Got the natures menu chicken dog food through door dash, opened it and it was moldy. Called the store no one answered or returned my calls. Currently can't leave the house because I'm sick.

The young gentleman stocking this evening who helped me was TOP NOTCH. He greeted me, offered assistance multiple times, and even went to check for a few items not in stock on shelves and may have come in with today’s shipment. The other two women did not greet me and had whispers/sideway glances towards me multiple times. They did not acknowledge me until I went to leave items at the one register I didn’t think I had enough money in my budget to purchase. They asked me what I was doing, I explained, more looks toward one another and whispers. They eventually called the young gentleman up to put away the items I left at the other closed register (in fairness I asked him beforehand where I could leave the items because I did not want to leave them on shelves randomly). I explained I was on a tight budget and felt bad but was trying to be mindful. They said it was okay but were clearly visibly annoyed. When they called the younger gentleman up I was frustrated and started putting stuff back for him because why should it fall to one person and not the “team”? Another point— they are open until 11:00. I overheard the one lady commenting to the young gentleman about how she cannot do 11pm in the school year and how it just was not going to work. I don’t understand the point of saying that with a customer there??? Why don’t they advertise that they are actually open until 11? Why act like it is a secret or inconvenience? The women did not have name badges visible to me, but I assume at least one is in management. You would think that a business in a small town would not mind someone coming into shop during their regular hours. As opposed to shopping elsewhere, it truly left abad taste in my mouth that they would be so bothered by someone coming in to shop. I could understand if it was right before closing or something like that but it wasn’t. I hope that the young gentleman does not pick up on these ladies bad attitudes, he is literally the only reason why I would give three stars otherwise it would have been one. He mentioned being newer, yet he could easily train them in appropriate customer service etiquette and be in management as he clearly cares about doing his job and doing it well. Do better, ladies.

There is always something with this store. Before the remodeling it was always disorganized and dirty or they had rude employees. Today I went in there is five people working one register open and that got backed up very fast. So I opted for the self check out( which is hit or miss if it's going to work.) I started to scan my items and realized everything I purchased cost more than what they were labeled on the shelf anywhere from $1-2.75 more. Only one item actually went down in price from a $1 to .90cents. The one register that was open was dealing with an older customer and the line was backed up. So I just bought my stuff and left, but I'm tired of this store the only good thing about it, is that it is convenient. I'm done going here and will take the 30 min drive to Lawrenceburg.

This particular Dollar General is a great store. Its clean, they have anything and everything and then some, the staff are always polite and courteous. My only real complaint is that no matter what day or what time of day it seems like they only ever have just 1 cashier, so you stand in line forever sometimes. Honestly though it seems like that's the case at every Dollar General.

The store manager is rude and useless when it comes to customer service. My family go there several times a week. The lines will be long one day it was literally 30 minutes to get checked out. Meanwhile he is standing talking to someone behind the counter I assume someone of higher management. Yesterday I was in and stopped and questioned him about some totes that had no lids, he was terribly rude and short like it was trouble to hp me. It's not the 1st time I have had this encounter. The ladies at the register are always helpful and friendly. He offers no service as you pass him. He's is a disgrace of management in my opinion. I have never filed a bad review however this is always an issue. That store is the only thing in our little town that has essential items. I beleive he takes our business for granted. If it wasn't for all of us shopping there the man wouldn't have a job. I'm unsure of his name. Its aggravating to go in and see the cluttered isle ways and customers backed up through the store and he is zero help!

This is a good store for picking up the odd item or two you may need on the way home from work. They have most common cleaning supplies, medicines, toiletries, and paper products. They also have a decent food and drink selection. However, the store is small, cluttered, and almost always has a long wait to check out. It is also usually difficult to find an employee to answer a question about where something is located.

Several times that I have shopped the Bright Indiana Dollar General Store, I selected items that showed one price on the display and when I went to check out the price was MUCH HIGHER at the checkout.Buyers beware! This store DOES NOT DO A GOOD JOB of marking their prices on the displays/signage/shelving!I am very disappointed in their Lack of attention to detail while stocking.The Manager needs to ensure that the Associates are keeping up with all aspects of merchandising and to spot check their pricing/signage practices.

I love DG because it's so convenient & prices are great. I can always get my most often purchased items much cheaper here. They have a good inventory but aisles & shelves are often messy. This store needs a trash can!! The landscaping is full of cigarette butts & other trash.

Everytime I go into this store, some of the employees there like to follow you around and watch you, as if your going to "steal something"., or they constantly ask you if you need help finding anything. I like to take my time when I shop, and like to look through their clearance isle, but I have definately felt uncomfortable there the last few times, so I quit going in there. I now will only go in there if I absolutely have to!

I find my basic home goods without having to go into a big box-store. It's a little cramped but so what? I leave my cart in the main aisle while grabbing my items from the shelf. I like how it is well-stocked.

This store is under new management and it is so much better. The aisles are clean now and shelves neatly stocked. Glad to have this store in working order now. I will definitely shop here again.

I love this dollar general store. The staff is always so nice and polite. Never a bad experience. And I pretty much find everything I want at great prices. I'm in there at least twice a week.

I still love this place it's very convenient but my one concern is the manager is rude! Never helps out when needed. They are never happy. And if the manage is not happy either are the workers. I called one time to ask a question and all the person said on the phone was "no" in a rude voice and hung up on me! Wow good customer service! Not

Never seen a store laid out the way this one is but there's clothes still that's a plus every store near me has changed to a home store it was a little over whelming to shop but it wasn't dirty just to much stuff in a little store. Would definitely shop there again

It's much cleaner than it had been in months past, selection is good but my biggest complaint is there is always long lines at check out and only after 8 minutes did they open the second line....way to slow there.

Nothing is functional at this store. Nobody has been trained for anything. Definitely worth the trip to take your business down the road to Kroger or Family Dollar in Harrison or Lawrenceburg.

This is where I work. It is not a bad place but there is no room to walk in the aisles but it is supposed to be remodeled soon and that is going to make everything easier for customers and employees!!
