I had an exceptionally positive experience at the Kroger in Lebanon. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who were eager to assist me with any questions or concerns. The store was clean, well-organized, and well-stocked with a wide variety of products.One of the things that stood out to me was the store's commitment to freshness. Kroger employees, in Lebanon Indiana are truly the best. Unfortunately, today, they are very short handed and it's going to be a busy Friday for them. I just wanted to help, but all I could do was be patient and thankful for their help. I will say, they are differently more expensive than the other stores available in Lebanon. On the flip side of that is they seem to always have what I'm looking for. Today that was important because my Grandchildren had a request!! Lol!(windmill cookies!) Thank you all for your work.

I do like Kroger. I do not rate much in Google but I feel I should say something. PRODUCE!!! I know it is Winter but c'mon man. I bought 2 English cucumbers 2 days ago. The reason I bought the English cucumbers was because your organic and regular cucumbers looked horrible. English didn't feel too bad but here it is 2 days later and I peel them. Mostly green and no good stuff. Not to mention they were turning soft. It's not just cucumbers. Tomatoes aren't great either. Once in a while you get good produce but it shouldn't be that way. I'd pay extra for indoor grown veggies. I've been to your store and put tomatoes on the floor because they were molded. Do something to improve your produce inventory. It would be much appreciated.

Really nice. I expected a lot less from a small town grocer but I was pleasantly surprised. Good produce and meat departments. I would recommend highly.

Picked up my grocery order. The guy laid a 5 lb bag of potatoes on my bread. And, even worse, these potatoes are GREEN (toxic to eat.)

Deals are great, but know that you have to sign up for a card online. You can't do it at the register. Roof was leaking on a very rainy day in about 20 places. Aisles are not wide enough... everyone was bumping into each other and constantly getting out of each other's ways, and it was a Tuesday during the daytime. It's not a busy time. Cooked abd ready to eat Chicken that we got from the deli was still bloody inside. Won't be back.

Constant bait-and-switch with their weekly 'ads', always something out-of-stock or item unavailable. They don't list $/unit (i.e. $1/oz or $1/lb whatever) on their website, so comparison shopping is a pain.

This store has declined. They have stopped selling some items. If I have to travel to another city for items they have discontinued, I might as well shop those locations. There is lots of trash around the store, bathrooms are not clean, the deli really isn't a deli any longer. A lot of items expired or near expiration and meat I have purchased have turned gray with 24 hours. Something has changed at this location. I shop for small items and travel for larger purchases.

Just moved from Noblesville and this is the worst Kroger I have been to. I saw a lady get accused of stealing and she had a receipt and the front customer service has never once been open. Rude employees. I will definitely find somewhere else to shop

Kroger in Lebanon needs to have a job fair or reconsider their staffing placement around the store. I went while I was in town from out of state and I about lost it when I was checking out. There were 2 younger boys out jacking around in the parking lot with the carts and another staff member telling they were bringing in too many carts at one time, one girl outside on her break; I can understand that, several people dispersed throughout the store stocking shelves at a sloths pace talking amongst themselves, plenty of staff in the pharmacy though, yet there were only 2 registers open with humans ringing people out and literally both lines were wrapping around the store on top of people lining up for the self check out registers. If my mom didn't stop me I would have left the entire cart full of groceries and took my business elsewhere. Boy was I heated and marked Kroger off my list of places that I spend my money at. My mom and I talked to the woman in the meat department for almost 20 min and she was telling us that the Lebanon Kroger makes almost a million dollars a month. Blows my mind. There was not a single announcement over the intercom about needing extra cashier's to get the line down. There are 80 year old women standing at their cart for over 30 min just waiting to be checked out. I will never go back. I really felt bad for the people that were working hard. The poor woman at the self check out deserves a raise and a promotion! Get your life together Kroger!!!!

Beware of price gauging at all these stores they think your taking things in there too and you got a receipt to show for it find a cheaper store if you can I am quitting Kroger's no.more shopping in your store.

This Kroger location needs serious intervention. Its very dirty and rundown. I feel badly for the few great staff in place! I could expound but please send in a secret shopper or secret regional manager for an unbiased evaluation.

I will be avoiding this store when possible moving forward. Self checkout is often the only option and the cashiers in charge are always rude and difficult to communicate with. Don’t care if you need help, the big light is blinking, etc, if they are talking to each other. Don’t talk, just blank stares and attitude. Tired of being treated like I’m some sort of inconvenience for shopping there. And they wonder why they are being replaced with self checkout machines. I’d rather deal with the machine. And I hate the machines.

Do the worker here even want to work? Who manage this place because it is beyond horrible ! The worker here is lazy and dont want to help . The line is slow. No one is at the service desk . Its always close . I was there 3 times and its never open . The worker here just push their responsibilities to each other .

Kroger is a joke but I still will shop here over stinky dirty rotten food selling overpriced IGA where they let old hobbits named Gail Myers act like she's Adolf Commie Chavez and treat customers like 3rd class Peasants and kick them out of the store for a negative review

I have gone a couple of time and so far each time it’s seems like the employees don’t want to be there. if you ask for help they act like it’s an inconvenience for them. Especially the cashiers I have worked for Kroger in numerous locations and this was by far the worst customer service.

Management isn't staying on top of produce or product in store. You'll be lucky to go in and find any pop,online inventory isn't even remotely close to what is in store. Place has really gone down hill. Brownsburg Kroger is 15 min away and leaps and bounds nicer, with stocked shelves.

The customer service lady was rude and hung up on me and all ask was question nicely. Normally give places 5stars but not if I get hung up on. Thankfully 2nd time I called she transferred me a lovely nice women from pharmacy that answered my call helped me even no it wasn't a pharmacy question. It was customer service question.

Went in Saturday to the service desk. No one working there at that time. Waited about 5 minutes and a worker said the cashier was on the last lane and she would be over shortly. Cool. Waited another 5 minutes and the deli clerk stopped and said the desk wasn’t open that day. Are you kidding me? Look I get everyone’s short staff. You had 2 lanes open plus uscan so the need wasn’t dire. About 25 years ago I worked there and you know what they did…. Worked both the desk and a register when backed up.Advice, just put a sign up saying desk closed.

Wanted you to know your delivery system has been wonderful for us during this crisis. I reviewed online and hit 1 star (thinking you had to hit each star individually) but when I tried to hit the other stars, it wouldn't take it. My review is actually a 5 star. I find this store to be one of the best around! The Foral department always comes threw. When I need Birthday and Anniversary flowers. I always feel I get my monies worth when I shop there. Use the bonus points for when I buy gas. Shawn

It's a great place to go shopping, my girlfriend is going blind and has a leader dog that she has to have to get around and I usually go with her. The people that work at Kroger are very understanding of this and are very friendly and helpful with her and dog . It's a great place to shop , they have just about everything you need. Thank you for being a great store with great employees !

Not enough clerks at busy times and takes way too long to get trrough to a register with a real person.. Floor people are helefull.My friend ended up pne day to shout ," all clerks to the front registers", that is sometines like that and the check out service is lacking.

Store is often times under staffed and very busy, meat counter needs some work, also only 4 or 5 self checkouts, gets backed up easily! Knit picking aside the staff are polite and hard working!!

Enjoy buying items from their in-store ad and looking for WooHoo specials throughout this store. By using my Kroger Card at checkout, I save at least 25 percent on groceries each week. The employees are always helpful. Job well done. 😀😀😀

I just left this store very happy. They didn't have what I wanted (just a to-go salad from the deli) and within a couple minutes of asking for it there was a manager and 3 employees working to get me a lunch salad. It's such a small order and they treat you like you're the most important customer that day. This store goes beyond what they need to make someone happy.
