Nothing is stocked. They like to stick boxes into the refrigerators not even opened can’t ever find a thing you need place is always a dump and prices on shelves are not accurate. If you wanna play hide and go seek your items this the place to go.

I've been shopping at this location for a year now but I felt it was necessary to bring this issue to light. An older cashier with long blondish hair, who I've seen for the past year, is constantly rude. Rarely friendly and seems bothered most of the time that she's has to perform her duties. The other day, instead of swinging my bag on the roundabout towards me, she stood there and continued on her cell phone!?! Is that truly necessary? She shouldn't be employed there. There used to be a few younger female cashiers that worked there but unfortunately I haven't seem them in a long time which implies they left. Can't say I blame them. Hopefully in the future, there will be employees that actually care about customer service. Until then, I wouldn't shop there if my life depended on it.

Employees were polite and I found everything I needed easily. An employee asked me if I needed help finding anything, and also greeted me politely and told me to have a great day when I was leaving. I would give it 5 stars but the restroom needed attention.

This location has everything but the manager there needs help. He works so hard to stock the shelves and keep the place orderly. However, he is often left alone to run the register, stock and do inventory. He deserves a raise as well as praise!

Quick check out, good deals if you're careful and think about cost per unit. A few things are actually more expensive here when considered that way, but most things are an excellent deal. They have a frozen food section in the back right. It's a great place to grab a quick, cheap microwavable lunch in a hurry, and they have a surprisingly varied selection.

Truthfully, I’ve come here quite often. I have spent a good amount of money here within the past 3 years or so, I would say. But after my cousin and I came inside of the store to buy a basketball yesterday and was told by an older lady, “next time that you come in here, leave the board out there.” In an extremely nasty tone, that set us off, I carry morals and respect, so I had not said anything back, nor did my cousin. But I will say this from experience. We do not ride through the store, we do not damage, we do not do any of that. I can understand having a policy against bringing skateboards, longboards, etc. inside of the store, but add a sign, make people aware, and instead of having an extremely nasty attitude towards someone, be a little kind next time, there was ZERO need for hostility over something so small. I have had 2 boards be stolen from us that have costed roughly 200-400 dollars separately by leaving them outside of that store. I do not trust leaving my belongings outside. Learn how to use manners, lady.

The employees at this store are truly wonderful. One particular lady named Jessica goes above and beyond to treat and help customers. She is a vision that should be acknowledged and reflects on Dollar General and the Lawrenceburg community. Thank you for making my family and myself feel welcome and valued.

First let me state that I don't know what Rhonda, Star and Joe are saying about the store on Dollar General store on Tate St. but totally false to generate attention for themselves. I mean with Rhonda and Joe I'm pretty sure I've seen you on the Steve Wilko show before. So that tells you about there characters. At the 21 second mark I'm pretty sure its you guys and if you guys are that uncomfortable their its probably and I'm pretty sure your not being honest about your shopping habits.Youtube search words PROMO: Suspicious Behavior Leads To Accusations (The Steve Wilkos Show) 21 sec mark.I just wanted to point that out but with out saying the store on Tate St. does an awesome job for what they deal with on a daily bases. Customer Service is great. Sure the store gets a little messy on truck day but what other store doesn't around the area. Outside of truck day the store is one of the nicer looking stores in the area. That store there has a great team and they do a hell of of a job on a daily bases. I'm in their at least once a week shopping and all in all a great store in the area. Hell I take the Dollar General over Walmart, Dollar Tree, and Family Dollar any day.

The blond headed lady is ALWayS so rude.especially at night b4 closing she will,be an ur stuff real rough not say a word give a dirty look of she had to stop what she was doing to come check u out.and it is not just to me its a small town and everyone talks about her and how rude she is.not just a little rude.she is a witch kinda rude.no hello or anything she is mean is hate to live with her.and she will be on the phone all the time and just keep talking while checking people out getting them the wrong cigarettes and stuff.messing up and getting mad at the customers for it.the tall man with dark dark brown hair that looks like he needs to shower more often.he always tries to give me the wrong amount of change back.he has done it every time im there and I have to stand there and practically,prove myself ..threaten to call a head office.I mean what's a $1 or $2 really worth his job.he's doing it to kids old people..then I guess he does randomly... This is a small,town and a Lot people are getting upset at him..and don't like the blondes attitude...I now go to family dollar where i know im,getting treated nice a d not having cashier trying rip me off .so are others and when he is working its dirty in the bathroom he makes me feel so uncomfortable.do they do police checks.?i,work hope so.they should watch how he is ripping people off on change ...and tell him to shower.and get rid of the blonde witch lady there is no hope for her she is way to mean and way to many people here do not like her and way to many people won't go there when she is working .,replace these 2 employs and will get lot customers back I guarantee that

This place is nasty they dont take out garbage outside. The bathrooms are either broke or so dirty you dont wanna use them. The staff there is friendly and help full. Caitlynn was very helpful and made sure our visit was pleasent

I went in their before work looking for Dollar generals original nasel spray. The slot was empty but they were pitting away truck, well they had the totes out but the guy was too busy on his phone I went up to the counter asked if they had any in. And he said we probley have some in the totes but their is so many, he said this with his phone in his hand!!! I was a assistant for DG but resigned bc of cancer and this was horrible customer service he should have put down his phone and looked through the totes that were sitting on the floor. I will never be back to this dollar general again.
