Not a good place I had 9 dollars bought a pair of jeans for five seen a shirt I liked for 5 I asked if I could get the shirt for 4$ but they said no when it was free to begin with for them very selfish

Likely the nicest Goodwill I've ever been to. Often, they seem to be very haphazard, but this store is very clean and everything is well organized.

Shelves were very well stocked. Employees would ignore the line to keep stocking or cleaning. The employees don't welcome you to their store nor tell you to have a good day. It doesn't feel very "welcoming."

I have been to this store numerous times!!! I love this store!!! It is so clean and organized, i have never been charged the wrong amount on products and the staff there is very willing to fix any problems that a customer may have. they are so devoted to their customers and everything being done correctly in their store. I have been to many other Goodwill stores like the one in Frankfort and that store could not dream of comparing to this store!! as i said, they are the cleanest, most organized store i have been to yet and believe me i love to shop all the Goodwill stores!! They have many managers that are devoted to getting to know the customers many times i have had them help me find something and they were always happy to do so! I have never ahd a bad experience at this location. as a matter of fact one night i was there another customer was upset with something and the manager took them aside so the other customers could continue checking out! This is a great store!! The only things are that sometimes the newer girl manager, Elizabeth is not always helpful she is rarely seen on sales floor and she is rude to some customers and i have even heard her scold employees on the sales floor, at least she has the chance through Goodwill to improve herself. THen there is that guy manager who is never ever wanting to help customers, he will walk right by and not even say hi how are you anything. The younger managers are better. But They will all hopefully make themselves better through this job.Now things have started changing in this store, there is a new manager I think her name is Pam, but she is not very polite to the customers, she is very short with her staff on the sales floor and she is rude over the intercom service.

This is definitely one of the cleaner Goodwill stores I've been to. Things are laid out well and clearly marked. A few of the staff were stocking and had one end of a couple of aisles blocked with racks. They also about ran me over a couple times. I had a pair of pants that had a brown tag (50% off this week) and the tag apparently fell off. They wanted to replace it with a red tag. I'm a reseller and it was a $2 pair of pants, so not that big of a deal. But if I were on a serious budget and counting on that $1, it may have been an issue. On the other hand, this was my first visit to this particular Goodwill and they didn't know me from Adam. I'm sure people try to swap tags often. Overall, good experience.

I love getting gently used designer jeans for $6. I thought all the jeans were the same price. Not so, there were some marked $19.99. Now thats high for goodwill. Those clothes are donated!!

The store was nice & clean with great customer service, how ever not the best items. It was fully stocked but I'm a true thrifter & I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the items. But overall clean & fully stocked with nice employees.

The prices have gotten out of hand at this store. A remote control car without the remote is not worth $10. Plus now they tell me that they will not except furniture donations if there is any kind of scuff or mark on it. GOODWIIL YOU ARE GETTING USED ITEMS FOR FREE. Of course they are going to be scuffed or marred. I was turned away because the furniture i was DONATING had a couple things wrong with it. It was good furniture. They will take a pan that looks like it was sitting outside for a coiple years and put a price of $10 on it but won't take a dresser that has a couple scuffs on the bottom.YOU'RE GOODWILL NOT TARGET!!

They gave me a strart great place to part time it and get back into thenflw of life esp my f past is not so good... Mike and Lance are very good guys to work for if you're willing to work they're willing to promote the workers at that store or wat make that store great

The store was tiny, had crappy items, and the cashier Lisa was trash talking one of her coworkers while i was there. Unprofessional to say the least. If you are looking for a goodwill close to i65 i would go to the one in whitestown a few miles south.

If you go the first Saturday of each month, there are lots of items half price. The funny thing about this store is I have found new items here with tags.
