy and then overprice them. They attempt to over come this by offering a rebate. What a joke. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to lowes to get a quality product next time. Not to even mention none of the employees are willing to help the just walk around aimlessly not working or doing anything other than getting in the way. You will constantly be dodging multiple employees just walking around talking to each other

Lebanon location-I live in between Lebanon and the store on 146th in westfield.Hands down, this store trumps the westfield location. Employee help is what makes all the difference. Just be aware of the paint department manger..RUDE

I always have a great experience at the Lebanon Menards. We were checked out by Jeremiah today, he represents the brand very well! Extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Store is well stocked with a huge variety of options for most products. Lumber selection and overall quality is much better than competitors. Unlike other major hardware stores in the area, employees are universally adhering to pandemic protocol at Menards. I will continue shopping at Menards over competitors for that reason alone.

Needed 6 bags of mulch and 70 various bricks ...no prices on a anything peat moss stacked over my head...asked for help..drive around back to pick up ....GOT ABSOLUTELY NO HELP...I'M 64 FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! I told the kid at the desk I would recieve any..he just kind of muttered....😡

Rarely have anything I’ve needed at this store it’s always out of stock. Employees are lazy and absolutely worthless. They just sit around and talk to each other all day. Management is terrible here I have no clue how they have jobs. Cashiers are nice and friendly and probably the only ones worth anything in the entire store other than some of the older employees. Website and app is completely inaccurate about products and location. If I’m not in a hurry to get something I always drive further to go to Lowe’s. I like most menards locations but this one is awful

Exceptional customer care and concern!! One of the hardest things to do is find what you're looking for. I rarely go to this store in Lebanon because I live in another town which has two Menards. So naturally the items at this store are not in the same locations as the ones where I normally shop. So rather than run around the store all day looking for things, I ask for help and man was I given the friendliest help I ever have had at a Home Improvement store. Not only that but everywhere Menards employees smiled and approached asking if I needed help finding anything! Whether it was the young men who take care of the carts outside or the employees inside the store it was the same across the board. They really know how to make a customer feel appreciated. I see that one of the reviews spoke of poor customer service here ; all I can say is that seems to have been rectified. Thanks for listening, Menards

Menards is a great home improvement store. My husband and I have shopped there many times, whether because something broke in our 100+ year-old house or just needs an upgrade. Menards has fun seasonal items, too! If you have a Menards nearby but haven't visited, you should.

Purchased a electronic deadbolt last week with cash lost my receipt decided I wanna exchange for a lock that's more than 100 dollars more get up to service desk they try to make me lose 25 dollars since couldn't find my receipt front end manager came over was extremely rude so asked for store manager hoping to resolve issue to get told nothing he can do that he would rather lose the sale and have angry customer to say I can write corporate office if I wanna complain

Personally, I love Menards. I've done quite a bit of home remodeling projects, from drywalling to a complete bathroom rip out. I love their selection, there is no other big box store with their selection. The prices are usually a little better than the others too. They've gotten bad reviews on here for their customer service...and those are 100% justified. Their employees are barely a notch above walmart workers. Very poor knowledge about projects and almost always very rude. I've been going to this one since it opened about 5-6 years ago and there has literally been 1 helpful employee. But for me anyway, I've come to accept that as part of Menards, like going to walmart, do you ever expect good service? Of course not. Besides, if you're asking people at Menards or Lowes about how to do a project...you probably shouldn't be doing it.
