An employee had left a trail of water all the way from exit door through store and out to garden center.there were several puddles along the way. Told 3-4 different associates about it all while they were walking through it. Their response was giggles and they knew about it. Yes we do is their response. Several older people were in there shopping. Hopefully none of them slipped and fell in it before someone actually took it upon themselves to do their job. Ver disappointed in this store. May start going to Kentucky. Longer drive, better attitudes.

Purchased a YardMate Tiller, didn't last 5 uses during it's first season. I didn't get the warranty because I believe it's a scam to get a few more dollars. Anyways I been on hold with the company manufacturer. And I'm starting to believe they have you on hold for days so you hang up and eat the cost.

Aparently it’s okay to have skittish pit bulls in the store. Dude had his pit with him, me and my husband looked at it, and it didn’t like that too much. OUTRAGEOUS. Lowe’s, you need to do better at regulating this before someone gets hurt. —look, I love my dogs to death and miss them when I’m not home, but you don’t need to take your dog everywhere with you. People say they’re service dogs, I doubt they can show a license though. Service dogs use to be for the blind, deaf, epileptic, etc. - now they appear more as comfort animals. We all have anxiety people. Leave your dogs at home! Let alone dogs that can cause SERIOUS PERMANENT DAMAGE TO SOMEONE. Society doesn’t seem to know what’s appropriate anymore.

11/16/23 9:45amMRV Return # 91942Took a gutter and a few other items back to exchange out because they were wrong pieces. My wife had our Lowe's Card and receipts in her purse, at work with her. We spend 1000's of dollars yearly at your store. Not only did the woman that "helped" me accuse me of not purchasing them at your store she was so rude to me that even the customer behind me said something about it. This woman should absolutely not be the face of your company. Her customer service skills are lacking, to say the least!!

Ordered a replacement door for our house that arrived with the contractor but missing parts. The installation went well and replacement parts were ordered. THIS WAS THREE MONTHS AGO! Since then the contractor and I have been getting the run around. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. This is the most convenient big box hardware store for me. I will continue to shop here for the items I need, but only if I can carry it out of the store. I will never order thru Lowe's again.

Don’t go here unless you know what you need and how to do what it is your doing! The people here are just trained to take your money and tell you what aisle products in after they’ve looked it up on their handheld device of course.We had a Lowes rep order us a washer/dryer combo online, we were in store but of course what we wanted was not in stock. The rep didn’t attach a promo, training issue, management said they’d deliver and install the free item we were supposed to receive with our unit…. After 3 weeks of waiting and deliveries that just never happened… we ended up just picking it up and installing it ourselves.Just sad the customer doesn’t come first anymore. Employees have no work ethic. They just complain about not getting paid enough and how hard their life is….

I picked out a weed whacker and brought it home 20 minutes from this store’s location. I opened it up and it did indeed include the weed whacker but not the battery or charger that was advertised on the packaging. This is clearly a return that has been used but upon further inspection that is mentioned nowhere on the box prior to my purchase of it. It is not even mentioned on my receipt either that I was buying a used, returned item that is rendered unusable by the absence of the battery and charger (which evidently I paid full price for)EDIT: I have since received a refund upon returning the item.

Am getting vinyl flooring, Connor, sales rep was very helpful on explaining the difference in floorings, esp since I have pets, and which one would be the best for my needs. Price was right for my budget. Will continue to shop there for all my home improvements.

Lowe's is overpriced when compared to Home Depot. There isn't as much selection anymore and so many items are online ordered. There was a difference of hundreds of dollars on my shower door. Same size and brand. Lowe's also seems to be pushing customers toward self checkout. This is great except they want to question your abilities as you exit. Either check me out yourself or trust I can manage. I don't have time for shenanigans. In addition, recently a staff member stood near me and watched me struggle with a 5 g paint can. I asked for help and he informed me the lady in paint was with someone. Furthermore, when she was free she was very friendly but unable to lift the item. I managed but he stood at the end of his register doing nothing while we figured it out. Maybe he was doing as he is told, but I think it is rude. I don't like to be completely negative so I will say their price on trash bags is better than most places for Moxie trash bags and they are good bags.

Fast service, not busy. Just the way I like it. I was here early this morning, I had to get bolts. The associate taking care of that isle was very friendly and helpful. I'm sorry I didn't see his name tag. I did a return today. Associate was very friendly and I was done with my return in no time! Went today to purchase a washer and dryer. The associate was awesome!

Horrible customer service, one of the clowns in management accused us of having a dryer that they delivered damaged and they had taken back w them same day. Manager Said “I don’t know we got the dryer back, we don’t have cameras in your house to see if it’s there or not.” Eventually they found a note saying the dryer was damaged and taken back by the delivery guys. Too bad the damage was done. In reality they were the ones being the thieves because for 30 minutes they refused to do the return even though we paid but had no product. Of that sad excuse for a manager, I use the term very loosely, that is a horrible reflection on the store manager., who never did call me to address the situation.

My wife always has problems with this Lowes. ie. inferior countertop material ( 6 mo. To remedy), wrong refrigerator delivered (4 months to remedy), dishwasher to be installed, it was just delivered with no record of installation. It was finally discovered that we had paid for installation and after an amount of time it was installed, a washer and dryer with an exorbitant delivery time. And now, a microwave was supposed to be delivered and installed today (9/20/23) between 10am and 2pm. That’s been cancelled until maybe Monday 9/25. Here we go again. All the appliances we’ve purchased were top of the line expensive, one would think ……. My wife is more patient than I. We will see how long she can tolerate this until we call Best Buy.

Can't never get any help, no matter what section I go to. Gets worse every time I go in there. Was in there two days ago observed the employee meeting, you can tell the caliber of employees seen one sitting in a chair off to the side on his phone. Today was the last straw,pretty much over it had to go through self checkout, now we get to figure, which is cash or card. Best advice, do like I did, went down the road to Aurora Lumber where my trip in an out much quicker.

Went in with a list of things to purchaseThe women in appliances helped me choose the best microwave for me. She helped with the counter top as well as a couple of cabinets along with directions to lighting and fans. She was knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions. She made it so easy to help me get the best items and deals I needed. She helped me get a Lowe's credit card! Which makes me a loyal customer! Thank you!

Make sure they actually have the appliance in stock before you swipe your card!! We found a fridge on Sunday therisa said they had two in stock. After we paid for it she said it wasn't in her store. It was going to come from Hebron. This morning I wake up to a refund in my account. No phone calls from Lowe's or anything. We also used a 175 dollar Lowe's gift card. After getting transferred 3 times and having to call another number I found out my gift card refund is going to take up to 10 days to come in the mail!! We are currently in a new house without a fridge!

This place needs better management. The only 2 registers opened were in building supplies at the end of the store. Get there and only 1 register is being manned by a cashier while the other one is talking to her boyfriend for a nice long wait in line. Then when you go to leave, the door is broken. So, nice long walk through the pushing lot at the furthest entrance where pickups occur. Thank God it wasn't raining.

Too many loyalty programs with too few employees to understand them. I just want to do business quickly and have my receipts show up. Home depot is 30 minutes away and two times this week I would've save time by driving an extra hour instead of showing my drivers license for a five dollar tube of glue when I spend hundreds and thousands of dollars your monthly. Holy cow skipping this place every chance I get from now on.

Just went to this store. Outdoor area was closed, so walked around to the front entrance. Tried to get to the outdoor area but six workers were unloading Christmas stuff and had the aisle blocked. I moved their carts and went outside. No carts. Had to walk all the way back outside to find a cart for mulch. Guess what? They had the aisle blocked again. Moved their carts, went outside, got mulch. Came back in and…no registers are open, only self checkout. Well, you can’t self checkout mulch so I asked the worker if she could check me out. Nope. I had to walk down to the lumber to check out. Thanks for the mile walk when it should have taken me about 100 total yards, but it’s fine, I need the exercise (but without the hassle would be preferable). It’s an Easter egg hunt to find a cart and “rat in a maze” to actually check out. It’s almost as if whoever runs this store hopes nobody comes. Well, I won’t be ever again.
