They re-opened the other self scan lanes. It was a slower day. But no giant line. I will check again soon. Hopefully they plan to leave these lanes open so we don’t have to go to Walmart anymore.

If Kroger is planning on closing this location they are certainly doing a good job. I was there twice yesterday a couple of hours apart and both times very long lines to checkout with only 2 cashiers. There seems to be a disconnect between corporate and the management at the local level

If you don’t want to hire cashiers I’ll go somewhere else and shop. Line 9 deep waiting for a self check out. The only associate I could tell worked there was just staring in the air and rolled her eyes when I asked if anyone works here.

I’ve never heard anyone say anything good about our little Lawrenceburg Kroger, but I always stuck up for them, lately been pointing out that they even have new grocery carts, that was until my daughter tried to go with my grandbabies. The infant seats no longer fit in the top seat and if you sit the infant seat in the cart then you can’t fit many groceries, not to mention she also has a 2 yr old to have to somehow keep from running off because there’s obviously no room for him in the cart. I thinks it’s very unfortunate that they make it harder for people with small children to shop. They are the only Kroger I’ve been to that have no carts for babies or toddlers.

This has to be the worst krogers. Never any carts EVER. People were lined up down the isles. 2 registers open plus self check out. The machine would not take my coupon they said pay for it and take it over there they will give your money back. I've already waited over 20 minutes then they want me to wait another 20 plus somewhere over there.

Moved to the area in March from Bloomington IN. Krogers around here are much more helpful and friendly EXCEPT the deli counter. I’ve been to L’burg Kroger 5 different times and there is only one person helping customers there. That person looks tired and totally unexcited about their job. I’ve never gotten away from the deli counter in less than 15 mins! I don’t blame this poor employee at all! They have no help and no support. Seems like a manager ought to step in there and help provide better/faster service until another couple full time employees can be trained. If I didn’t like the Boars Head BBQ chicken so much, I wouldn’t bother waiting. Kroger-do what it takes to get competent people in there and give your employees something to be happy about!!!

I have seen truck stop restrooms that are cleaner! The sinks barely work, soap dispensers are just broken or laying on the counter! Fecal matter on dispensers in stall and on wall. Mildew or black moldon the bathroom floor!! The toilet paper dispensers are taped on!! This store is so ill managed that it is unfathomable. I have never seen anything like it in my entire 58 years of existence! This store used to be so much better managed. It has gotten worse and worse over the past few months. One would think that someone higher up would care!!! It leaves one to ponder if this location even has a manager. I'd rather go to Walmart anymore! The Heavy bag of dog food I needed was not on shelf in it's spot but on a really high shelf! I had enough at home still luckily, so I ordered on Chewy instead. A 50 lb bag over my head seems a bit dangerous to lift. No help in sight. Hopefully they get a better store manager. It was wonderful 2 or 3 years ago!! What happened? Also there are random unpriced items in the freezer section. I was interested in an item, however due to not knowing the price, and an employee not knowing either I changed my mind. Is it up to us to figure it out when we have to check out own groceries out anyway??

Moved to Rising Sun from Hebron Ky earlier this year so going from the Hebron Kroger to this one was quite a bummer. The associates have all been friendly but this store is rough. You also have to be careful to check dates on things, especially in the dairy section, because I’ve seen so many expired foods (some by several weeks!).It does the job but when I have the time, I drive to Hebron.

Never any carts no matter what time of day you go, how hard is it to bring carts inside. Unbelievable. Every time you try to enter or exit the stupid click list stuff is always in your way.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and very well stocked. They have a salad and soup bar that is great for lunch to go. The checkout lines usually move pretty quickly. Sometimes it is hard to find parking here due to the store always being busy.

Click-list pickup orders here are a joke. I've ordered this way a handful of times and each time have been told that several items were 'out of stock.' Each time, I've walked right in the store and found/purchased all of the items that were 'out of stock.' Once? No big deal. A half dozen times? Annoying. Won't be ordering this way again.As for in-store, this is a pretty good grocer, but I have two complaints:Several high-volume items are not ordered by the store as they should be. I can go up the street to the Cleves store and find the exact same items, without fail. Items such as Emeril's blackened seasoning and many varieties of frozen meals. My other issue is that the big guy working in the meat department is just plain rude. The first time, I figure, meh, he's having a bad day. Nope, he's just rude.Conversely, the folks in produce have never been anything but helpful and polite. The pharmacy staff is excellent, in my limited experience. The front end group are great and the liquor store gal is one of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet.I'd love to give this store 5 stars, but just can't. Fix the click-list, ordering stock and the meat guy and I would in a heartbeat.

This store has great fresh produce and meat. Their prices aren't too bad, and their sale prices can be especially low. I like when they have their pasta for $.49/16oz boxes on their sale. That's when I stock up. It is also nice that you get discounted gasoline by shopping here.

UPDATE - this store has gotten much better. Staff is friendly. The amount of out of stock items has reduced. Produce has gotten much better but dont click list produce. You'll get the worst of the worst and DO NOT get in the way of a clicklist picker lmao their just rude with no manners at all.

The employees were not attentive to people in the deli at once. I had to wait and one of them walked on by me. They need to prioritize to their customers better. Then the check out lines were too long they need more help during that time. Then I told I saw two of the stocking boys working when it's really inappropriate to be working at the time. They need to get the employees to stock the shelves at night not at 11 in the morning.

They're currently updating/upgrading so I look forward to reviewing this again in the future, as far as the store goes. The employees are generally cheerful & very knowledgeable. Checkout lanes are watched closely to attempt the flow of a crowd. Nice produce. Nice floral. Deli runs a little high & the deli SALE ITEMS aren't always easy to find. Soup & Salad Bar has NO soup & they tend to let the Salad run too low before they refill it.

Ridiculous Store! Always out of stock of everything, Dirty store, no fresh lunch meats and deli is not staffed, only offers Kroger brand butter-tasting biscuits as a Delivery Item, encourages hording but cant keep items in stock... Games for discounts, Tracking for discounts... I hate shopping here!

I've been a Kroger's customer for most of my life,they have the different items I need to eat because of my digestive issues. And lots of items on sale on a regular basis which saves me money and I don't have to search for stuf at different stores all the time.

I travel 30 minutes to avoid this store and go to a different location. They are always out of the items I need. Definitely an outdated Kroger that feels dark and dreary. The unhappy staff is always the icing on the cake!

We will personally never shop at this place again due to the lack of respect to their customers. They looked at us and said “we don’t need your money because we get plenty more from other customers.” No customer should ever be treated like this and I am making it known that this Kroger’s does not have any respect for their customers.

We simply made a pit-stop here to pick up a few things we’d forgotten. It was easy to find things which allowed us to get in and out quickly. The produce seemed to be of good quality and selection - we were pleased with what we found.

Missing half the goods you find at other stores including coffee, diet soda, and SD cards. Oh, there’s also the Delhi that served me a mold infested sandwich. Really classy place.

Lawrenceburg Kroger is the worst grocery store in the area. I'm so sad that they have slipped to a substandard shopping destination The bakery might as well not be there, it is never stocked....many empty shelves. Carts are always empty, 2 registers open any time of the day and we always have to bag our own groceries. Batesville Kroger is the best by far

Stopped in for a couple of items and ended up spending over$100 because of some good stuff on markdowns. Was upset, however, when I got home to find all of my snowballs squashed under the heavy bananas. Boooo! Shame on y'all.
