The store is well organized and clean. Bathrooms are clean as well. My one complaint (and it's significant) is that there were no prices on at least 5 point of sale pallets in the middle of various aisles (firewood and birdseed were two of them). I didn't see any associates around to ask and I didn't want to haul the stuff up to the register for a price check and then not purchase it because it was out of my budget.

Not liking the change so much. Same products higher price. Where I used to find Orschelins a bit cheaper than tractor supply, Bomgaars general pricing is on parity to higher than TSC.

I had the opportunity to talk to the Store Manager the other day. I wanted to Brag on how nice the store had been looking lately!Nice Guy, and Most definitely looks the part. Actually, I have to say… Everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful.Thank you Mr. Rowe! We all see the difference! Fantastic!

Short review: Better than TSC in every way. We drive 25 minutes to Bomgaars instead of 5 to TSC. Love this place!

Wide variety of offerings. Usually well stocked as well. The service is very hit or miss depending on who’s working is the only reason I can’t give 5 stars. Some workers seem happier to be there than others.

This was my first time going to Orscheln. My parents love farm stores and I was with them on this trip. The store seemed organized enough, the restrooms were clean, and there was staff around.The thing that got me were the price tags (or lack of) and items in the wrong spots. I browsed a few different items in the women’s clothing section, and almost all of the ones I picked up did not have a price on them. As we continued around the store, I saw this was a trend. I’ve been wanting a fishing pole for awhile, and the one I liked, there was a tag there, but it wasn’t for the item I picked off the shelf above it. I picked up a fan off the shelf and it said 20% off, but there was no base price or tag anywhere. My mom picked up hand sanitizer off the shelf for $2, and once we were down the road after leaving, did she notice they charged her $9.I think if you come and know what you need, they probably do have a lot of stuff other farm stores don’t have. But since I am not much into the farming items, and with the prices not clearly stated, I ended up putting back most things I looked at.

A little pricier than similar farm stores near by. Staff is not existent and not very friendly. Of you need assistance, good luck, better of going somewhere else. Store is clean and well organized for the most part. Shelves are pretty well stocked for animal food.

Always a good shopping.. staff is very nice and helpful... Sometimes If the store doesn't have my type of grain on the floor and I ask they check the back and if nothing there they always let me know when they expect a truck ... .. I do miss the fact they don't do tires anymore..

This place is great! As a professional handyman I stop in here frequently. They have plumbing and electrical supplies, tools, fencing, feed, power tools, clothing, snacks, ammo the list goes on.

I like the store and it it's products. Bad points are that alot of products are not in the right spot which makes it difficult to find pricing sometimes and they always seem to be short handed

Prices are high on clothing. I got a bale of straw for $8 which was fine but there were spiders all in it!

So many times I go into a place and ask questions and get the deer in the headlights look. I went to 4 other places and nobody could help me. I have never been inside Orscheln before so I thought why not. I asked one of the most off the wall questions and within 2 minutes I was checking out with what I needed. Maybe I got lucky but they were more helpful and courteous than I've experienced in years.
