My big purchase here was a riding mower, which the deck was not properly adjusted on. Due to not having a way to transport it, it is only useful at the highest setting. I asked about servicing them last time I visited and the employee told me they don't. I know better; I don't buy from them.

Place sucks , go there to get propane don’t pull up to the gate and go in to get attendant because they will allow another customer to park next to you and fill his 4 tanks first and then tell you they don’t have enough propane to fill your one, you better sit right there and call them on your phone and wait. I’m almost any other state the attendant wouldn’t be so daft to fill the cutters 4 tanks he would at least make sure you got your one filled but this is Indiana, the land of greed and ignorance. If California, Massachusetts and New York didn’t exist Indiana would be the worst state in the union. Thanks tractor supply for taking care of me on the coldest day of the year. I am now realizing I’ve spent way too much in that place since I’ve been here. Scummy

Friendly and helpful staff, great prices on dog food and a variety of good treats.Here it is 2 years later and I am still a loyal customer! <36/14/23. - I quit going to TSC due to the increase in prices. I know everything is more expensive now but their hikes went into affect beforehand.

You get 3 stars, because you can't make sure that your inventory is up to date. Went to the Lafayette, IN location and showed them what I was looking for they said we don't have any of those riding lawn mowers currently. I proceeded to show the guy that helped me it showed I could pick one up today. By the way the riding lawn mower was a Cub Cadet LT46. Great customer service though

Manager was awesome. Went to pick up a dog kennel, and at first wasn’t going to sell it (it was display). We almost purchased it Wednesday, but decided to wait till Friday so we could take it straight to the campsite.Thankfully the manager still let us buy it on Friday (not normal protocol to sell display)So a HUGE thank you !! Our Great Dane will appreciate it this summer

Always have tremendously positive staff, willing to lend a hand. A great selection of items for taking care and improving your home. We use it for the pet supplies mostly, of which they have a great variety of foods and treats. We've even gotten chickens here, which were all healthy and happy!

I was followed around the store and was told if i was going to pay for an item that i picked up to look at. Then I was told to put on a mask when I was already wearing one, and better yet the employee that yelled at me DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A MASK ON! I've alway loved shopping here but not anymore. Will not be returning

Online said they close at 9. Showed up at 7:10pm. Confirmed with cashier's that they close at 9. Half the lights were off. When I went looking for the item I wanted they turned the lights off. Walked to the front of the store. Cashier's asked if I found what I was looking for, told them no because the lights got turned off. They didn't even bat an eye. No apology or anything. They did not look suprised at all. We left. Will not return to this store again.

Store is overall great. Only complaint is seeing the tall gentleman I believe his name is Jeff was very short and rude. I actually heard him cussing at other employees. All the staff besides him were fantastic.

I love the staff as they're pretty friendly and know us by how often we come in as we have a lot of rescue animals. The only complaint I have is that they could carry more variety as they don't really have a ton of small animal feed for guinea pigs or bedding for rabbits/guinea pigs/rats. We typically have to go local for hay for our peegs and rabbits as TSC doesn't carry what we look for (local and loose baled hay) but rather compressed hay however, with that being said, there is a worker there who always goes above and beyond and was able to put me in contact with a local farmer who was able to sell me hay! So, one star knocked off for lack of variety and maybe the price point is a tad higher than other places but other than that, I like going there and so do our dogs.

Staff didn't seem too knowledgeable on what I was asking about. And seemed bored. It wasn't busy but I will give them props on the fact that they found something to do. It wasn't that they didn't try to be helpful they just didn't under stand what we were asking about. They weren't very knowledgeable about the product that we were after.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had In a long time wanted to buy a pellet stove ask for help to order so I wouldn’t have to pay 134 dollars extra got told system is down and nothing we can do about it I told the person I just called there and was told to come in and they would help me then when I get there was told sorry not there problem not good for business thanks for the help

Went for supplies to feed birds. They have a wide variety of feeders and a large variety of bird seed to select from. Specifically we were looking for platform feeders for cardinals. We found what we were looking for, then picked up some cardinal mix to use with the feeder.
