We have been taking our pomeranian puppy since we got her in December to Tricia dig grooming. Stephanie and her husband are WONDERFUL with her. Daphene gives them a hard time with trimming or cut around her face. Daphene loves them to death especially her hubby all she has to do is whimper and he picks her up and cuddles. We do not trust anyone else with her. It's awesome to know if something happens and we need to board her for couple day that they are there and she loves them.

I left my dog with them to board for 12 days...They only charged me $13 a day to board AND feed him!!! What an AMAZING price!!! Plus, they gave my dog a free bath before I picked him up!! I was very pleased and will definitely take my dog there next time I need to board him!! Thank you, Tricia!!

Needed some time to process my anger before writing this. I'll bullet point to keep it brief.1) Did not listen to the haircut I wanted him to have. They just trimmed him. Also nicked him in a few stops.2) Scolded me that he didn't like getting his nails cut. Expressed how much of a "pain" he was.3) Charged me for a flea bath, when he didn't have fleas. Yet refused to realize that dirt is not the same of flea poop.4) He jumped in my arms the second they brought him out, whimpering.5)Two of the people working there looked and acted like they were actively using. One of them kept slamming this poor little Maltese around while trying to dry her.6) I was originally told it was only going to be $40, and then it came out to over $60. I was overcharged for I don't even know what, when they didn't even do the things that I'd asked in the first place.Overall, very dissatisfied. Will not be taking my dog back there. I had more luck at PetSmart, unfortunately... Very happy for those that have had great experiences there, I would just read the reviews. I would also get a sense of the place, before even taking your pooch there.

I took my babies there for quite some time and then all of a sudden, my dog would refuse to go into the building. My sister took her baby there as well and he was injured, still has not had the hair grow back. I have heard from other past customers that they are not nice, which explains why when my usual loving puppy went to a new groomer he was so afraid he threw up. Now they love their new groomer. I do not recommend.

I would not recommend this place. Very, VERY unprofessional and rude! I took my dog in for grooming and I stood at the counter for about 3min before any of the three workers even said hello. They looked at me and continued to work. I finally said "hello" and then the owner (I assume) said "we'll be with you in a minute." I stood there for another minute then she finally came to the counter. I explained what I wanted and when my daughter arrived to get him, all of his hair was cut off and they put a purple bow in my dog's hair, I assume to make him "cute" since they messed up. This place is the worst place I've seen. There's no telling how they treat these dogs when the owner isn't present. We'll never go back.

Awesome prices for little dogs, used to be 25 and now 35. This is their first price increase since I had been going there and it’s very fair. Still cheaper than anywhere in town. They are all so nice to my pups when I bring them in.

They do a wonderful job with my Emery. He hates getting baths at home but seems too love going to Tricia’s to get groomed and you should see all his confidence once he leaves. Very reasonable prices too. He gets the works for $65. Definitely sticking with them.

They groomed my two cockapoos three times each. First two groomings were okay but took all day to finish. We just assumed that they were busy and decided to try again. The third time took several hours past the promised time. Numerous smoke breaks were observed while waiting. The worst part about this experience was the finished product. Both dogs were closely shaved despite a clear request to not shave the dogs. It is winter and our dogs like to be outside. We will not go back.

I personally love this place. I feel so comfortable leaving my pet in their care! And the lady that does my dogs hair always does such a good job, and my dog loves her...him loving her tells me how good of hands he is in.

My experience with Tricia's dog house is usually a disappointing one I don't like how they treat my dogs dogs or myself. And I generally give people a second chance and and feel that they're just having a bad day and forgive them but but they're always having a bad day because they're just downright rude and mean. And I would not recommend them to anybody they do a terrible job at least on my dogs to do a terrible job so overall.

Dog taken twice, both horrible cuts. The second time my dog refused to enter the building. Inside was poorly maintained with hair everywhere. Example pictures were provided with other simple requests. Everything requested was blatantly ignored and the groomer took it upon themselves to leave the head long whilst giving him a poodle tail. When I came back my dog was shaking and looked horrendous. I was having them correct some of the atrocity but as I watched my dog cower as they raised their voice to him I took him home and tried to clean it up myself. I cant imagine what they do the dogs while the owners are not in the building. I will not be going back here again as my dog is still sad and cowering days later.

I have four Pom-a-poos. One is a tri-pod and one has extreme anxiety toward everyone outside her nuclear family. Trisha’s is the ONLY dog groomer who can do a good job. They are AMAZING. I have taken my dogs to all the expensive doggy day spas as they are my precious babies but none do as good with them as Trisha’s. They are so patient with my high anxiety pup and tripod. I will not take them anywhere else.On top of being the most patient and kind they give the best cuts. Bonus…they are by far the least expensive in town. I love it because I can reward them with great tips for being awesome!Highly recommend (even though I would love to keep them all for myself -lol).

I first experienced Tricia's Dog House when they were located at 5 points. It was not a clean facility upon entering the business, and it was super loud, as the dogs who were waiting to be groomed were all kenneled and not happy. I picked up my dog after four or five hours and took him home. The next trip in, he flat out refused to go in. I know my dog, and he wouldn't do this unless someone has treated him really poorly. I decided to cancel and find another groomer. Years later, they were relocated in Pets Supplies Plus, and I had been taking him there to see Claudia (who was fantastic, but unfortunately moved away). Tricia was in there grooming a small dog and got very frustrated with it. She grabbed the dog and treated it super rough, as well as hitting it. I was so disgusted that I flat out said she is never to touch my dog. EVER.

The hair cut was not what I asked for or remotely close to the picture I showed. I had them fix some while I was there but my dog was upset and they took it out on him so I took him and finished it myself. Since his visit he has been in a depressed mood. I’m not sure if the visit is related but I will never go back. Please find another groomer. They don’t treat the dogs right or have patience.

The lady who did my dog was amazing! I wish I would've caught her name. But the older lady there did not seem nice to my dog at all. He had never been to a groomers and was scared of all of the loud noises. I will return there only if the same woman does Teddy. I would prefer the older woman to not have contact with him. 🤷

Excellent! Needed dogs groomed at last minute and Tricia’s was there for me. Stephanie did an amazing job on our two dogs - they left happy and clean and cute with bow and bandana!

I think they do a wonderful job. Very reasonable priced. Every time I have ever been there it's been very clean and I have watched them groom my dog before and all the staff I have seen were very gentle and loving towards my shitzu. My dog seems very calm there and not nervous at all.

we left 2 healthy dogs and only came home with one, they killed our english bulldog by leaving in a shed in -36 weather, staff and owner can care less about your dogs it’s all about how many they can get there. i have proof from purdue small animal vet

Just the facts....derive your own opinion! When this place "plucked" the hair from our little dog's ears they pulled out chunks so badly that both ears bled and became infected. The grooming bill may have been cheap but the vet bill was $199. Not to mention the pain our trusting companion went through.

I have been a patron of Tricia's for over 3 decades. She has groomed my fur kids over the years--everything from an Siberian Husky show groom to Yorkies and long hair shepherds. I have also boarded my animals a couple of times at her home. She took great care when my now passed old American Eski went in for her final spa day groom and was very loving. She also referred me to an amazing vet when I needed help getting a rescue of mine leg amputated. I understand people have problems with groom errors and bad experiences. Over all, in 30 years of patronage, I have never experienced anything near what some have posted.

I really should give this place a 0 Star. My boyfriend dropped off our puppy. She was put right into a cage. She told us it would be 3 hours. When called 4 hours later, they are mad and say that they told us 5 when they didn’t. It doesn’t take 5 hours to groom a goldendoodle. She said that she was taking the walk in clients before helping my dog. Not ok with me.

My cocker spaniel is very difficult for most groomers to handle & Tricia & Stefanie are amazing with her. They are patient, persevering & Maggie always looks beautiful. I'm grateful.

Loved Candy (my pup’s groomer)! She was so sweet to my pup and super efficient!!! There was another elderly woman working there though who kept hitting the puppy she was grooming and it broke my heart and infuriated me.

Tricia does things her way even though you know your pet better. I'm not unhappy with the results or the price but I won't likely go back. My pet was pretty well traumatized.
