The most rude and disrespectful pharmacy. There is a gentleman who works the drive through who is friendly but anyone else in the pharmacy needs a lesson on customer service and supporting customers through issues and finding resolutions.

Not a walk in med clinic. Drove over 20 miles and went well over a hour before closing. Was told unable to see my child because they were booked up. Nobody waiting and was finishing up with a patient.

Timothy in the pharmacy was extremely rude and disrespectful. Yelling at me as he walked over that he didn't have time to wait on me at the pharmacy counter when the items I needed were behind the pharmacy counter. I told him I would gladly go up front if they were able to get the medicine that I needed from behind the pharmacy counter. He got even madder and was throwing the items around that I was purchasing and the containers they were locked up in. No customer should have to be subjected to that kind of treatment especially when they just walk up for help and had not even said a word yet.

Don’t go here unless they expect your insurance my daughter has influenza A and we couldn’t get her medicine because they don’t except her insurance so now she has to be miserable until I can get her medicine

Such great service and care today! I was buying cards for my daughters 50th birthday and the clerk was so kind and considerate, making sure that my cards remained in meticulous condition!

Staff is always friendly and the store is kept clean and well stocked. My only complaint is when they leave their lights on all night. I live next door and the lights make it hard to sleep. Most nights they are off thank god. Not tonight though. Very frustrating.

Stopped in to get a flu vaccine. Thinking they offered it to veterans then billing the VA. They looked at me as though I was from outer space. Making me feel quite foolish. Thankfully, Walgreens is in town. They, happily, took care of me with no problem at all. I have no need to return to CVS. Thank you Walgreens!!

I went to the pharmacy and told the lady (Susan) I needed to pick up my prescription and told her my date of birth and all that. She gave the computer one look and said nope we don’t have your prescription. So I told her that my doctor told me the day before they had called it in and she still said no, we don’t have the request. Without even trying to look into it or figure out what the problem was. So a couple hours later, without calling my doctor, I called CVS and spoke to Natalie and she found it right away without any problems and said she could have it ready in about 15 minutes. I had already not taken my prescription for a week and a half and Susan didn’t even bother to check into the problem. She didn’t it because she has a personal issue with my family I believe. Can she just deny me my meds because she doesn’t like me? What if it was blood pressure medication or something more serious?

Staff is always rude, staff states takes an hr for controlled meds bc they are locked up. Always have to wait even if first one in store for the day. Given my scripts to wrong person and given me someone else prescriptions many different times. Filled prescription wrong (wrong dose and drug)even though actual script states correct dose and drug.Walgreens is way better and would go there if insurance would allow Walgreens. I know I will make sure my insurance accepts Walgreens next time.

This place is a joke. Scheduled a covid test and they cancelled all appointments in the morning. Then they sent out a text a few hours later saying they were still on, but backfilled it new people. Noone will answer the phones and they didn't bother to try to fit me back in. If you need a test go somewhere else.

I went there for a rapid covid test and they got my phone number wrong. so it took longer than it should have and then once i finished the rapid test i didnt hear back for almost 3 hours. not good at all

Granddaughter had an ear infection. Saw an NP. In and out in less than 30 minutes with a prescription. Fantastic NP and pharmacy staff.
