Jessica the shift lead has worked at this store 11 years. This amazing young woman helped up in an emergency when we needed printing for my sons robotics competition. We are from out of town and had to have some content we were short of and needed to pass out the next day. She was our hero, our teams hero and we are so grateful. Promote her, give her a raise.....whatever it takes. She took an extremely difficult project and found a way to get it done for us.Thank you!!!!!!Geraldine was here as well and she is such an enjoyable person. We are so grateful to have met these ladies this evening.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst with having meds ready when they tell you they'll be ready. Repeated trips, be ready in 20...nope, still not ready, sometimes more tham two days pass before they're ready (after apologies and being told 20 minutes). This has gone on for past couple years, so it's not like we had one bad experience and go to review on here. They don't care about your time AT ALL. Pharmacy is beyond frustrating.

One of the “pharmacist technicians” called Jake was extremely unprofessional and failed to list what was required while picking up my prescription. Furthermore, he and other of his coworkers were not attending to customers in the appropriate manner. Overall, a bad place to get your medication this place isn’t worth to go to.

My prescription was sent to this pharmacy at 9 am this morning and was immediately marked as delayed due to an insurance issue. I called the pharmacy after work to figure out what they delay was and was told by the pharmacy technician that my insurance was correct and she was unsure why there was an insurance issue. She assured me I could pick up my prescription today no problem. When I got to the pharmacy, I was informed my medication was out of stock and they were unable to transfer it to a different location due to it being a controlled substance. Now I am without medication that should not be stopped abruptly for something that I could have called my doctor about earlier if they had checked their stock earlier in the day.

They requested my son to bring a legal guardian for the vaccine. Then I went there and they stated that they need an insurance card which I provided and said it didn’t qualify which it did since it’s been yet it’s approved by a iu and other areas. the person that was assisting us was jake and he appeared to have prejudice against me and was just not exerting a positive vibe and was acting shady towards me which did upset me and I left. A bad place to go to (don’t go they’ll only waste your time).

Me and mammaw went to wall grens becase we went to vissat my ant and we went to chick falay for lunch. I had to tinkal and told mammaw I coldnt hold it and she didnt want me to make a axidant in the car agan so she sad we can go there. She lernd not to let me drink lotsa sodey pop at chick falay. I saw lotsa candy on the way to the bafroom. I was on the toylet making tinkals and a lital bit of brown donatan to the terd bank if ya no wat I meen and my mind kept thinkang abot the candy and I new I had to get a resess penut buttar cups. So I got outa the bafroom and saw mammaw and she was in the ile that was for vitamans and so I ast her if I can have a resess penut buttar cup and she sad no becase I just ate at chick filay and had a big boy cokie for desart to and I sad I relly want a resess penut buttar cup and she sad no and I startad to cry and the werld was comang to an end becase the penut buttar cup was callang to me to be in my bellay. Sense mammaw wont by it for me I was gonna put it down the front of my pants so I can get it but the lord told me not to so I did wat any red bluddad amaracan wood do. I went in the front of the wall grens and I was askang pepal for monay as they went in. There was a ladey that looks like mammaw that sad no as she went in but I startad cryang and she felt bad so she got me one and gived it to me when she left and it made my hart so happey I cold berst open. Mammaw coldnt take my reeses penut buttar cup away from me and I eted it slow and lowd in the car on the way home and this wall grens was the best.Mammaw got vitamans and the regastar lady was frendlay.

This walgreens needs better associates they treated my nana poorly with her prescriptions and kept delays going on making her wait for over an hour which was unnecessary and most of the time the pharmacy people were just giggling like if something was funny???

I want to make it clear that this wasn’t 100% due to Walgreens part, but still a very negative experience from a partnership. My husband ordered his prescription medication for same day delivery. Apparently they use DoorDash, which is fine as long as you know, which he was very unclear of. However, while my husband was at work the DoorDash driver came to drop off his prescription medication. He asked if my husband was here and I told him that he was at work. The driver then decided to berate me for it being an “incorrect address” (it wasn’t - it just sometimes has a different point of arrival as an issue with Apple Maps) and how it cost him $40 that he could have made, even though he knew I was not the person who made the order. He also did absolutely nothing to ensure that the PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION was in the right place, which he especially should have since he didn’t think it was a correct address. I know this is also a DoorDash issue, but please do better Walgreens as it was your partner and the service you chose to use today.

Pharmacy closed up their drawer early tonight. So she could not fill my description for pain after laying in ER .for 4.5 hours. Extremely rude to my daughter.

If I could do zero stars I would. Completely incompetent pharmacy. Yesterday I kept getting told my prescription would be ready in 25 minutes. After spending 2 hours there waiting and it still not being ready I went home. Came back today and they only gave me 5 out of my 90 day prescription. Had to come back and was told the rest will be ready Monday. Never again trusting this pharmacy with my medicine.

Went to pick up pictures and the cashier was extremely rude and passive aggressive. There was a large image laying on the counter and she yelled at me because I almost set my keys on it (not realizing it was a print someone had purchased) then my wallet handle was dangling down and she FLICKED IT away when it wasn’t even touching it. She moved me to the regular registers to check out and while I’m putting my card in she yelled at another customer that was waiting at the photo counter “don’t put anything on that print!” To which the customer replied “oh I’m not” and the cashier said “ya well someone just tried to so I was just making sure” while that someone was me and I was standing right in front of her!

The pharmacy staff really needs to get it together. I got a text an hour after my Dr called it in saying it wasn't ready due to an insurance issue. So I called them and they said well it was put through twice on accident. The first one went through fine. It'll be ready at 6:20. This is was at 6. So we go in at 6:20 and they tell us they don't even have that kind of medication? WHAT? REALLY? They said maybe one of the other Walgreens might have it. So after asking them to please call and check they informed us to go to West Lafayette. I guess that's where we'll go from now on because they had it ready before we even got there. Don't tell someone that the insurance pushed it through and It'll be ready at 6:20 if you don't have it. And then wait until 6:20 to tell us when we arrive.

Largely went here for the pharmacy, which had a very hard working staff which would work with you and explain anything you needed to know. Really great staff - and plenty of other items both for health and your typical Walgreens snack food isles.Sadly, had to return to CVS since Walgreens won't allow 3-month supplies of pharmacy meds - meaning that you pay three times as much as you do at CVS if your doctor writes a script for 3-months or 6-months - the price doesn't change.

I normally love Walgreens. However, while there today, several people without masks (and some not wearing them properly) were permitted in the store. A sign on the door states that they are required. I questioned an employee, who stated that they can’t enforce it. The employee was very professional and nice about it. Shame on you, Walgreens, a business that promotes health and wellness, for not enforcing the mask policy. I am very disappointed.

This pharmacy staff used to have the best customer service. Unfortunately, now it's the worst. They are rude and unhelpful. They take forever to check their voicemails and frequently only fill partial prescriptions. When I go back to refill, they claim there isn't a refill left.They used to be on the corner of healthy and happy. Now it seems they've moved to the corner of frustrating and substandard!
