Both employees did a great job on quickly and efficiently ringing and my friends out, a taller ginger and one in a purple shirt with split dye hair. Extremely nice and patient even when they had only half of the flavors available and both machines down. Hope they get a raise for their stellar customer service! 😁

My husband and I are done with UDF. Waste of money. Past couple times we have went there for milk shakes, you get milk and no shake. It’s literally like drinking flavored milk. I asked for my shake extra thick (which cost $2 extra) because the last time I got a milkshake here it was waaay too milky. $2 extra and it still wasn’t thick. My husband didn’t get extra thick, it was milk. We turned around and the dude said he could make it thicker, still wasn’t thick enough to be a milk shake, and the ice cream he did put in it, wasn’t properly mixed, it was all on the bottom of the cup. What’s so hard about making a proper milkshake. Another thing, we’re not sure if the way the ice cream is being made is different, or it’s just us, bc the ice cream itself isn’t that good. Growing up we thought UDF had the best tubbed ice cream you could get. Now, ice cream options at Kroger are tastier, and cheaper. We wont be returning for anymore ice cream.

Use to be my normal stop on the way to the casino. Last couple time’s everything is out of order, including restrooms and drink machines. Will find a new stop for our road snack and such.

We come for ice cream at this location many weekends in the summer and it’s like they don’t want customers. They are ALWAYS defrosting the freezers on Saturday nights when there is a race track down the road that brings them mass amounts of customers. The defrosting process makes their selections very limited and it’s like they are doing it at this exact time to prevent having to deal with selling ice cream. Last time I watched probably 20 customers leave because they only had 2 ice cream choices. The staff here is typically very terse and unfriendly as if you being a customer there is very inconvenient for them. We have given this place many chances and the result is always the same.Edit: went back tonight to the same story. We walked out and what do you know McDonald’s wants the business and their McFlurry machine was actually working. I think we’re fine trying with UDF

The older lady that works there is always so rude. Her nasty attitude just shouts “ I have a terrible life and feel the need to take it out on others “ , im sure it’s very tough work, clearly, for her to carry such a nasty attitude around. I truly feel sorry for people like that. I love this location - when she is not working. I’ve seen her face posted publicly to Facebook from others sharing their experiences too. No idea what her issue is 🤦🏽♀️ clearly it’s not just me.

The employees here work so hard and their boss is one of the most passionate people I’ve ever met. She’s fights for her employees and works so hard to support her family. The people that come in here and complain don’t tell the whole story. I’ve seen some of the ways these people get treated and it’s disgusting. No wonder they are “rude”. If you have a problem bring it up to the store manager don’t blast someone online just because they might’ve had a bad day.

Carded my 30 year old son for cigarettes, then when I went in, I had to wait several minutes for help while I watched 4 employees talking about there schedule. I asked does someone work here? They ignored me finally someone helped, I got the cigarettes as they carded me. My sonme ba k into the store because it was taking so long. I handed him the cigarettes and the lady said, I shouldn't have sold you those because you handed them to him really? Anyhoo A PRIME EXAMPLE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING TODAY WITH PEOPLE NO MANNERS NO COMMON SENSE. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

We LOVE the icecream. But can you not defrost on Saturdays? We come from the race track and hate when there is no ice cream available at 10pm.

Shift leader David and assistant manager a complete joke. Behind the counter talking on FaceTime with people while customers are trying to order ice cream. David proceeded to threaten to call the cops and puff up like he was going to do something to my mother. Really your going to act like your going to go after a female when you get called out on how unprofessional you and the useless staff are? Great job. Get fired.

Last time I was at this store I had multiple problems with the guy that was scooping ice cream. He was just very disrespectful. I told him my order and he made it wrong so I kindly asked him to fix it, and that caused a whole situation between him disrespecting me and the other customers after me. If I can remember correctly his name tag said his name was ''Dat''. I do NOT recommend this store.

Seriously, what are the hours of this place? Came one night and they were locking the doors at ten minutes till 11 pm, came another night and they had absolutely no ice out at 10:30 pm, came tonight at 10:15 pm and the doors were locked.

I used to work here until I was terminated over selling nicotine to a 17 year old who was working with the cops. Yeah that's my bad I know.All the people who keep complaining always repeatedly came in over and over again for ice cream, and then to complain about how the car wash was broken like the employees are master technicians that fix it. That or the air compressor which isn't even owned by UDF.The reviews here are scalding lies half the time because people want free stuff. Can't remember how many times someone took a shake outside with them, drove home, didn't drink any of it on the way there, and then called to complain how their shake was melted and wrongly made.Main management is one of the hardest working ladies I've ever had as a boss and wouldn't hesitate to come in whenever I called her. I really feel for her, and it's good to have her as a friend still.The problems can stem from several lower level employees. However there is always that someone who comes in upset that the gas pump isn't working, wants immediate service, and so they throw a fit to get the attention of an employee who already has their hands full. To just ultimately flip out on them like they're the ones that engineered the fuel pumps, sacrificed their first born to the almighty Petrol God, and raised the graveyards of dinosaurs for their sultry black gold go juice to sift through those pumps into a car who's driver could have just went somewhere else that wasn't packed (or had an Ice Cream store attached to it) for faster service.It's called "United DAIRY Farmers" and not "United Petroleum Refiners" for a reason. Ice Cream and dairy comes first; get over it.I really liked this job, I made one simple mistake and even told on myself when it happened after 9 months of continuous service with 6 days a week for a little while with only missing 4 days of that. So if UDF higher ups are reading this? You can stuff it and you have an ethic towards employees that's more messed up than a football bat.

This was an amazing place. Stopped at 3am on our way home from vacation. Had great service and the best Ice cream. The service was fast, polite and very helpful. I live hours away and would definitely drive back just for the ice cream. Can't beat 24/7 ice cream plus a gas station. Thank you for helping us on our way home!!!!

The staff is extremely rude. They acted like the elderly gentlemen whose card wouldn't work was doing something wrong instead of trying to help him. When I tried to use the same pump it didn't work and shut down my card due to fraud protection. I told the employees inside that they need to fix the pump and put a bag on it before someone else tries to use it. After I moved to a different pump and have to use a different card they still hadn't put a bag on the pump. When I went back in to tell them to do something about the pump and asked for a manager I was told the manager was on vacation. They threatened to call the cops on me when I told them they needed to do their job since all 3 employees were talking to each other instead of bagging the pump, and when I asked for the main mouthy one's name I was told it was none of my business!

We go here frequently and find extremely rude inconsiderate staff. We are a congenial friendly couple.We wait patiently and witness one asian slowly tending and spinning a malt machine while wiping her face bear the product. And the other curly heavy set gal, who always has a nasty frone and bad attitude plus willing to share her problems. She asks the manager what to do next..while a line of customers are waiting to be served. And the mgr. replies, put lids on the ice cream. So the line of customers stands there and watches her place tall stacks of lids while her long strands of curly hair graise the lids. We walked out!What a poorly managed facility and horrible customer service this UDF is.

All management and staff extremely rude and display horrendous behavior towards customers. The majority of the time they blatantly ignore customer requests and will not acknowledge when spoken to. When they do acknowledge requests, they do it with attitude and an angry manner. They're very argumentative when I addressed this issue, and it is beyond unbelievable to me United Dairy Farmers would continue to allow the managers that are currently in position in the Lawrenceburg Indiana location. I would not publicly air this information over a one-time incident, this has been ongoing for the last 4 years since I have moved to this area. And this last incident I refuse to stand by silently when I witnessed management ban another customer from using the store when he addressed this issue of being ignored twice while in their store.

A line full of people 2 people working icecream where there are no customers. The only cashier was not customer friendly. The other young girl working icecream asked the other one making icecream if she can help ring people out because she was bored. The girl told her no, not to help. This place is horrible

Was there yesterday. Bailyn had new coffee filters with unused coffee just sitting on counters. There was a coffee filter holder sitting dirty beside the register.There was a new girl at cash register, she had quite a few customers. She kept asking for bailyn to come help. I was next to last customer and bailyn finally came and took care of me. She is always a problem. Why don't she get fired. Rude and inconsiderate.

Another rude cashier at the Lawrenceburg UDF. I swear this place is notorious for mean cashiers. I struggled to be friendly when I didn't even recieve so much as a smile from her! I even wished for her night to pass by fast and she turned her back on me and went back to mopping. It's not like I want to make conversation or anything, but when I say "hi" initially, it'd be nice to get a little kindness in return.

Extremely BAD customer service by night shift manager on Aug 22, 8:30pm. She was rude, accusatory, and hung up on me when I called to talk with the manager. Turns out she was the manager - so my feedback about dealing with customers fell on deaf ears. She then hung up on me, and hung up again when I called back. This manger needs to be re-trained, demoted and/or fired.

Tried to call the store at 8:45 pm on Thurs. to make sure it was open because I needed fuel! I never knew this store to ever close for weather before because no one answered the phone so I took my business down the road. This place is unreliable!Always closing early and never fresh coffee. This place is going down hill!!

Management needs customer service training. Very rude and even blamed me for a dysfunctional car wash. With so many places available to fuel up nearby, I hope they figure it out. I’ll never return. Do yourself a favor and go up the road a bit.

Absolutely horrible! Took forever to get my shakes then the little Asian girl ringing me out was clueless. She couldn't figure out how to get it back to where I could put my udrive card in. Now I bought 4 shakes that won't count on my card. Would've had 50cents off per gallon...Guess not now!🤬😡👎

Just note that they might close early, tried to grab something to eat 5 mins before close and the doors were locked and someone yelled they were closed. Update your hours to say 12:55 if that's the case.
