My dog Zoey woke up unable to use her legs, and VCA got her in that day. Dr Cross explained everything, and gave me an estimate for the exams and x-ray and that’s what I paid. Zoey needed an MRI and Dr Cross said he would call around and give them a referral. I thought it would take a couple days, but half an hour later, he had gotten us an appointment in Fishers and sent all her records, and we had the MRI the next day. The staff were all great especially the vet tech. My dog is very mistrustful around men, but Dr Cross extremely patient. Everything was explained very thoroughly, and I never felt pressured into getting expensive testing. I liked it so much, I will be switching to VCA as her primary vet clinic.

Is there a character limit on this? I can not say enough about how amazing my experiences have been at paw prints. I was first introduced when taking care of my mom's dog who came down with pneumonia while she was out of town. They impressed me so much with their no hassle, fast response, genuinely caring experience that I decided to switch my two cats over. Over the past few months we have been there a LOT with routine check ups, neutering, medical emergency and then a month old new addition. Every time we go I have such thoughtful service. Dr. Beckner is my go to gal, but I am equally impressed with Dr. Bunton and Dr. K when they have stepped in when Dr. Beckner has not been available. Just an all around AMAZING group of people! Have not had one single regret in making the change because of them a have 3 healthy good lookin' boys :)

I have been deciding for some time where to take my animals for their vet visits. We have never settled on one vet clinic to take them to, but after todays visit, we’ve found our place for sure. Dr. Chevez was extremely thorough and kind throughout our entire visit. Everyone we encountered adored my sweet girl. The prices are reasonable, and everything was explained to me. No question went unanswered. The new patient goody bag was an unexpected surprise but sold me that much more. Thank you Paw Prints and staff.

Paw Prints is a wonderful place. The staff are always very welcoming. I have three English bulldogs and they can be very expensive breed when it comes to their vet needs and can need to be seen frequently so it's important to me to love our vet and be able to trust the care they receive. We are always greeted with a smile every time we come in and the staff are always genuinely happy to see us. Dr. Beckner is wonderful and easy to talk to or ask questions. She is very knowledgeable and takes great care of my pups. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I would recommend this hospital over anywhere else to anyone.

I don't know that I'll ever be able to thank Paw Prints enough for the care they've given my pets over the years, but I'll start by making sure everyone knows how amazing they are!The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional and take the time to explain procedures in detail and make sure no question goes unanswered. They've seen my pets through various ailments and I've never had a bad experience. Any time I call I know I'll be taken care of. I think at this point I've met every doctor in the clinic and I love them all, but Dr. K stands out for her unwavering compassion and patience when I had to say goodbye to my cat of 18 years and for the amazing care she's given my pup through orthopedic surgery.Thank you all for the work you do! I don't know where we would be without you!

I absolutely LOVE this facility. They have been so helpful for adopting a new puppy. All of the staff members are kind, friendly, and genuinely want to know my dog. The veterinarians are so helpful in assisting me with the many questions that come about from having a new puppy.My dog is in their puppy fundamentals class and we plan on continuing in any other classes they offer as it has been beneficial in the development of my puppy.I love this place and everyone who works there and would highly recommend it to any dog owner. They genuinely care about the dogs and many times I forget that they are a business.Thanks Paw Prints for awesome service!!

I've been taking our dogs to PawPrints for over 10 years. Never had a bad experience. The vets and staff obviously love dogs and always take time to really interact with them. My dogs actually LIKE going to the vet because they're treated so well. We also kennel and bathe our dogs here, and they do an excellent job with those services too.

Just moved to Lafayette in April and adopted my dog in June. Since I didn't have much knowledge of vets in the area I relied on the internet and reviews. Glad I chose Paw Prints! The staff is amazing, everyone is so kind and welcoming and very professional. They say they focus on fear free care, and they mean it! My dog gets anxious easily, so I was worried about how she'd feel about going to the vet, but she loved it. The staff are calming and provide lot's of love and treats, my girl hardly even noticed she was getting multiple shots! A plus that they also provide boarding services, if needed I will definitely use those in the future.

I have been here a few times with my cat and my dog and each time has been a pleasant experience for them. I really appreciate the doctors taking the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. Everyone is so friendly and they treat my pets like their own. My cat spent a day in the hospital and came back purring.

Fantastic veterinary clinic! The staff are always friendly and they truly care about the patients as if they were their own. I recently had to make the difficult decision to put down my labrador due to failing health and the doctors were so understanding through the process. All of the staff members were so compassionate. Dr. Hepworth is absolutely amazing! My dog is most definitely not the easiest patient, but she always takes her time and makes sure we are comfortable and that I understand everything that's going on. All the staff there are great, and they really get to know their patients. I recommend them to all my pet-parent friends.

We've been taking our dogs here ever since they were puppies! All the staff are so friendly and genuinely care about the animals they treat. The puppy training classes are super helpful and even during regular visits, the staff and veterinarians are always focused on making the animals feel safe and happy. We love Paw Prints!

My cats have been going here for about a year. I said good bye to one of my fur babies here. Dr. Beckner is amazing. She is very patient and passionate. I have had to call in to just ask questions when my kitty was terminal and she was very helpful. I will say they seemed pricey compared to my small town vet but I am pacified by their bedside manner. I found the free vaccines for life program to be economically efficient even though I will only be here for another year.

I have taken several pets to this vet since I move here in 2005. However, since the vet I normally saw left the clinic the techs and vet staff just hasn't been the same. I have taken my 2 year old dog to this location for every visit and today they couldn't do any thing with him and now I have to reschedule a visit just so that they can exam him. He is a gentle giant and loves people but the Vet didn't even take the time to let him great her before she started in on the exam. I think this vet needs to watch DrTom83 from Tik Tok they might learn a few things. Patience goes a long way to earn the trust of a patient. Bed-side manor is very lacking and just wish they would take the time to get to know the pet verse drugging them and muzzling them.

We had a great experience here. We needed to get some updates on vaccines as well as a general wellness check for our dog before moving to another state. We visited with Dr. Brittany Beckner, and she was extremely kind and thorough with her examination of our dog. The exam felt like a conversation between friends, which I really appreciated. Brittany asked us questions about our dog's behavior and diet, and she made sure we understood what she was looking for in a healthy dog. When Brittany was administering the shots, the vet tech fed our dog a pretzel with cheese whiz to distract her, which I found to be very sweet and thoughtful. In the end, we left with a few shots, some heart worm medications, a thorough exam, peace of mind, an extremely happy and healthy pup, and a bill that was about $100 less than what we anticipated. If you're looking for a vet that truly cares about your pet's health without breaking your wallet, I can't suggest anywhere else. Give them a visit and tell them an Australian Shepherd named Ginny gives them her paw of approval.

Love this vet clinic, very compassionate staff and professional vets. Over the past year I have had to put down one dog (due to age and medical problems), and 2 cats, unfortunately. My 10 year old daughter was with me when we found out that her cat had to be euthanized, and the vet was very kind and compassionate about the situation, which made it easier to deal with the whole situation.Pet ownership is not cheap, and it is ultimately each persons decision what and how much to spend on services. Good services cost and the extra cost with Pawprints is worth it!

Paw Prints is a great vet clinic! Moved from Illinois fall 2014. I've never had a staff of people more accommodating and genuine. My dog the past year was getting under the weather. Come to find out, she has Cushing's Disease. I'm thankful for the attention to detail they give my animals. They provide service and recommendations for the health of my pet(s) that are exactly what they need.I have also boarded my 2 dogs there several times long and short visits. My pets were always taken care of and understanding of when I'd call to check on them daily...bless their hearts they'd always fill me in and let me know my pups were good.Wonderful staff and Dr. Beckner is the best!

Such an amazing group of people. The team including Dr Hepworth, Dr Bunton, the techs and the front desk are all so very caring. When you are trusting such important members of you family, your pets, to someone else, it is good to know that treat them as their family. Our dogs are an integral part of our lives and Paw Prints have gone above and beyond many times for them. I would highly recommend them. We are blessed to have them.

We see Dr. D'Angelo for our cats and she is wonderful! Explains all the options, pros and cons, and gives us an estimate before we make any decisions. She's easily available by phone and was able to see us same day when our fur baby was sick.

I very much appreciated how the vet took her time and tried several methods of interacting with my anxious cat before recommending sedation. The last vet we went to took only a few seconds to look at my scared kitty and said we had to sedate him. It's the reason we stopped going there. I understand when it's needed, but the effort to avoid sedation if possible was greatly appreciated. One thing that might help in the future is to remember to use a more hushed voice around anxious animals, but I am wholeheartedly satisfied with the experience. We'll be back for any needs with our kitty and pup in the future.

We had a Guinea pig named bear he got sick we took him here the vets were friendly and charming to bear we took him 3 times in a span of around 3-4 weeks because something was bad. But vets couldn’t find anything in him. 20 minutes later he passed away. I wanted to thank the vets for trying. I appreciate it. My family will miss bear dearly. I recommend this place to anyone with exotic animals.

Everyone is so nice and do whatever they can to make sure your pet is safe and feels comfortable! Our Vet and her assistants always ask before they do anything to hold, restrain, move your pet. That to me is a big deal! The last place we went would want us (the client) to pull ou our cats out of carrier and hold them during exam. Dr never got close enough to cat if they hissed or growled. Then charged a bunch based on her diagnosis. Here they want u to sit while they (Vet & tech) handle them. I was just very impressed with the way they do things so well and it’s less stress on my pet. Another BIG thing is you don’t wait forever. I’m usually out 30 min depending on what’s going on. Last place I was lucky to get out after 3 hours!!

Love this place. My kitten had to have surgery(little butt swallowed an almond whole) and Dr. Beckner and staff were incredibly helpful and supportive through the whole thing. She even called multiple times to update me on his status and how he did when he was under- I love this woman. Highly suggest everyone with a pet go here.

I took my cat here for an emergency. His hind legs had stopped working and we desperately needed to see a doctor. This was on a Saturday and my primary vet was closed. I realize that it was an emergency and they probably saw patients on an appointment basis but the receptionist was extremely bored/rude and told us they can't see my cat because we did not have an appointment. My cat was a client there when he was with his previous owner and I had taken him there thinking that alone would get him admitted. Sorry to say, but they lost a good client. I took him to Purdue Small Animal Clinic instead and the experts there took him in immediately and took great care of him. I hope this review helps anyone who is in an emergency and would rather get serious help than a NO in your face.P.S. Just saw that they support declawing of pets even though it is a cruel process that is banned by law! I can only pray that this hideous practice is stopped. I will NEVER take my pets here.
