Do not park here if you are a truck driver looking for a safe haven. No signs that say no truck parking. Of course they do not wake us up. It is $800 to remove the boots on your steer and back trailer tire and a window boot. I wish I would have known that you can't park here. Was gonna shop here this morning but that's okay.

Apparently they have moved grocery pickup to the other side of the store. It's raining we sat at the old pickup for 35 mins waiting. Another customer drove by with her window down telling the 10 plus customer waiting. That they have moved. No signs no employee around. We drive to the other side an there is a Walmart employee yelling at the customers for driving in that area. She wasn't happy. An Apparently didn't get the memo ether. As we drive around trying to get to a pickup parking. Which u can see in between the shipping crates. We decided to go in to get our order. Then decided better to just cancel and get our money back. No employees in side had a clue about the pickup being moved. The Manger that was over the pickup is Clearly not doing his job. Said he had an employee outside in the rain to stand there and tell customers to go to the other side. We never saw such an employee in the 30 plus mins we waited. I understand they are redoing the store. The lack of customer service and just common courtesy for others was un called for. They work at Walmart I'm sure they can make a temporary sign to let customers know . Or instead of one employee have 2. To expect someone 5p stand in the rain and not get a bathroom break without having someone to cover for them is poor management .

They used to have a better selection of products for texturing hair, but they are okay. They really need to step up their selection of vegan products. Other than that, it's Wal-Mart. I can find almost everything else, including fabric for costumes, office supplies, pet food... ugly Christmas sweaters...

I don’t know if Walmart about our safety or not. But I bought these Goodyear tires on November 2022 and after 11k miles the tires are gone. But they claim to go 70k miles. I don’t know how to claim warranty and whom to go to coz these big corporation just rip us off as always and don’t care about our lifes.

Beautiful new big store. Seem to have a huge selection. Will go back even though I little out of my way. Also used auto pickup lane other than I think I picked the wrong time , very busy late afternoon, was also good experience. Will use again.

I have been shopping at this particular Walmart for years. I also get home deliveries from them. It is an excellent store! Very clean, great staff, always well stocked). Huge variety of items in groceries and all other departments. Store is well laid out. The only issue was there had been in the past only self-checkout available usually Friday evenings. Then I didn’t buy as much as usual because it takes a long time to self checkout many items. Lately this is not a problem. I highly recommend this Walmart!

My most recent frustration: went to buy a sale item. I was told to leave, order it online and return 3 hours later to pick it up. " I'm right here, the product is right here, you're right here... you won't complete the sale?", I asked. "I can't ", replied the employee sheepishly. Any business that inconveniences me and then expects to get paid has laughable business practices. In the event of the zombie apocalypse, this store is near my home and sells firearms and ammunition (if I order online probably 🙃 ) and so deserving of a 3 star rating.

Matthias is a terrible human being the employees of this facility. He actively makes an extensive effort to ensure that customers do not experience any form of unique or pleasant shopping experience. I literally watched this man scold another person for trying to return a heart for a pregnant woman, saying it was his duty to finish the job. Disgusting

The wallmart in lafayette was horrible christmas eve , they relyed on auto checkout and had one elderly lady who was an angel with long gray hair take care of a long line of people with huge full carts and she did it with out snapping or falling apart which was a hero in my book. Wallmart is dispicable to not have more staff on the busiest time of year.

I ordered a 5 pack of boys briefs size 6. They were delivered today. I received an open package of underwear with 4 pairs being boys briefs size 6 and 1 pair being boys boxer briefs size 4. I noticed… nice try.

They have been remodeling and changing the departments to different locations. So now I'm kind of all over the place looking for what I need. But the store will look nice when it's done and I will learn the layout once again. Thumbs up!

I reported a cracked mirror not just once but twice and was told they would take care of that. Well I have 3 different pictures that I took after that and it has been a week and it is still not fixed I just hope a child doesn't get hurt. By the way the day time store manager came over and looked at it.

Self checkout is a disaster..took video of cashier clearing screen 4x after locking up..12 item order. Basically says I'm a thief and shows their employees on video. Girl says i must be moving funny.. I'm moving from buying anything at Walmart anymore.. pay employees and get cashier's!

I could list off a couple issues with this place as could many of us.But honestly my biggest problem is at self checkout…being treated like I’m a thief on the regular. And they are not subtle about it…instead they’re super obvious and can be pretty offensive the way they approach it. I’ve heard maaaaannny other people had a problem similar as well. If they have that big a problem then bring back workers and open an appropriate amount of lanes for people.

Couldn't find a tire shop or place to repair my tire. Went to one wal mart an they closed @4 here was after 5 and most place like the first wal mart were closed. After driving to the other side of Lafayette to take a chance they were open friendly an ready to help. Highly recommend the auto guys quick fast an polite.
