My golden retriever went for a bath, sanitary trim, foot hair trim, nail cut. First they couldn't get her in the tub and called & tried to say they couldn't give her a bath. My bf had to go back just to put her in the tub. They SHAVED her belly with an obviously dull razor blade. Golden retriever are not supposed to be shaved or anyfog with s double coat no one asked them or told them to they just did it on their own.. her nipples were the size of sand dollars, and almost 2 weeks later is still swollen and there's cuts all over. Plus the last decided to divulge some very information pertaining to an unsolved murder. A friend went and she has Small dogs,and they charged her more bc they were "bad" and then said don't come back. Don't recommend, your fur babies deserve better. Pricing is great, bc they are awful.

Carol always does a great job with my English Cocker Spaniel! My dog and Carol seen in synch with one another. I’ve walked in, and have seen Carol, forehead to forehead with Cora, telling her how great of a girl she is, and I know this is coming from Carol’s heart, as she is hard of hearing. She can’t hear me enter the building, so I know she isn’t putting on a show for me. I know Cora is in great hands.

My family loves Just For Pets! We always board our dogs here when going out of town and they always come back so energetic and healthy. They seem to really care for the animals that stay with them. They also do a wonderful job on grooming and baths! They always smell so nice, look so clean, and look happy too. Our little dog even looks like a completely different dog after a cut! Great place to groom or board!

Did a great job on my dog and cat especially! Only issue was they kept having down the wrong appointment time. I wrote down the appointment time immediately after making it on the phone but then they would have a different time and I kept missing my appointment. One time the time was too early in the morning, I was still at work. A lady that kept answering was hard of hearing I think.

Brought my service dog in for his nails and the woman spent so long to brush him after my girlfriend washed him at home. He looks amazing and his nails are cut correctly without any bleeding!

WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!! I CAN DO BUSINESS WITH DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!They cut the tip of my dogs male member and didn't tell me. Not only that they are completely denying any fault what so ever. I understand accidents happen. But it would of been nice to been told about it so I can treat and make sure it doesn't get infected.

Our dog is very timid and scared, we weren't sure how she would respond to a grooming. She did great, everyone was friendly and really went out of their way to make our dog feel comfortable. We have boarded her for the day and even had Just for Pets make a house call to let her out since we were going to be gone for an extended period. Great people! Great place!

I've been taking my toy poodle here for years, and he is my baby. I don't trust just anyone. The people at Just For Pets really care about your animal. They treat them like there own. They do a wonderful job with grooming, especially Kristie. I moved to Indy, but continue to drive 80 miles to take my dog there.

These people are wonderful and caring. They take excellent care of your pets. They have a way with even the most skittish. VERY reasonable priced for both kenneling and grooming. HIGHLY recommended!

I couldn't be happier with the care that my dog receives when I take her in for grooming or boarding. Carol and her staff are absolutely wonderful with my dog and she always looks very very well-groomed when I pick her up. I highly recommend Just For Pets Place

The comment about just for pets place cut a male dogs private area is false. The two of us had no such thing happen here we would have known instantly if something like that happened .I am here 7 days a week and there was never such a thing happen here .

NEVER take your dogs here. The old lady was rude to me and my german shepherd and stated several times that she “doesnt trust shepherds”. Really? So unprofessional. Yelled “shut up” to the dogs in the cages. She even argued with me about when to get him neutered (he’s 9 months old. The vet told us to wait until he’s 1). I will never come back and I’ve already told everyone I know to stay as far away as possible from this place. I’d leave 0 stars if I could. Just awful.

Please don't take your pets. Beware of this place. They used scissors on my Yorkie and messed her up terribly. My poodles hair was chopped off and I had specifically indicated that I wanted his hair left long and only needed him trimmed. I didn't even recognize him. I was shocked and will never return even if it was free.

I will not take my precious fur baby Elsa anywhere else! Kristie and the ladies are so accommodating!!! It was the Christmas holiday and they were booked up, when my GSD Elsa rolled in something big and dead! Even tho JFPP had no openings, they worked my stinky Elsa in and saved my holiday! I am extremely grateful... Talk about Customer Service!!! Thank you Kristie, so happy we found you!Oh, not to mention the prices are spot on!!!!

Friendly service. Some things are over priced! Customers can bring their pets into the store and can bathe them yourself, using their pet showers/ tubs. I think that is convenient, and really cool!

This is the third year we take Kira, my 3 years old baby (mini golden doodle) for boarding. Never had a problem. She stays 7 days each time when we go on vacation.

there are those groomers who do it for the money and those who do it because they love animals and Carol LOVES animals. Found a pitiful stray dog yesterday in the pouring rain...he was a matted flea ridden mess and I called 3 groomers...Carol being the thrid one and she said bring him up I will fit him in. She skipped lunch to take care of him...one of the worst cases she has seen. 4 baths alternating with hair cuts and the fleas and maggots and seed and thorns that were in his coat and she never bat an eye except to say "poor baby" the whole 3 hours she worked on him. And after all that she wanted to charge me so little because she knew that he would need a lot of veterinarian care and I paid her double what she asked because she gave soooooooo much for this poor soul....this is my new groomer!!!!!

When I walked in the door to get my dog kenneled we could not get over the smell of the place. I actual could not breathe it smelled so bad. Needless to say I left with my dog.
