Update: I had a couple of issues before, but they've seemed to straighten it out. The food is good and fresh. They're very quick in knocking out the morning lines. Employees are always friendly.I stopped here on my way to work this morning like I do every Tuesday. I always order a sausage McGriddle with two pieces of cheese and a large coffee. Most of the time, that's what I get. And it's always good when my order is correct. I usually go through the drive thru. One time, going through there, they gave me a sausage McGriddle with bacon on it, no cheese. Since that time, I have checked my order before I pull away. Today, the drive thru was extremely backed up, so I decided to go inside and order. Ordered my usual. When the guy handed it to me, I had a weird feeling, but when I asked if it was mine, for reassurance, he said yes. It's my fault for not checking, but since I was the only order, I trusted it was mine and that it was correct. They gave me a bacon McGriddle. I noticed once I had arrived at work. You can see my receipt as well as the chit from the kitchen, that this was not the front line's fault. It clearly says saussge McGriddle add 2 American cheese. The error came from the kitchen this time as well as the last time. You can also see that they're not cheap sandwiches. I know we all have bad mornings, but it's very aggravating that this keeps happening to me. The cashier was super pleasant. The store was clean. Plenty of parking.

Never will I go to this McDonald’s. This is disgusting and completely unacceptable. My daughter took a bite out of her quarter pounder and it wasn’t even cooked all the way thru.

This is gotta be the worst mcdonalds to come to anytime after breakfast ..always always have rudeness from most of the high school girls there and food is almost always wrong.i have to check it before leaving so I don't have to drive back.just got a coffee and a coffee only its 5:20 PM no reason to be unprepared in there. She hands be a COLD COLD coffee lid not on right spilled it all over me and when I say all over me I mean ALLLL over me... I know I need to go right home and jump right in the shower..I'm sitting here at this 3rd window.been in drive thru for 20 minutes already and smat this 3rd window for 15 minutes for them to fix a COLD coffee that got spilled all over and and my car..she tried to hand it it me and shut the door rudely acting because they're busy.i caught her like ummm... this hit coffee is ice cold... she asked me like it's cold? Yeah and half of it is on me and my car thanks alot. .. now I'm still sitting at this 3rd window wet smelling like coffee been here 3o minutes for one coffee... this is terrible.im about to walk inside and see where I get..waiting 15 inside where many other are coming in to complain from drive thru.like 6 different people ...its nasty mess no clean tables garbage over flowing and no soap in bathroom and it stinks.go figure. Waiting 45 minutes for 1 coffee.they didn't make right the 2nd time either.

Ordered my 1/4 lb cheeseburgers. Lots of mods and no bun. Very friendly and accommodating. Packed well for a no bun. I appreciate how it was set up in a plastic container. Most Mcd's toss it in a box. Not here they made it very easy to eat and enjoy. Very friendly staff and extremely clean restaurant. The team here cares and it shows!!! Wow....just "wow" is all I can nicely say. We were driving through around 8PM after visiting family in another town and stopped by for food. We thought the drive thru line was just due to it being busy. We opted to park and do the curbside mobile ordering. Other vehicles decided the same. Well, over 40 minutes later (that's not an exaggeration) my wife decided to go inside and see what the issue was. She politely asked about our mobile order and they rudely through up their arms and said they had no one to run any orders outside. There were 3 managers in store as well as at least 8 other employees. If you cannot get an employee to run something out, the managers supposed to fill that missing roll. This did not happen. There were also other customers in the dining area who said they had also been waiting 45 minutes for their food. The fries were pulled too early as they were nearly raw still. With another restaurant just a couple of miles down the road, we absolutely regretted stopping at this store instead.

I have went here so many different times of the day and had to wait 45+ mins on my food then when i did get my food the burgers didnt have meat on them, this happened twice then you the them about it and they didnt want to fix it. Don't recommend family operated food chains of McDonald's a place to go to eat. I can go to Indianapolis to get deals like 2 for $6 on quarter pounder or big mac's. I don't like to go to McDonald's the ONLY time I go there is because my kids like going there. I go to Wendy's because they give veterans a discount. McDonald's DON'T honor or respect veterans at ALL but they will give local police 50% but won't give a veteran a discount.

I used to work for this location when I was a teenager. Everything I'm about to talk about? I was TERMINATED for at 16 without any warnings. So if this reads like I'm actually mad? It's because I am.Okay, if this wasn't the ONLY place open when I head out? I would 100% stop somewhere else. For FOUR WEEKENDS straight I haven't received my ENTIRE ORDER. It isn't that hard kids. Put the all the sandwiches and hash-browns in the bag with the rest of the order. I am going to repeat that once more for those in management who have to read these.I . WANT . ALL . MY . FOOD .Once more for those who need to hear it mutiple times. I want every last thing I ordered! Not the picky choosy here's a hash brown if I feel like putting it in the bag even thought it's already paid for. I'm am so sick of this and I fully wish the hostile management would give me the number to their GM. All I get every time is "we can't give out that information". They're lying to save their skins but it's blatant to see they don't care about their jobs. They need to be fired. Full stop.Also for the breakfast burritos being "pre made" for "consistency"? It's really neat that I get burritos no where near the same size. One of these is nothing more than egg on top of egg. Don't try and order any burritos with extra anything. They're "pre made" for lazy employees who don't want to do their jobs.And these people want to cry for over $13 an hour. I wouldn't pay anyone $7 an hour for this type of service.

Everytime i have gone here for about 2 years now, they're frappe machine is either being cleaned or it's down. However i see them hand the car in front of me a frappe. The machine should be cleaned before or after business hours, not during. It only takes roughly 15 to 20 minutes to clean...not all damn night.Also, the mcdouble and mcchicken came out for a dollar or so now its almost 4. That is insane. Cheeseburgers are cheaper. Just ridiculous. And the staff run two drive thrus with only one person speaking so cars that have been there longer have to watch other vehicles go ahead of them.

The service is different at different times meaning we always came in in the evening around 2 to 4 o'clock and it's always busy so everybody including customers are grumpy due to the wait but when I came in the morning the employees are more grumpier than the customers not much as a wait but I had gotten in my food but didn't get my sauces so I stayed at the pick up counter and one of the lady's (i believe it was a lady) said very rude what are u still standing there for???? Ugh..... for the sauce I ordered!!!! Since you gotta pay for that too now days... but she walked pasted me 4 times before asking if I needed anything else.. . Of course I said "for service"cant tand by the registers cause everybody knows u want something and hides or pretends to be busy looking at the order screen.Parking: It's hard to get in and out of parking due to the wrap around drive thru they have .
