If I could give zero stars I would. I got to the parking lot at 8:30 am waiting for them to open at 9 for the going out of business sale. I was the first person there. Everyone got out of their cars around 8:50 & we were all just standing around talking & waiting. The lady who was supposed to open didn’t open till 10 after 9 & rudely announced that only the first 6 people in line could go in. Problem is there wasn’t a line so everyone rushed the door. Since I was the first person there I went in with 5 others when the lady stopped me & said I cut the nonexistent line & couldn’t go in. I explained I was the first person there but she said it didn’t matter if I wasn’t in line. THERE WAS NO LINE STUPID LADY!! They can kick rocks. I don’t even need their garbage cheap trashy products anyways. Thanks rude, ignorant lady, you actually kept me from wasting my money.

Teriible family dollar. Employees are extremely rude. Store is never clean and nothing is ever in stock. Plus there constantly closed during hours they should be open per their sign.

Had the worst experience in this store. Employees working were rude. Asked multiple times if my store coupons came off and was told yes before paying. After paying, they in fact did not come off. The guy working told me the system wasn’t taking the store coupons off.. that would have been nice to know WHEN I ASKED. Paid more than $25 than I should have. Worst store and incompetent employees I’ve ever seen at a Family Dollar.

Closes at 7pm on door, manager locked door at 6:30 smiled as she walked away, not the same here anymore with new manager, dollar general is open until 10pm I will shop there from here on out .

Went into store and had the manager to g a bell to get the cashier rather than the manager taking the time to bring me out then after the fact of me leaving and I found out I could have got my items cheaper apparently by having digital coupons that the cashier or manager never bothered to tell me about
