This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. I sent a request to get my insulin refilled. They said they needed insurance approval before they could refill it, ok I understand that. 5 days later they send me a text that it's ready and I must pick it up that day. ARE YOU FOR REAL. The pharmacy is 30 miles away but yes I dropped everything and went to pick it up. The pharmacist was VERY Rude at the drive thru. I get home 60 mile round trip, open up my prescriptions and they give me the wrong insulin. These are cartridges with no way to inject them. I called CVS and was told to come back the next day for the correct prescription...... Lucky to get a 1 star rating

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. The staff is rude and unhelpful, they are consistently out of medications that are very common. One time filled my prescription under my sons name. Also received an antibiotic that was not mixed. They just gave me a jar of powdered medicine. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Overcharged ($40 vs $21) AND had already paid online. End result is awful as well as the print quality is like a home printer and the material is cracked and bent. These items aren't giftable...they are garbage.

I purchased an item and the box was empty. The manager was very rude. I called the Police Department and filed a report. They showed up and the cameras can't be checked until someone has access to them. I opened the product in the parking lot when I stepped outside the door and there was no product and I paid $11 dollars for an empty box. I don't appreciate being disrespected and called a thief. I hope I get the product replaced when better customer service is available.

Most of the staff are friendly. One particular person was rude as can be. It wouldn't have been a problem but,I had just moved to the area and CVS was a place I was familiar with and I pass 2 other pharmacies to go here.I came in to pick up a prescription I had been on for years,

If I could give 0 stars I would. After getting a phone call from my mother asking to pick something up from here. Walked in a ask the pharmacy person if she talked to my mother and she did. I asked where the stuff was I needed to get. All she did was point to the isle behind me and isle 11. Then went back to ignoring me while u walked up and down the isle for 15 minutes. Won't ever go back if thats there idea of costumer service.

Everytime I call the pharmacy to refill my prescription they are rude! They hang up without even saying "goodbye" they're rude in person as well. You work with the public be a little bit nicer. It's ridiculous!

Came to this location and was greeted with a sign saying they were closed due to a power outage. However, all of the lights are on and an employee walked to the door, stared at me through the window, and walked away without any acknowledgement of the situation. Guess I’ll have to pick up my time sensitive package on a different day.

Nice clean store and very helpful employees ! The sales ladies was very friendly and helped out with my photos ! And CVS has very cheap prices on their photos as well ! The photos print out while you're standing there which is very handy ! Fast friendly service !
