I go into this store several times a year to print documents. On this occasion I needed one copy made and laminated. The young woman did my simple job and did not charge me. I appreciate the time she took, while in the middle of another job to help me out. Thank you Ava! Excellent customer service!

I select Staples for Amazon returns which allows me to return the package and receive a coupon to shop. Unfortunately, most of the time this area is understaffed or the individuals aren’t happy to help with this service. On several occasions workers openly complained about performing the returns. The exception is Aiden. He is an ABSOLUTE JOY!! He has a positive attitude and always willing to help. I would give a higher rating if others were as welcoming and polite as he is. THANK YOU, AIDEN!!!

The guys in the copy and printing area (James and Gary) were super helpful. I ordered over 20 spiral bound training manuals and when I brought my USB into the store they took the time to try to figure out which would be the most cost-effective way to print. Then they helped me get my files in good order and checked and double-checked that it was what I wanted before ordering. The manager helped me find a great price.In contrast, I had called FedEx before to ask for an estimate for their services and not only did they give me an outrageously higher price, but they also discouraged me from coming into the store for help printing. They said that I needed to do everything online.I'd recommend Staples to everyone for copy/printing.

Associate showed me a newer printer that had new Ink systems I was not familiar. I ordered the printer. The warehouse sent the wrong printer but a new printer was ordered and came in 2 days later. The new printer works great and really like the new ink system in this HP.

If I could give this location a 0 I would, because they were no help at all. I don't know if it's because of the way they're trained, or just lazy. I needed assistance printing a label and they were no help. I went to two different people and the customer service here was horrible. I will never frequent this Staples again. I've been to plenty of businesses in Lafayette, and the service has been awesome, but this particular business is literally for the geese.

I stopped at this location today to get a new office chair and was very happy with my experience. First off I would like to thank the employee Parker for their excellent service. The store had a bit of a rush while I was there and only a couple of employees but Parker helped all the customers and got my chair out of the back while the other employee was helping with a more indepth transaction. Doing so while being very pleasant and polite. The store was very clean and organized. The office chairs were displayed so you could make a more educated purchase. This was very helpful versus shopping online. The prices were very competitive as well. Overall I would definitely recommend shopping here.

it's a terrible place. I bought a mail BOX from them, they do not process correspondence on time, If I order to send letters overnight, when I need them urgently, they can only do it for 2 or 3 days.

Took a tower computer in from work. As we were having trouble hooking up some monitors. I never claim to be a computer expert. But the person helping me had mo clue what she waa doing. Cashier was on her own and was totally overwhelmed. I felt sorry for her. Ended up going to Best Buy.

They are well stocked for school supplies, comparable in price with big box stores but without the crowds. We love shopping at Staples for our supplies. Also staff is friendly.

ordered a monitor feb 24th never received it. Called several times and each time was something different. Canceled order the 3rd and still waiting for it to go back on my bank account. Spoke to manager and He too had no legit reason why I haven't seen the refund. I do NOT recommend this place.

Horrific experience in Copy and Print Center. Heads up, they close much earlier than the store (not posted), so you can't print 7 copies 30 mins before close. Maybe she just didn't want to do anything, not sure... but 30mins...maybe 1 hour before? Who knows when they start turning customers away. Never again. This place really went downhill over the years. AVOID

It says right on Staples’ price match guarantee that they will match competitors prices in this case Office Max which is listed on their policy. I took the Office Max coupon in to make a purchase and the rude manager said they wouldn't honor it even though it says they do right on their policy and I had even called Stapes customer to service to ask before I went to the local store. Oh well they lost a customer for life. I went to Office Depot and they honored it no problem. Avoid this place until they get better management.

Working for Staples is terrible considering the company will do anything to gain more money. Although 99 percent of my coworkers were really great, sweet people. Its sad how the general manager can ruin a job for somebody. He definitely should not be head of this store.

I bought there a sticker paper to print some labels but when I asked to print then, the person in the printing services said that I cannot print there because according to him their own product might damage their printer. I had print there before but now either the service, the peinter or the paper quality is bad or all of them. I am really disappointed how a good service turns into a very bad one.

I bought printer ink that was on a peg marked $37.99. My daughter was with me and she xsaid she thought my bill was too high. They had charged me $54.99. They said it was on the wrong peg. The whole peg was full. It was obvious the clerk had stocked it. We will not be shopping at Staples EVER AGAIN..The clerk was rude and would not do anything.

Two people working the print center doing absolutely nothing 0 customers in the store take 5 minutes to look at my document I email and then tell me it's going to be an hour turnaround on printing off one single page.I printed off documents at so many Staples before this might be my last.

I was REFUSED service for not providing an email account, to laminate 6 pieces of paper. Having money to pay for a service they offer, is NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE TO staples. OFFICE DEPOT HAS A NEW CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT staples EVER AGAIN. Please spread the word. Disgusting behavior. 1 star, is 1 star too many.

I went to just exchange something and the cashier rolled her eyes at me and the managers didn't seem to care about their customers. Everyone is rude there and yes, you get better service at WAL-MART.

UPDATE: Lost a star today. Their inventory online said they had 8tb drives. I drive across town to pick it up only to discover they are out of stock. Staff was so-so helpful.
