Dirty, nasty bathrooms, cashier was extremely rude. She was to busy talking on her phone vs taking care of customers. Cashier also found it acceptable to grab my credit card vs telling me card was inserted the wrong way. When asked which button for credit, cashier had an attitude in her reply.

Just left there and the lady who works in the back at the western union part was very rude. I am able to use a picture of my I.d literally everywhere to pick up small money like $30 but today I guess she was having a bad day and would not let me use the picture of my I.d to pick money up from my dad for me to pay a bill of mine. No matter what those people are going through outside of work they should not bring it to work it’s disgusting treatment. I usually come here all the time because I’ve lived in lake station all my life but I will never come here again because of how disgusting she was to me

Reliability of pharmacy is horrible. If you absolutely need a medication, DO NOT have it sent here - numberous times they have been out of stock and they cant tell you when they will have a shipment- regarding thhe rest of the store -poor customer service - seems working there is an inconvience for some folks

Alice, who was working in photography the day that we were there, was WONDERFUL. She helped us to get our pictures developed quickly and competently answered all of our questions. She even helped up to salvage a camera that we had been told had been too damaged to retrieve the pictures off of it. We were printing pictures for a funeral, and we were stressed to say the least. She went above and beyond, and her compassion for my family and I (being a complete stranger) on this difficult day will never be forgotten. Alice, you're the best!

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy!!! I turned a prescription in and asked how long, they said 30 mins, so I sat and waited, and 45 mins later they told me I can't fill them until tomorrow after noon. So not only did they make me wait 45 mins, they also can not have them ready in the am because "we open at 9am, and we just go down the list" so even when requesting an earlier time for pick up they can't do it!? Laziness at its finest! The worst Walgreens in the region!!! 0 stars!!

I'VE HAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT MY EXPERIENCE HERE LAST NIGHT TOPS THEM ALL! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY CASHIERS WHO DO T WANT TO DO THEIR JOBS, AND MANAGERS WHO COME TO "ASSIST" AND MAKE MATTERS WORSE. BECAUSE YOUR SYSTEM WAS LAGGING, AND BECUAE BOTH YOUR EMPLOYEES DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, I HAD TO PAY MULTIPLE TIMES, EVEN THOUGH THE TERMINAL SAID APPROVED. THE CASHIER NEVER TOOK OFF MY COUPONS, ADJUSTED THE PRICE ON SALE ITEMS NOR USED MY REWARDS THAT I ASKED HER TO USE. INSTEAD, THEY WERE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT WHY I WASN'T USING MY PIN NUMBER, MADE ME PAY AGAIN, AND I KEPT TELLING THEM IT WENT THROUGH, I GET A DIGITAL RECEIPT. THEY WANTED ME TO STAY AND WAIT UNTIL THEIR REGISTER GOT FIXED. I DID NOT. I GRABBED MY BAGS AND LEFT. THEY CALLED THE POLICE AND HOURS LATER POLICE ARE AT MY HOME QUESTIONING MY PURCHASE. I SHOWED THEM THE TRANSACTIONS ON MY ONLINE BANKING APP...THE 2 CHARGES.....AND THE CREDIT FROM THE FIRST ONE THAT WENT THROUGH. AS I LEFT THE STORE MANAGER CHARGED BEHIND ME TO SNAP A PICTURE OF MY LIC PLATE. INSTEAD OF FIXING THE ISSUE AT THE REGISTER HE WANTS TO CHASE AFTER ME? WHAT TYPE OF RACIAL PROFILING IS THIS? HOW DARE YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER THIS WAY!

Been coming here for awhile and have never had a problem with the staff or store. Employees are nice and seem to care. Not a high turn around on staff which is nice since you get familiar with the faces if you visit often.

I went in there on Saterday Sept. 10th approx. 1.30pm to have my blood pressure checked, as I walked up to the counter the pharmacist was helping a customer at the drive up window, I waited.....then when she turned around she glared at me like if I did something wrong ! she asked me what did i want and I said that I wanted to have my blood pressure checked..she said she could'nt do it because she was waiting for a co-worker to come back from lunch..?!? I felt like I was being PROFILED or she was to dam lazy to do her job because I was the only customer at the counter..!!! I wont be going back there if thats the way I'm going to be treated.

They charge too much for their insulin for prescriptions they want to charge me almost $300 and I can get it for my insurance company for $193 same amount especially when you're on a fixed income and your disabled plus now you cost for my pills $12-$30.00 for now I get it from my insurance company and I get them free. 2021

I went here at 4:13 and was not assisted until 4:30 . I’m so aggravated, and they didn’t even get my prescription for my son either she said come back tomorrow and it was a good hour after I went to the doctor too .
