What a true gem this store is located in Leavenworth, Indiana! Definitely a must-see if you are in the area or anywhere close by. Friendly people, interesting pictures, antiques, and artifacts from days gone by. Delicious sandwiches, ice creams, coffees, old fashioned candy and more. Well stocked hardware store in the basement.

Really cool place to check out. The owners are really friendly, and there are so many cool items for sale. Best of all, they serve Texas-based Blue Bell ice cream that's delicious and you can get a single scoop for only $1.50! A great stop!

This place is Awesome. It is literally like stepping back in time. We had a delicious lunch there and their store is really cool and unique with tons of antiques and even a hardware store in the basement. Super friendly family atmosphere and a definite must see if you are anywhere near Leavenworth Indiana

This is a very unique store built in 1937. It originally was in older Leavenworth but it flooded in 1937. It has old time look , but has about anything you need. The basement is like a hardware store. It has so much to offer besides an antique look. It even has a shell button making machine and a rattan casket from many years ago to make sure the person was really dead before burying them. It has air between the rattan case to breathe. Just in case! So many interesting historical factors here.

Cute little "old timey" country style shop. Kid and I ran in for some sandwiches and took a few minutes to explore. It's very cozy and clean. Nice little seating area inside as well as tables outside. Sandwiches were delicious, BTW.

Rude customer service. I bought 2 bottled soft drinks, and both were flat. One had the date and showed it was expired the other didn’t have a date on it. They did exchange the one with a date but when I opened it, it was flat as well. Didn’t even bother going back because they were so crappy about doing it the first time. I think to make things worse when I went back to let them know what had happened they already knew they were expired and tried to argue with me on how long they had been expired. I did over exaggerated in my venting and said a month ago. The guy laughed and said no just a week when literally they had been expired for a little over three weeks but at the same time that told me they knew they were expired. and we’re selling them anyways.

Quaint store front. Deli with freshly made sandwiches and ice cream if desired. Plus some old fashioned candy to choose from. Loved it! We'll be back!

This is one cool little store. They have a little bit of everything. Take the kids for an ice cream or treat. They carry Black Rifle Coffee which is awesome. Antique tools, knives, fishing tackle, crocks, just a well stocked general store. Great people and a great lil place. We will stop in every time we are in the area.

The building and atmosphere is awesome. The food was a disgrace. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and tots, it was a breaded frozen Patty that they heated up and 6, count them 6 tater tots all that for the price of $9.87... if I wasn't in a hurry for work, that food would have stayed there... again, the place is awesome. I love all the stuff they have there, but the food, nope, never again.

This is a neat historic general store. The store is filled with old time times, pops, and nicknacks like you find at a five and dime store. There is ice cream and a puzzle to work on while your inside. There is even a basement with a well stocked hardware store. The extra time added to get to the location is well worth the breathtaking scenery you get to take in while driving the historic route along the river to get to the general store.

Quaint, country store I've been visiting annually when I go to Indiana for deer season. You can spend a day just looking at all the items this place has to offer. They even have ice cream and other food items to order...with tables to sit down at. The owners run the place and are wonderful to talk with.

Loved this general store. We were just out for a drive on a cloudy, somewhat icy day. The hardware store downstairs brought great memories of the store my folks owned in Central Indiana.We found a few things for the cabin we were needing. A hasp, a thermometer, a door pull, and a tickkey.Upstairs we found a great Lodge cast iron display, camping,grocery necessities, and all things general store like. That included some candy sticks, a much needed bottled drink, and jarred candied jalapenos we had been looking for for a long time. I wish we had arrived just a little later in the day. We would have loved to try the deli and ice cream. What a helpful staff and welcoming atmosphere! We will be back!

Excellent little hole in the wall! We love hitting unique gems like this when we are out discovering new locations in Indiana. Such a cute little store! We purchased some goodies, including delicious desserts to take back to our campsite and some wonderful ice cream to cool us down.If you are in the area, stop by and see them!

Adorable store that has a little bit of everything from marbles, candles and soaps to animal food and Blue Bell icecream cones, fresh subs and hot pizza. It has a hardware store in the basement too! The owners are very friendly and helpful. It's a fun place to visit and my kids love going there too!

Great service! The basement is basically a hardware store, little bit of everything. They serve a variety of foods and desserts at the cafe. Chili is really good! The brownies are amazing! Tons of natural products like essential oils, local honey, local nuts, local made crafts! Love the history! Definitely worth a visit!

We love this general store, the food in the deli is amazing! The chicken salad is a must , and the cherry delight. I love that they have antiques and a grocery store all in one stop. Very convenient, we come here everytime we go camping.
