Overall this is a good location. Parking lot design isn't the greatest, partially due to other truckers making their own parking spots. My one real complaint is that this is yet another location that has removed the roller grill, proving once again that Pilot/Flying J couldn't care less about those of us that are in a hurry and just want to grab a quick something to go that's warm.

This place is a disaster. $25.00 for a cold shower is insane. At least the fuel island functions properly, and parking is sufficient.

Stay here instead of the one in Gary. It's much better. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.Tons of parking. 17 showers! Large drivers lounge. Large public laundry.Stop through here from time to time an have overnighted and made use of their facilities. Never had any complaints. Friendly staff, place has always been reasonably clean and of course if you're heading west, fuel prices are way lower than they're gonna be one you get to Illinois. So you'd better fill up here.

One of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had at a truck stop and from the store manager at that. Some of her employees could teach her what customer service means because they know how to treat people with respect unlike her.

Bad: overflowing garbage dumpster and cans.shower goes warm to stone cold in 10min (newest pilots/flying J seem to be common design choice to push people out of shower sooner to save a buck!Good: at least most the pumps work and store front and food (average for gas stations) seems good for quality and cleanlinessSide note. Pilots/Flying J have the worst chances of having a nice warm shower compared to TA/Petro & Loves & small business truck stops

Clean place plenty of washers and dryers 8 dryers and 8 washers all of them working . Store clerk are friendly and helpful very well stocked . Bathrooms very well kept and clean

It's not a special truck stop. But showers are $25. As far as I know, this is the highest price for a shower. Please get a towel as an extra.

Had a gift card for pilot gas used it.well when I tried to use the gift credit card at the pumps it didn't work. You have to go inside for the gift card and they do it Manually. My son bought me the card for gas and I thought it would work like a credit card at the pumps but I was surprised.

Why are most pilots filthy? There's plenty of truck parking but the parking lot is full of trash despite the no littering signs. Let's all stop being disgusting and walk to a trash can with our trash. The wifi is horrible too.

They did not have a family bathroom but the attendants were kind enough to let my young daughter and myself into a shower room so we could take care of business and not have to be separated.

This flying J is above the average. Building and amenties are clean and recent. But the lot is a mess with locals taking it for a lot where they can leave their trucks for the week-end. Please get them towed!!!

Stupidly create an artificial queue in the shower! I’ve been waiting for half an hour! 9 shower rooms are absolutely clean and clean with open doors! I don’t know why it’s time for drivers 🤦🏻‍♂️ 12 people are already waiting in the line, next time it’s better not to come here! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

After getting fuel here my card info was stolen and next week someone used my card info in Florida to get $560 fuel. When I showed this picture to worker in this location he completely ignored it. These guys are ignorant and don’t care about others.

To my surprising clean enough, I saw women was cleaning windows, restrooms clean, and friendly stuff, so I decided to to stay overnight. To be frank I did not really expect it from this area (Gary, Chicago).

Thumbs up for Matt.I was in the Store looking for Butter.Couldn't find any. He went out of his way to go and check the Fridge where it is supposed to be.Turned out there was one pot left in the Top Shelf, but too high to see it.He went up and got it for me.Thanks for showing good Customer service skills.

The young African American female with glasses working the early shift on Sunday between 5:40 A M. and 6:00 A.M 5-28-23, is the absolute worst. I went to her register twice and both times she didn't utter a single word. Nothing...I thanked her both times and she still said nothing and just walked away after the transaction. She clearly doesn't want to be there and she shouldn't be allowed to work the register. There are plenty of people that need jobs that have great attitudes. The Spanish lady with the glasses is phenomenal though, and engaging (she was not working at this time or I would have waited just for her customer service). She knows how to do customer service!

I was here months ago for a shower and warned them about this broken tile. It has a razor sharp edge on the underneath. If someone toss and gets their toe stuck in there, they're losing part of it.Shower #7. Workers are here renovating, this would be an easy fix. Do better PFJEdit; I was able to have the manager wait on me at the register and brought it to her attention.Hopefully this gets resolved before someone gets hurt. That's an easy lawsuit.

Typical Truck stop, friendlyish clerks, clean showers and bathrooms. Food and store items are extremely overpriced, the price to pay for a parking spot for a break I guess…If you make it in before all the free spaces are taken. I do like that parking reservations can be made online.

Didn't see much i was in and out pretty fast but i definitely wanted check it out next time I drive past it and love that there's a Dennys in side of there and hopefully the food is good.
