I always have issues when getting a prescription or a refill. No matter what medicine it is. Now I am on a medicine that I HAVE to have daily. Even after calling in a week and a half ahead I am still having to wait many days for my refill and I am almost out! I am considering changing pharmacies after years of dealing with this. Now that my life is at risk I should not be in a place where I have to worry about it.

This pharmacy has always been fast and friendly. When I've taken scrips that had insurance issues, they were very helpful in getting it straightened out for me.I saw that someone else was unhappy about the time waiting on their orders. I know that there are times when the doctor's office doesn't get the order sent right away, or there is a back-up due to high volume of orders, but this location has been very good for/to me. I recommend them highly.

I'll save all of my other poor experiences at this pharmacy for another day. All I have to say is please update your hours. Just came by to pick up my birth control and they were already closed when it says they don't close until 8 on the internet.

The pharmacist stayed past 8pm closing time to fill my prescriptions. I had just came from urgent care. I am very grateful for her compassionate care :)

I have trouble everytime I go there for my prescriptions. Transfered everything to another pharmacy. The workers are nice enough, but just seems very disorganized and ran poorly. My advice is save yourself a lot of time and go elsewhere.

Prescription called in at 3:30pm, arrive at 7pm and told they had just received it. Same with dropping prescriptions off. Several times I've been told 15-20 minutes only to be told they're just getting to it 25 minutes later.For the extra money, Payless and the true pharmacies are worth it. You get what you pay for.

If no star was an option they would get it. Called in meds 6hrs ahead, get here and it wasn't ready. Waited 20 min like the pharmacy said and went back up and they still were not filled. If you have an option for a different pharmacy then you should go there!!
