We sat in line for awhile and when we finally got to the window I was asked to come in. I informed her my son is sick and I would like to stay in the vehicle. I was then informed the pharmacist stepped away for just a sec that’s why she needed me in…. If it was just a second why not wait a little longer? We’ve already waited 25 minutes. I understand there’s people to serve but are we are also those needing to be served and they can wait as we have. That’s the whole point of a drive through. And to inconvenience a mother and sick child for a few seconds was absolutely ridiculous.

Scheduled flu and covid shots several hours ahead of time. Arrived 5 minutes early for appointment at 3:45. Waited 25 minutes to check in because one girl was checking in all appointments and walk-ins. When I finally got up there, I was told I was still behind three people and would have to wait another 30-40 minutes. Girl was nice and apologized, but shame on the pharmacy for not having better check-in procedures and more people working vaccinations. Scheduled an appointment to wait an hour because you have walk-ins making you fall behind. Literally no one in line for prescriptions at that time. Waited another 10 minutes before anyone was called back. Let's all sit in a tight space and wait for over an hour in a pharmacy waiting area where there are undoubtedly sick people. Get it together Walgreens! Other previous experiences were so much better than this. It's a Tuesday afternoon! I was told I would be next in the appointment line, but that was a lie. Two walk-ins went ahead of me. 5 people went before me. Don't waste your time with an appointment. And Walgreens, save the apologies if you are just going to lie to my face right after. Almost 5:10 and not called up. Ridiculous!

I really love this Walgreens. Their Pharmacy staff is wonderful. I get a friendly smile and hello by the store employees everytime I walk in. Any issues I may have are handled at the time I'm there or soon after. I have never felt like I am a bother. Thank you.

Pharmacy will not answer important call. When there are issues, and need to be resolved. Been on hold for over 30+ minutes too many times. When it rings for my call to be answered. it either just rings, and goes back to hold. Or, continue to be put on hold over and over. The manager is a very nice person. He is the only reason I stay with Walgreen’s. Guessing too nice. Employees seem to have the attitudes. Very condescending attitudes. Think they take his kindness as a weakness. They don’t care about the people they are supposed to be serving. Not sure where this attitude comes from. I’m guessing they have so much business. They don’t care if they lose some.

I was there at exactly 1:00pm for a flu shot, and was denied the service because they go for lunch at 1:30pm. The woman there said she had two people already there (that had started theirnpaperwork. This has always been my pharmacy, so I’m in their system and all. Went to payless next door, I’not in their system, was done in 8 min paperwork and all!

I was just denied a “free flu shot” because I have Aetna Insurance,. I provided the insurance as a courtesy BECAUSE THEY ADVERTISED THESE AS FREE so the pharmacist said I’m so but we don’t accept your insurance here so we can’t give you a flu shot. I will NEVER SHOP A WALGREENS EVER AGAIN. It’s just beyond rude.

Horrible just horrible experience with film photos, do not bring your films here. They send them out and then they called that only the negatives made it back, they lost me a roll of film too.

Nice pharmacy, great employees-they remember regular customers by face; unfortunately no longer open 24 hrs, but are friendlier than the pharmacists that work late hrs at their competitor across the street. Wish they had better non-childproof cap options ( just one of my pet peeves). Will recommend to others.😊

Made an appointment at 2:30 for a flu shot it’s now 3 o’clock and I’m still waiting . The person giving the flu shot seems to be in no hurry as it’s Been 10 minutes since he gave the last one and he has disappeared Lots of people in the pharmacy but no one seems to be in any particular hurry to take care of customers

My wife and I made appointments for the flu shot by internet. The next day we went to pharmacy and they were very nice and did the shot fine.

THIS LOCATON SULLIES THE MEDIOCRE NAME OF WALGREENSConsistently the WORLDS SLOWEST PHARMACY. Three pharmacists looked me in they eyes and said it would take them 25 minutes to get my prepackaged, pre-boxed, medicationUpdate on yet another trip to the pharmacy: my doctor called and spoke to a pharmacist while I was in her office and told them to fill my prescription because I was on my way to pick it up. I got lunch and tried to get my prescription only to be told I needed to wait 15 minutes because they hadn’t bothered to start filling it yet and thus I was late to work. This location never fails to waste my time and prove that the staff is wildly incompetent at basic tasks.

Was there well over an hour for the vaccination appointment. Under staffed place who overbook routinely. Do not trust their appointment apps. Expect to wait 1.5 hrs for vaccinations

This is an absolute nightmare to try to get into by car. It's not the stores fault but the city, and their inaccessible curbs everywhere, the store is great it has everything I need as far as health care supplies.

We were trying to get visa photos for a country that was not listed in one of the computer templates. The store employees were extremely helpful in trying to understand our needs, and tailored/hand-crafted pictures out of the photo system to fit very strict dimensional requirements.

I called the pharmacy in West Lafayette because I wanted to know if they had a certain medicine in stock. It is my 15 yr olds ADD meds. We have been to about every pharmacy around here and nobody has it in stock and it is not even on order. I was told by the Pharmacist that she cannot tell me if they have it in stock, and that I would have to bring in the prescription and then they could tell me. I asked the woman if it was against the law and she said "yes it is against the law in Indiana." So I asked her if it was against the law then how come the 4 or 5 other pharmacies that I have called tonight were able to tell me? She says "it is our store policy.?" It is absurd that you can't tell me if you have it or not. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS PHARMACY OR SHOP IN THIS STORE! Thanks for nothing Walgreens and the Pharmacist that was working around 9pm tonight at the West Lafayette location!

I was on hold for 30 minutes, then when connected the tech hung up on me and I had to then call back. I needed to check it a prescription had been sent over. It is not associated with my phone number nor my account because it was from a veterinarians office for my dog. It’s unacceptable to be put on hold that long when calling at 7pm, not even during peak hours.
