I bought a chick from here and it died within 24 hours of purchasing it. Any place else will replace them up to a few days but they claim that they know they are healthy and separate ones that are “sick” and can’t do a replacement. This makes no sense considering we bought 8 and only one of them didn’t make it. Perhaps they missed a sick one, I’m not sure. One thing I do know though is I will only be purchasing from Rural King for now on. They’ll at least give you a three or so days to make sure everything is fine and replace any that happen to die.

Experienced rude customer service when I called to ask what their policy was on handling a chick that died in less than 24 hours of buying it. Rural King will at least give you a replacement if one doesn’t make it passed a few days. I’ll only be shopping with them from now on for any needs regarding chickens.

Website say they will exchange welding gas & oxygen at your local store , not at all true ! Lawrenceburg Indiana store does not......I have to go to a not so local store to exchange them ! Very inconvenient!

The store is fine. I found what I wanted. The customer service at the checkout, I didn't care for that experience. There were two employees at the register talking. They couldn't stop talking about personal life stuff to acknowledge me. The one checked me out but didn't stop talking to the other employee during the transaction. Please pay attention to your customers.

Just thought a new heater it's 15 outside and 70 inside everything runs off of a 20 pound propane tank..... 149.99 Mr heater great deal at the lawerenceburg store

The employees are genuinely kind, quick and extremely knowledgeable with the products they are currently selling. If you have an issue they possess patience and great problem solving skills. Overall they exceed my expectations and are always willing to go above and beyond. Fabulous CSR over the phone as well.

Whenever I go to Tractor Supply, service is great. If there is more than five customers in line, they open other checkout to get you on your way. Prices are reasonable and products are of good quality. Something for everyone.

Went to the Lawrenceburg TSC with my guy. He was looking for a riding lawn mower belt. Which they had in stock. I had to check out the boots and clothes, because that's what chicks do. They had some really cute stuff, I was pleasantly surprised. Prices weren't too bad either (for the stuff I looked at) I didn't buy anything because I don't need anything but I definitely wanted to. I was surprised at all the different items they stock. Even home decorations if you are into country decor

I drove from western hills in Cincinnati to ts in Lawrenceburg. From the phone call asking Jerry if they had pellets all the way to them loading my van, That by far was the kindest group of employees I have come across in along time. The price was cheaper then I expected too. It was worth the drive. I felt like I was family. Thanks guys, your the best. I will be back.

We buy all of our pet food from here, thats 3 dogs & 4 cats worth! We buy the Tractor Supply Co. Brand - 4Health and our dogs love it. It is a great quality brand from a wonderful business. The staff is very helpful and always greeting us with a smile!

This was my first time there Although they didn't have everything I was looking for, I was impressed with the huge variety of merchandise available. The salesperson was extremely nice and helpful. I will shop there again.

Bought propane, bird seed, and snacks. One of the few places we have found that refill propane tanks by weight, rather than flat charge. You pay only for what you need. Sales staff were helpful and courteous, prices were comparable to other TSA's, propane was actually less.

Friendly staff. They have a large amount of items to cover most of your needs. I started doing my shopping here after I drove 50 miles to a Orscliens store only to find that they had closed at least 20 minutes early.

Terrible customer service!! They had 2 registers open ,only 3 customers and neither would close to help me get items that were locked. I asked if there was anyone else to help me because I waited a while then I would go ask for help again. They both just kept saying 'we will get to you soon'. I finally left,got tired of how they were not responsive. People that came in after me were being checked out while I was still waiting

They were helpful but not all that knowledgeable. The staffer insisted that they straw I bought had seed in it. It didn't. Another staffer I asked about dowels and he was clueless, thought I was looking for dolls.

Needed to find a new store to buy my dog's food. A tad bit higher prices than what I normally pay but I need a store closer to home. The convenience of location will be worth paying the extra $2 or $3.

Its an ok place meaning they have what you would need but the customer service is very poor. My last visit i was returning an item and no one could help because they were scheduled to leave in 10 mins!!!? So i dont to wait 10 mins for some one to come up and take his spot.

Went in for some dog food and ended up going out with a few other things about a wonderful wind chime for very good price and then got some dirt bags of Miracle Grow dirt for very good price I was very happy with my experience and I will go back soon
