Lights were out when Me and my husband visited, this was 2 hours before closing.Employees were nice but all the aisles were blocked. No one was in the store other than us i feel like this shouldn't have been happening. Otherwise it was fine

The way the manager talks to her employees is something else, I heard her name is Kathy if I’m not wrong, she is very rude and ignorant, this store is dirty and has black mold all in the milk fridges 🤮 don’t waste your time here!

This store is one of the most courteous Dollar Generals that I've ever been to! The staff at this store are very kind, courteous, and very helpful! The selection of products makes it a store in which to get all of your everyday needs and the prices are even better! I went there today and found candy that I haven't seen in 30 years! I also stocked up on Pop Rocks! This is now my new favorite store for all of my everyday needs!

If I could rate them they wouldnt get any stars. This is a racist dollar general location. The 1st register the worker was ringing the older man up. And they were chit chatting. So the manager took the white lady in front of me cuz I guess she saw how long the other cashier was taking. Once she rung her up on her register and sent her on her way. I thought she was going to ring us up next. No she didnt she walked away from her register and made us wait on the other lady at the register which was already taking too long. So if she thought the white lady time was precious so was mine. I only had 4 things in my hand .Why be rude and walk away instead of helping make the line longer. If I had to wait then the white lady shouldve also. No store with racist workers will ever get my coin.

Worst Dollar General I’ve been too. When it says you close at 9pm, that doesn’t mean you lock the doors at 8:30pm and then tell customers you’re waiting on them to leave. Also, change your stickers. You have “buy one get one free” tags on items - but the sale ended 3 weeks ago!!!! — Then have the nerve to get mad when you want your money back…Being short staffed is NOT an excuse for bad customer service.

As of my last visit 3 days ago it's been 2 months they've been out of multiple items. This is just one of many items with just empty holes where the item is supposed to be. I refrained from writing this until now because they had a recent remodel and I'm sure there was an adjustment period but now it time to fix it...PERIOD.

This is the only "Dollar" anything store I will shop at. I actually broke up with someone who took me to a different one when I asked for a ride to the Dollar store. I knew it would never work, just by that!I like their Dollar General brand of items. They are just as good as the name brands. I use my DG app and get my coupons ready for my big shopping trip, usually on Saturday so I can save that extra $5.00And, I love the convenience of running in during the week to grab the milk or bread or whatever I need. I never want to go to the big box store with the huge parking lot and too many aisles and never an employee to help you find something.☹️Dollar General employees are always available to help and are always kind hearted. I am handicapped, but you cannot tell that I am in pain by looking at me. They have helped me load my groceries in my car on many occasions.The new store in Latrobe,PA is beautiful. I am happy they got the upgrade 😃

This is my favorite branch for their selection, even though there are two others closer to me. I took off a star, because one of the last times I went shopping the cashier was wearing her mask on her chin only. She was standing right next to a sign that said masks must be worn at all times, while she processed the customer in front of me (who had a cart filled of items) and then myself with her nose and mouth exposed. I wanted to take a picture. It was aggravating and hilarious at the same time.

I like the store. Always clean the only issue is there is one cashier while nice, talks to everyone and causes lines to form. So, if you have the patience of Job.. this is the store for you.

They are we doing the place moving the shelves around and stuff doesn't look too bad but the way they have it for you to stand in the aisle is a little ridiculous right now. But for the most part it's clean and they have a lot of product

This location is okay. The main problems I have here are; many times they are out of their sale items and usually they only have 1 cashier working and things can get kind of slow. Yet they'll have someone else in the store stocking shelves. When the line starts getting long, it's time for the stocker to stop what they're doing and get on the register.

Despite being out of the item I came for, the staff/employees were extremely helpful, looked everywhere for the item (including in the back of the store), and even called 3 other area stores to see if they had the item in stock until it was found. The store would have gotten five stars had they had the item I came for.

I found it to be a very nice one I frequent many Dollar Generals in Chicago Illinois but the one I went to it was in Gary Indiana the young lady was very nice the cashier the store was plentiful stock merchandise with well place items were very accessible as an Impulse Shopper I found it very hard not to buy thing yes and go to this Dollar General

Always enjoy pleasant and friendly staff. Great prices , sales and offers . Visit this location at least 2 times a week and always leave satisfied with my shopping experience and can't say enough great things about the staff!!

The aisles was block. The associated told me I have to move the carts myself to go down the aisles. The associated very rude. I couldn't get to what I wanted so I just left. This happened 02/22/20 approx 8:00pm hour.

I shop here because it's cheap and convenient. Nothing special. Store is always a mess and cluttered. Cashiers obviously hate their jobs and they all reek of cigarette smoke.

There were 3 people working and a huge line of about 12 people, and they ran everyone through one register. It took forever, I wasn't the only customer who was mad. Three people were like seriously, this is ridiculous the way they are doing this right now. I was seriously dissatisfied this time around.
