We love our new furnace and air. Kevin and Luke were “work horses”. They didn’t stop working until they got the job done. Kevin explained how everything worked very thoroughly and they both kept shoe covers on and covered the floor for us. The unit is so quiet and that is a God send being it’s in the middle of our house. It was a.small, hard space to work with but Kevin and Luke didn’t complain. We appreciated Zach at first meeting as he explained different options for us and was very easy going with no pressure. Thank you Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling

1/30/2024 Patrick is wonderful! He arrived within the scheduled time. He is kind, professional, very knowledgeable and willing to educate! I had been very concerned about my furnace problem and he assured me he could take care of it and all would be well. He did not disappoint. Also, he didn't mind me watching him work and he explained what he was doing. I have been working with Summer's since 2015 and am always satisfied with the work done. All the technicians do a great job and the office staff is wonderful! Can't ask for more. If you need heating, A/C or plumbing done, call Summer's.

Cameron was very punctual in his arrival. He was very courteous, professional, and outgoing. He handled his inspection in a timely manner, and answered any questions we had. All in all a very pleasant experience. He even helped us with separate issue we were having with a dryer vent. Have had him before as a technician on previous home. Highly recommend him !

The technician shooed my husband away when he asked questions about what he found saying I'll come to you when I'm done. And when asking further questions and recommendations after we were told that we need a new furnace and a/c, his answers were that's up to you guys. We needed a professional opinion and got less than. We called for a second opinion, and got more helpful opinion and options. The second opinion was also nice enough to tell us that it is not a good time to test and give a diagnostic of our a/c because pressure reads would be off from the colder temperatures. Summers ran a diagnostic anyway and decided we needed a new a/c as well. The report from Summers also said there was oil leak in our furnace when our brand of furnace does not use "oil". We purchased the yearly maintenance plan in hopes to get an honest opinion and THOROUGH diagnostics of our equipment. When we got empty answers, and a very expensive quote. It's also very important to know that after summers left our furnace didn't even kick back on, and the second technician found evidence of possible tampering to make our furnace run harder. We had the wrong air filter and summer gave a temporary one that was also the wrong one for our type of furnace.We will not be purchasing another maintenance package or be using summers for any future services.Edited: I also want to add that our house has needed a new roof, well, reverse osmosis system, and our truck needed a new engine. And all of this is in a 2 year span. So you can imagine we don't have that type of money to dish out like that. This was explained to the summers technician, and he had no empathy or want to answer our questions honestly. And STILL left our furnace in a condition that it wouldn't run again when it hasn't turned completely off like that in the two weeks we have had it running. We have dealt with summers for plumbing issues and did not have this type of experience. They were much more honest and empathetic. But after this experience we will no longer be using this corporation type business.

On a Sunday, our Water Heater's discharge pipe started filling our garage with water. We called Summers in hopes someone could help. Robert was there within an hour and had us cleared up in no time. He was fast, great with explaining what needed to be done and why and was as courteous as one could ask. A great experience to offset the initial water heater problem.

Richard was very professional and polite. We had run into some connections issues with our water heater and was so honest about how well we had done and showed us the errors or mishap. He was great at communication and efficient. Would DEFINITELY recommend!!

We sold our home and new buyers requested furnace service after learning the furnace is 34 years old.Furnace was serviced in a timely, professional manner, although even though nothing is wrong with it—still works just fine—they recommended it be replaced. Why fix what’s not broken? (Besides $$$$).I called several times to have the invoice reworded to say only ‘furnace was cleaned, serviced and is in working order’ rather than needs replaced but they won’t re-word it.Everything eventually needs replaced—I wasn’t asking them to state something untrue.

Received excellent service from Cameron. While here just to do routine check and filter change, he discovered some gas leaks in pipes and took the initiative to fix them. That is the type of employee to keep around. He went above and beyond.

The guy who came to the house was friendly and professional. A valve was just switched off for the hot water, so he only charged me for the $99 service fee. That was waived when I signed up for their year long plan which cost me $160. The plan gives discounts on all their services and some other stuff. I wasn't paying attention lol. Was a good experience overall, and they have repeat business coming from me because of the premium membership. Pretty smart.
