I have been coming to Pet supply Plus on a regular basis for a few months now. The quality of the crickets they offer is by far the best in town. They have a wide variety for different types of pets. Their grooming department is simply amazing. The two Samantha’s did an amazing job on my little Lucy and Doodles. Please check them out. Their prices are pretty great and their rewards program is awesome too.

I have been using the store for years. I’ve been going there to buy feeder crickets for the last three years. I would make the suggestion that they try to focus at least one staff member upfront for the fish, live pets, and feeder insects. Because every time I’ve been in, it has been a consistent and Continual problem that you have to wait at least 20 minutes. Sometimes 30 to 45 minutes. To get someone up there to get crickets. Even if you find a person on the sales floor most the time they will not assist you. And call for one or two other people probably because they’re afraid of the crickets. And it takes quite a while for them to find someone willing to come help you get crickets.

I have birds, bunnies, and a dog oh boy! They have a nice selection of products with prices pretty reasonable. The staff seems to be pretty knowledgeable about the products they carry. Good customer care! Which is why I will continue going there.

We really enjoy using the self-wash for pets. Your best deal is to get the "dirty dog discount" card - 5 washes for $25 dollars. They provide the soap, hot and cold water, a dryer hose and towels. There are three bathing areas for a variety of size dogs. My only complaint is that the dog park in the back is rarely open anymore. It was a great place to let the dogs run off crazy energy after a bath.

Everyone was really kind and helpful. My foster dog is disabled and she was treated like a princess by staff & shoppers alike.Glo helped us find just the right sized life vest for a day in the Tippie. I didn't get the straps quite tight enough, though. Live & learn.Lucy had the best time! (Vest brand is Outward Hound)A+ shopping experience all around.

Lately, twice they haven’t had what I wanted, first was some longer contact prongs for a petsafe wireless shock collar, they do sell the whole kit but not replacement prongs. Second time was some affordable dewormer, but it’s not a pharmacy so can’t hold it against them. Other than that I have had good experiences here.

This place is great. They have all the basic and advanced per store supplies and now they have a special room for adoptable cats in the back. If you enjoy animals ...this is the most hands on pet store

I wish that my experiences were better. I love that they run sales and offer promo codes. However, the inventory never matches up with what is actually in the store regardless of what the store website says. Multiples times now I order something over the required amount only to find that they don't have enough to fill my order so then I don't get the discount. I will go in to the store to see if they will honor the discount if I add to the order and they look at me like I have 10 heads.

I called and made an appt with Samantha do groom my small dog and was very pleased with the way she handled my dog, since my dog has separating anxiety issues. . And was very pleased with the hair cut and nail trim .She listened on how we wanted him groomed and she didexactly the way we wanted. Made another appt or her to groom him again. What I liked was I didn't have to take him in and leave him 4 hrs like other groomer have you do. He was done in 2 hrs And prices are reasonable .

I was in the store with a coupon. The store was out of the dog food I needed. I was told to call and check if the food had been restocked. I KNEW it would be a hassle to call but I did. I was told someone would have to call me back, I said I didn’t mind holding while someone checked. I was transferred to grooming. I hung up and called back. After being transferred to grooming, where it went to voice mail, THREE more times! I finally gave up. Whomever answered the phone told me it was going to the manager the last time. What a mess! I won’t bother calling again nor will I make the 60 mile round trip there. Looks like Chewy is my best bet even tho I won’t be able to use my coupon. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired!

Bought a bag of instinct freeze dry kitten food using their online delivery service and it’s expiring after one month. I didn’t notice this until my cat has been having diarrhea for two whole weeks. My second online order was a even worse failure cuz it’s lost and has never been found. I spent 20 minutes on the phone to report this issue. They said they will deal with it but it’s been 4 days I have not got a refund or reship yet. I’ve never been this disappointed to a pet supplies store.

Always enjoy shopping here. The store is clean and the help is actually helpful. My dog is welcome and when she "swipes" a treat or two they don't have a cow. My dog enjoys looking at the other animals and we both leave happy.

Very informative to have the dog trainer at a table today answering walk up questions about my puppy. Her insight, I'm sure, will help in understanding my puppy's behavior. The manager happily adjusted my purchase from the night before when I totally forgot to use my coupon on a new crate. I really appreciated that. I also saw the same young woman assisting an older lady at getting the right large bag of food and carrying it up to the register for the customer.
