Pretty good store and saves me a 20 minute drive into Sturgis. I had to warranty out a craftsman wrench (defect from factory) and had no issues. Also, ordered an impact wrench for my father at Xmas and was happy with the turn around time.

Terrible customer service. 3 employees and i was the only customer in the store. I waited 15 minutes to ask a question but none of them even bothered to acknowledge my presence even though they all glanced at me several times. I'll take all my business to the other store in town from now on.

A nice surprise discovery. While big box retailers are gobbling up business from smaller stores, those special places seem to thrive in small communities because they offer wonderfully helpful variety and courteous knowledgeable staff. Worth the visit. The way stores ought to be.
